Steve Madden came out with a platform wedge sandal named "WOWWW." What an interesting choice for a name! Could it be that the Jersey Shore party girl was the inspiration behind these $129.95 cut-out sandals? Possibly. After all, we can definitely imagine Jenni "JWOWW" Farley dancing the night away in these, and the three color variations would totally match many of her Filthy Couture lace outfits. The only difference is that there's an extra 'W' in the Steve Madden name for this footwear. But, hey, that's only a minor tweak. And this isn't the first time the trendy footwear label named a shoe after a Jersey Shore cast member.

In May, Steve Madden released a glitter peep-toe slingback pump named "Snookie." The $109.95 shoe came in three colors — sparkly gold, sparkly black, and just plain sparkly — and had a five-inch heel, which we’re sure the pint-sized Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi would've loved. However, after getting called out for the name on the Internet, the company changed the style's name from "Snookie" to "Snobbie." (When you type Snookie into the search bar at Steve Madden's website, the same style with a different name pops up.) From Snookie to Snobbie? That's just wrong.
