We'll be the first to admit that we can't stop talking about Miley Cyrus' street style, and you know why? 'Cause it's pretty DANG good. Whether the singer is wearing a skull-print romper or studded cut-off denim shorts, we want to cop all of her ensembles ASAP. Yesterday, the bride-to-be stepped out in cool-but-comfy '90s-inspired outfit that we LOVED. She sported an oversized flannel tee, black shorts, House of Harlow sunglasses, high-top Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers, a gold studded Joomi Lim necklace, and—our favorite part—a Metallica Damaged Justice T-shirt. We couldn't help but think that this top looked a WEE bit familiar when we peeped it, though, and, as it turns out, our instincts were right—Ke$ha sported this tee when she opened for Rihanna during her Last Girl on Earth tour. Ke$ha decided to wear her tee a little differently by cutting the sides and securing them with safety pins. She paired her band top with webbed tights, gold sequin hot pants, fingerless leopard gloves, combat boots and TONS of glitter.

The graphic tee they're sporting features a skull holding the Scales of Justice, and it originally came out during Metallica's fourth concert tour (called Damaged Justice) in 1988/1989. You can (luckily!) still snatch it up today for just under $20, but just know that this bad boy has tonnss of history—the tees were even featured on the second episode ever of House of Style. Score! We love how this band tee never goes out fashion, but who do you think wore it better—Miley or Ke$ha? Tell us below!
