MTV just announced that Paramore is performing at the 2010 Video Music Awards! That means we'll get to see the band's stylish singer, Hayley Williams, decked out for a killer performance. For previous stage looks, she whipped out blue eye shadow, like when she stopped in Chicago last week on tour. Not only does the hue look awesome against her pale skin and bold hair color, she is also wearing it in a way that appears bright, without being overpowering.
