Here at MTV Style, we're card-carrying Justin Bieber fans (and/or apologists, depending on your perspective), so you better BELIEBE we'll be tuning in as Biebsy makes a cameo in this Sunday's episode of The Simpsons. Titled "The Fabulous Faker Boy," the episode centers around a *drumrollllll* musical performance. (Doh.) "He tries to get into a talent show that Bart is playing piano in, and they won’t admit him," Simpsons executive producer/writer Al Jean told Entertainment Weekly. Unlike Lady Gaga's entire dedicated episode in Springfield, Justin just makes a quick appearance, but WHAT an appearance it is! I mean, are you seeing this animated wardrobe?!
Thanks to a tweet from Bieber himself (and EW again), we're finally getting to see a sneak peek of Simpson-ized Justin, and WOW, for such a short cameo, these togs are LOUCHE. Not sure what we're talking about? Let's spell it out for you: V-E-R-S-A-C-E. Biebs is wearing cartoon VERSACE, y'all! It looks as though Justin's Simpsons appearance was modeled after one of the looks from his coming-of-age V Magazine spread right down to the embossed suede and buckle epaulettes. This also half-explains the tonsorial throwback (Bieber's working a look with more altitude lately), but really, if you're going to draw up a caricature of Justin, the hair flip is signature. What do you think of Justin Bieber's The Simpsons look and wardrobe? Will you be watching Sunday night?
