The quack is back! DJ duo Duck Sauce has finally rolled out a new single in "It's You," two years after "Big Bad Wolf" and three after their immensely popular "Barbra Streisand," and it's (expectedly) a banger if we do say so ourselves. The track itself hase been in circulation for a few weeks now, but yesterday, Armand Van Helden, A-Trak and their team released the "It's You" music video. Which brings us to why we, purveyors of all things style, are talking about it: it's ALL. ABOUT. HAIR.
As a nod to the record's barbershop quartet leanings, the short is set in a *drumrolllll* barbershop, and its patrons hairstyles become the platform for all the action. Afros expand and contract with the beat, designs cut in high top fades animate, and cornrows oscillate in time (creepy but still awesome). The hairstyle example photos spring to life, singing the hook, and there's a major switch to black light at the end which involves A-Trak rocking a neon beard. Check it all out for yourself in the full music video below!
