It looks like Pharrell is heading into the publishing world with a little help from his magazine friends! The N.E.R.D. frontman asked Vogue's EIC Anna Wintour to contribute on his new coffee table book Pharrell: Places and Spaces I've Been, which will feature "conversations between Pharrell and some friends who have inspired him," according to the Billionaire Boys Club blog. Pharrell's book falls under the "Fashion & Beauty" section of the publisher's website, which *crosses fingers* makes us hope
he gives us insidery deets on his Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream Footwear brands AND his relationship to the fashion world in general. (Like, what do him and Anna even talk about?) Other contributors include Kanye West, Jay-Z, BBC co-founder and BAPE mastermind Nigo, and Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. The rest of the book, which will be released October 16, features photos of Pharrell throughout his career (which we are SO into), and will retail for $55. We can't WAIT to see what Anna says!
