You've booked a sweet trip somewhere sandy and warm for spring Break. You're (mentally) ready to flee the polar vortex and its late-March snowstorms, but do you know what you're BRINGING WITH YOU? *cue screeching brakes and a tight zoom on your face* Didn't think so. Don't worry, we're here to help with a few key items that will make your SB packing just a liiittle bit easier.
DAY-TO-NIGHT MAXI DRESS
When you go on a trip, especially with a big group of people, you never know where the day (or night) is going to take you. Be prepared for anything with a day-to-night maxi dress that can take you from the beach to dinner and back again.
How many times have you dipped into the ocean or gone out on a walk only to turn back not be able to easily pick out your spot on the sand thanks to a crowded beach? Sure, a lot of people will probably have the same idea, but if you get a beach towel in what looks like a solid from far away, but not quite, it'll be easier for you to find your stuff against all the nautical striped/seashell-print towels.
Flat sandals are a must. Sure, you can go with a trusty pair of flip-flops, but some huarache joints like these probably go with your cover-up a lot better and will feel less like shower shoes when you roll out to lunch.
A good crossbody bag is a must when traveling. It keeps your hands free and sort of forces you to keep less stuff on your person. A jelly/vinyl/rubber one is especially nice for a beach vacation because it won't be ruined by water, and you can easily rinse out the sand afterward!
