If we had to choose one person who brought the most color to tonight's red carpet for The Hills: A Hollywood Ending, it would have to be Whitney Port. Tonight she wore a Matthew Williamson tank dress that featured cut-outs at the waist, with colors like blue, pink, yellow, red, and purple printed all over it. It's so rainbow-tastic! Do the cheery colors boost her mood? They must, because she wears brightly-colored frocks a lot. Just a few weeks ago, she wore a similar printed dress by Moschino to the Much Music Awards on June 20. SO. MUCH. COLOR. We're wondering what her former People's Revolution boss Kelly Cutrone, lover of all things black, thinks about Whitney looking like a pack of tropical Skittles all the time, because we kinda love it.
