Someone get Tyra on the phone! Kendall Jenner is not messing around when it comes to becoming America's Next Top Model. No stranger to the catwalk (she made her New York Fashion Week modeling debut for Sherri Hill in September), she can now add bonafide supermodel to her fashion-y resume by nabbing (and, um, KILLIN' IT) with her very own stunning spread in quirky model fanzine LOVECAT. Yes, THAT zine who previously featured super bad girl covers like a dramatically-shot Lindsay Lohan and a very flashy (heh) Paz De La Huerta. But wait, does this mean Kendall is totally having a "Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman" moment? According to LOVECAT founders Prince Chenoa and Jacob DeKat, there's no need to fret just yet. "We normally don't feature 16-year-olds in LOVECAT, so when we got Kendall for the issue, we just wanted it to be fun," the creative duo tells MTV Style. "She's 16 so it needed to feel like Lisa Frank and cutesy—not sexy. If we were shooting Kim, it would be a lot more va-va-voom sexy 'cause Kim just purrs! We are really happy with Kendall's shots."
Andrej Pejic in a push-up bra ad.

You can see some strange things on the interwebs, y'all! Babies who stop crying when you play Biggie Smalls, a woman with mile-long fingernails, your celeb guy crush parading around in a onesie, but a male model in a push-up bra who looks GOOD, like Victoria's Secret catalog GOOD, tops them ALL!!
To be fair, androgynous model Andrej Pejic is the most undeniably GAWGUS man we've ever laid eyes on (those cheekbones are what the Zoolander stare was MADE for!), and his lithe frame could easily double as a woman's since most models' bra cups don't exactly runneth over. Pejic's breasts, though, don't even exist. (PROOF!) And Hema's mega push-up bra transformed them into a VA-VA-VOOM moment, or at least a full A cup. Yeah, we're going to need five of those.
2NE1 sits down with MTV Style after their first U.S. performance.
Yesterday marked the first U.S. performance of K-Pop girl group 2NE1 (pronounced either "To Anyone" or "Twenty-one"). For anyone who missed MTV Iggy's Best New Band livestream or are unfamiliar with the four-member outfit from South Korea--CL, Park Bom, Dara, and Minzy--you can read all about them on this gloriously exhaustive write-up but for the rest of you...ZOMG, YOU GUYS! THE CONCERT WAS SOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD.
First of all, the line for the show which began at 4 p.m. ET was out of control by 10 a.m. and since the Best Buy theater in Times Square is, like, a yard-and-a-half away from MTV, every time 2NE1's exuberant fanbase (known as Blackjacks) cheered, our office windows would shake. And, yeah, hi, we're on the 17th floor. So you can imagine the excitement when the ladies (clad in varying iterations of scarlet military uniforms with gold metal armor panels) stormed the stage. There was so much screaming you could feel the reverberations on your ribcage.
Khloe Kardashian, Elle Fanning, and Gwen Stefani wear the week's best shoes.

Holiday gift-giving season is a whole different beast of anxiety-making for me. It's not that I leer at the thought of swiping my card for the sake of others. In fact, the exact opposite is true. And there's such heart-palpitating fulfillment that comes, for me, with finding the perfect gift for someone that I almost wish it came around more often. That is... Except for the bank account gobbling Pandora's box it opens as I up my visitation to brick and mortars and ecommerce sites, like, eleven-fold. You see, coupled with a job in which I stare and maaaarinate on clothes and jewelry and makeup all day, 'tis the season that I wake up in a cold sweat every night from my quaking bloodlust for so many OBJECTS. And nothing in this world can thwart my gifting focus quite like a truly incredible pair of shoes. This week, Khloe Kardashian, Elle Fanning, and Gwen Stefani stepped out in the most deliciously covetable footwear, and there may or may not have been a casualty on my holiday shopping list as a result (sorry, Mom).
If there's one thing we could talk about for days, it's Jared Leto's hair. (Amiright, Echelon?) Seriously though, his locks are alwaysalwaysalways changing, and he never fails to impress us with a new surprising 'do (our favorite possibly being his short bright blue fuzz. Possibly). His latest hair creation is a shaggy spiked mullet, which he was spotted sporting while hanging out with Terry Richardson earlier this week. This isn't the first time Jared's worn this '80s-throwback hairstyle—he used to sport a shorter, edgier platinum blonde version last fall, and DUH, of course there's a Facebook page dedicated to it. But um, can we talk about the steez he's currently rocking? It very David Bowie/Ziggy Stardust minus the bright red hue and face paint. It's spiky on top, shaggy on the sides, and long in the back. In fact, we're gonna need a closer look here. We need to see this mullet in its FULL. GLORY. We're talking a 360-degree view of this bad boy. This way, ladies and gents. This way.
Get Taylor Swift's strapless red dress look.

To say the least, it's a pretty good time to be Taylor Swift, from snagging a slew of top honors (Billboard's Woman of the Year, the American Music Awards' Artist of the Year, and the Nashville Symphony Orchestra's Harmony Award just to name a FEW) to the launch of her first fragrance, Wonderstruck, to dueting with just about every hot pop star of the moment. And out of the spotlight, the life and times of T.Swift are just as prolific, with the recent acquisition of her adorbz cat, Meredith (which may or may not have also directly spurned our own cat-obsession at the MTV offices) to rumors of a new leading man, to opting into one of our favorite hair makeovers of the year. And now, today is TAY's DAY! The flaxen-hair songbird turns 22 today, and in honor of her personal holiday, we have a very special T.Swift-inspired "Get The Look." Imitation, after all, is the sincerest form of flattery, right?
It's got to be stressful knowing you'll be photographed every moment of your waking life. Some celebrities respond to the pressure by giving in to comfort, taking back their lives, and being relegated to "Stars They're Just Like Us" columns of tabloids by near-exclusively wearing jeans, cashmere wraps, and Uggs while schlepping around Best Buy bags. Others swing violently to the other, battier side of the spectrum, upping the ante each time to dip themselves in progressively bananas ensembles, and and it's to those folks that we clink our drinks and tip our hats because they actually give us something to talk about. So in celebration of head-to-toe candy raver outfits, zip-up down-filled cactus cowls, rabid blood-dipped bird head ornaments, and wearing a big-ass sheet to the Met gala, we bring you The Most Outrageous Outfits of 2011.
ANNA DELLO RUSSO IN A SQUAWKING SWAN HEADPIECE
Anna Dello Russo at the Irreverent Dinner hosted by Carine Roitfeld on Oct. 4, 2011, in Paris, France.
Anna Dello Russo is the editor-at-large at Vogue Nippon and one of our favorites for obvious reasons. Look it, this bish is out of her treeeeee! While I didn't necessarily love this taxidermied lunatic bird mere weeks before on the runway at Giles Deacon during London Fashion Week (in fact, it topped my list of WTF Headgear From London Fashion Week) this ruffled avian flu bomb appearing atop an equally scrawny, akimbo-armed Anna sorta made my day. It's hilarious. It honestly looks like some couture-wearing parasitic insect laid an egg in the swan and now Anna, its merciless offspring clawing out of its underbelly with a triumphant, s***-eating grin and $1,200 shoes. It's fantastic.
Carey Mulligan posing on a balcony at the Chateau Marmont in L.A. for "W" magazine.

We're still a year away from what is sure to be a beguiling spectacle of cinematic style thanks to the forthcoming adaptation of The Great Gatsby, but that doesn't mean we can't start emulating Carey Mulligan now. It seems like every designer was clamoring to get a Gatsby reference into their spring 2012 show (like Ralph Lauren and Alice + Olivia), especially when it was announced that Miss Mulligan would be playing the titular role of Daisy Buchanan, who happens to know her way around many a fashionable 1920s frock. But Mulligan has a role in a new movie, Shame, of which she shows a less-than-angelic side to her acting self, and W magazine captures this edgier, more modern character in its January 2012 issue. We happen to think this Mulligan look is very now, and not just because it's all about L.A. cool. Oh, no, we're down with this "W" spread because of the presence of one adorable accessory...a CHIPMUNK.
Justin Bieber and Rihanna both rock onesies.

The internet is truly a magical place. Apart from the ease and speed it brings to disseminating information and images and kitten videos, it also shatters some sort of unholy social barrier, allowing people to post the most random, potentially embarrassing ish to public forums with no greater consequence than a Kanye shrug. Imagine, for instance, if this world wide web didn't exist. Would you still consider tacking a picture of yourself in long underwear to your front door? Your local community bulletin board? Probably not. And yet, in these progressive digital times, it's perfectly acceptable for Justin Bieber and Rihanna to upload images of themselves clad in skintight onesies to the interwebz.
OK, let's be real for a second: When have you seen a Christmas-themed manicure that you ACTUALLY wanted to recreate on your own? Probaabbbllyy close to never. And you know what? It's not your fault! Red and green just don't mix well with everyone's wardrobe, and we're tired of the same ol' presents with bows or kooky reindeer or Santa's ginormo face (no diss to Father Christmas) on our fingertips. We want something new—and not sososo over-the-top obvious and cheesy. Alas, there are solutions out there! We stumbled upon some great holiday nail art that we wouldn't mind getting our hands on ASAP. Just peep those hot tips above! A super shiny red and black ruffian manicure with gold rhinestones is the perfect way to look totally fierce at a holiday party without screaming, "IT'S CHRISTMAS TIIMMEEE, Y'ALL."
