Okay, so we're just going to come out and say it: we have a major girl crush on Lily Collins. We've loved the L.A.-based actress ever since her hosting duties on Nickelodeon way back when, but nowadays, with big-time movies like The Blind Side and Mirror Mirror to her name, the former teen TV reporter has officially grown into a full-blown movie star. We're not the only ones noticing, either. None other than Glamour's September cover girl and the issue's newest guest editor,Victoria Beckham, tapped Lily for the mag's special spread (no big deal). The 23-year-old is absolutely radiant in the images, sporting a ruffled pale pink knit sweater and working her signature strong brows like nobody's business. Paging Brooke Shields...

In the interview, Lily talks makeup ("less is more," she says), working with Hollywood icons like Sandra Bullock and Julianne Moore, and having a look that's different. "Big brows weren't the look in L.A., where I grew up," she remembers. "But my mom instilled in me that it's the quirky things that make you beautiful." We couldn't have said it better ourselves.
