When the worlds of style and music collide at an event like the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, there is bound to be an explosion of trends and fashion statements. And tonight, the trends hit hard! The ladies loved bright blue dresses (Rosario Dawson, Miranda Cosgrove, and Snooki) and metallic shifts (hello, Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt, and Lo Bosworth!). Meanwhile, the boys looked dapper in head-to-toe black (we're talking about you, Drake, Usher, and Justin Bieber). Elsewhere, we saw a TON of black-and-white outfits, like Katy Perry in Marchesa, Jersey Shore star Sammi "Sweetheart" in Bebe, and Ashley Greene in Giambattista Valli.
