Earlier this week we rounded up THE very best hair tutorials on YouTube to perfect before prom night, from classic cascading waves to an updated take on K.Stew's fishtail braid. Now that you've had a day or so to practice those, it's time for part two of the ultimate YouTube prom prep: yep, we're talking about makeup! The amount of beauty inspiration online right now is seriously overwhelming, so we've done the legwork for you and picked our top 5 how-to clips. And while they might not all be prom-specific, that's OK, because you'll have plenty of opportunities to show off your skills long after the dance (or even high school!) is over. But first, a warning: diving headfirst into a sea of makeup videos is a slippery slope —trust us, we've been there— so don't blame us if you get addicted and finally re-emerge to the real world hours later. So let's do this!

Chloe Moretz Gets Punky And Playful For 'NYLON'

Ever since the very beginning in the '90s with cover girls like Liv Tyler and Gwen Stefani, NYLON's always been one to show total and complete support for the latest crop of rising stars. But we've got to admit, for this year's annual Young Hollywood Issue, the magazine outdid even itself by choosing none other than Miss Chloe Grace Moretz (!!) to represent the new guard of up-and-comers. We first suspected something was up several weeks ago when the actress tweeted this photo of her rad pop art manicure, and now we can see the spread in all its fun high fashion glory. Fresh off her recent Teen Vogue stint, where she showed her tough-girl side in tulle coupled with studs and leather, Chloe's getting playful and punky here with mixed prints, tons of slogan tees, and a complete '90s style resurgence. Selena Gomez Does Head-To-Toe Florals Right In 3.1 Phillip Lim

From her clear accessories to subtle belly-baring pieces, there's absolutely no question that Selena Gomez has a real knack for whipping out ensembles we'd gladly steal for our own closets. But although Sel looking cute is nothing new, it's rarer when an outfit singlehandedly causes SUCH a stir that we stop whatever we're doing immediately to steal it for ourselves. Seriously, though! As soon as we spotted the actress and singer at Elvis Duran's radio show yesterday in New York dressed in all-over floral print, we knew we HAD to track this little number down. Luckily the communal search party didn't take too long, since her silk pajama-inspired pants, "Get It Girl" graphic tee, and white strappy heels are all from the same place: 3.1 Phillip Lim.

Watch Beyonce's New H&M Campaign Video!

Is it hot in here...or is it just Beyonce's SMOKING NEW H&M VIDEO?! Duh, it's definitely the latter. The clip for "Beyoncé as Mrs. Carter in H&M" officially landed this morning, and you guys, trust us when we say the superstar is taking island dreaming to an epic new level. Filmed earlier this year in the Bahamas (remember when the campaign was just a whispery rumor?), the vid stars Bey posing sultrily amidst the tropical palm trees and clear blue skies dressed in H&M's new swimwear line. Shot by Jonas Åkerlund, we hear the concept is to represent the four natural elements— fire, water, wind, and earth— in a seriously fashionable way.

Urban Outfitters To Launch Eco-Friendly Capsule Collection

Thanks to the past success of its Around The World offshoots featuring international brands like Wood Wood and MiniMarket, Urban Outfitters is definitely NO stranger to expanding its vision (sans passport). But now the mass retailer is going even more global with a sustainable spin to its already well-stocked selection of worldly goods. UO has teamed up with Della, a Los Angeles-based brand that sells wildly cool clothing and accessories handcrafted in Ghana. According to Refinery 29, the label's roomy jackets, track shorts, and accessories like iPad cases are produced by local women, all of whom receive background training and education from the company. Besides being actually, you know, cute, these colorful printed pieces are 100% vegan and totally sustainable. Oh, and we mention everything's priced under $69?!

Miguel's Stylist Jasmine Benjamin Talks 'How Many Drinks? (Remix)' Music Video Fashion [Interview]

There are stylish musicians, and then there's Miguel. This dude is a real fashion force to be reckoned with, thanks to his uniquely on-point uniform (pompadour, biker jacket, t-shirt, check!) to his rockabilly-meets-hip-hop onstage influences. It didn't take long before our eyeballs became used to seeing the soulful crooner crank up his trademark slick style in videos like "Adorn," but now he's taking it to the next level in the new vid for "How Many Drinks (Remix)" featuring Kendrick Lamar. Seriously, though, does it get any better than HEAD-TO-TOE Saint Laurent?! In this case, no way. We already know Miguel's a huge fan of Hedi Slimane, but rarely do we land the opportunity to witness the French label's Nehru collar shirts and Cuban heels in action, not to mention on one of our favorite musicians (accompanied by a swoonworthy soundtrack, no less!). Those signature grills, the epic sneaker collection, that inescapable catchphrase (you know what we're talking about...). Yep, Ryan Lochte is truly one of a kind. Isn't it crazy to think that just a year ago we had absolutely NO idea about the Lochte mania about to sweep America during the 2012 Olympics?! Now the swimming champ is pretty much everywhere, chatting about the intricacies of Speedo design on Jay Leno, launching "Hardcore Workout" DVDS online, and firmly cementing "Jeah!" into everyone's vocabulary, whether we asked for it or not. Now the golden boy has taken his infamous Lochte-isms to reality TV with E!'s new series "What Would Ryan Lochte Do?" Just before the show premiered on Sunday night, the swimmer and unabashed fashion enthusiast stopped by MTV to chat about his goal to spread "swimming awareness," how he prepped by watching The Kardashians, and of course, his plans for a clothing collection. We first heard murmurs of Lochte-branded shoes and "glitzy" accessories several months ago, and now we've got the official scoop on his design ambitions right here.
