Great Scott! A more and more common fixture at the most esteemed fashion events of late, we already know that Theophilus London is way ahead of the curve when it comes to style, so it's not surprising that he'd want to slip on the most futuristic pair of sneaks he had available to wear as a geek cred badge of honor at technology and lifestyle magazine Wired's pop-up shop opening last night. It seems Theo was able to snag a pair of the ULTRA-limited edition Nike MAG shoes—yep, the high-tops modeled off the self-lacing Back To The Future II sneakers—which were auctioned off to benefit The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research earlier this year.
The eclectic singer paired his future kicks with relaxed layers of gray knits and noir leathers, including some rather comfy looking leather pants and a croc pocket Appeal hoodie, just the right amount of gold and silver jewelry, and a LVRS hat (which is his own design collaboration with FRESH.i.AM). We're still crossing our fingers that a Nike MAG shoe for women will arrive at our doorsteps someday (future-ladies need LED flashing, self-lacing shoesies, too!) but then again, we're also clicking our heels and waiting for the moment hoverboards and Theophilus' jewelry line will come together to make their red carpet debut.
