Are we the only ones who were surprised by the uncanny resemblance actress/dancer Heather Morris had to Ke$ha during last night’s episode of Glee? The cast performed their version of the glitter/garbage bag-loving pop star's song "TiK ToK," while Heather channeled Ke$ha circa "We R Who We R" video. The liner-smudged face, the feathers and bandannas, the short shorts, the messy blonde strands...are we sure these two aren't related? Distant cousins? Something? Maybe we shouldn't be too shocked. Heather DID nail Britney Spears' mannerisms in an episode back in September. Talk about method acting; this girl is good.

Like Ke$ha, Heather's face glistened (glitter, maybe?), while her lips looked icy courtesy of a swipe of silvery-blue lipstick.

Here, Heather rocked an American Flag tee like Ke$ha's. But the similarities don't end there. The actress also wore super-cropped shorts, feathers and bandanna bracelets, and messy hair.

Looks from Lauren Conrad's new line, Paper Crown.
Photo: Courtesy of Paper Crown

It's a rarity for us to fall in love with EVERY single item in a fashion line. But, with The Hills alum Lauren Conrad's new collection Paper Crown, that's exactly what happened. The spring lineup, which is priced at $69 to $400, includes covetable soft knits, silk blouses, cropped pants, tailored blazers, faux-leather shorts, flippy skirts, chiffon dresses, and floral prints. The newly minted designer set up shop at Coterie (a New York City fashion trade show where designers can meet with buyers/boutiques), and while chatting with Allure and Fashionista she revealed a few fun facts about her line...and her hair.

On The "Paper Crown" Name: "When I was little I used to go to my grandmother's and we would always play dress-up; but when I would go there, I wouldn't have my dress-up trunk with me, so we'd make these paper crowns. That was our way of creating our own glamour—and that's what we wanted the line to be like."

On Her Inspiration For The Line: “When I was designing [the collection] I wanted to do pieces that could be worn lots of different ways—I think it’s nice to invest in pieces you can wear throughout a few seasons. It’s modern but not overly trendy. I wanted an overall romance feel to the line, balanced out with a couple tailored pieces for a slight menswear feel and the leather pieces to balance out the chiffons.”

On Her Biggest Hair Regret: "I had bleached hair for awhile. It was pretty bad."

Jared Leto at the mtvU Campus Invasion Music Festival in Tampa on Oct. 15, and Britney Spears and her backup dancers in the 'Hold It Against Me' video.
Photo: Getty Images/Jive Records

It's a battle of the multi-zippered pants! We knew we recognized the fitted white jeans that Britney Spears' backup dancers were getting down in for her new "Hold It Against Me" music video. 30 Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto first wore the Tripp slacks ($65, HotTopic.com) in October while performing at the mtvU Campus Invasion Music Festival in Tampa. While Britney's boys boogied with the removable bondage straps and bum flap intact, we prefer Jared's more streamlined/less fussy look without them. What do you think?

+ Who wore tight white jeans better — Jared Leto or Britney's backup dancers?

Abigail Breslin at various 'Rango' events on Feb. 20, Feb. 14, and Feb. 22.

It looks like Little Miss Sunshine Abigail Breslin is all grown up. While promoting Rango, the animated action film that she stars in with Johnny Depp, the 14-year-old traded in her baby-doll frocks and cutoff jeans for blazers and high heels. On Feb. 20 at the Germany premiere she teamed a glittering black shift with a chic blazer, and wore a similar look (in gold/tan) at the Los Angeles premiere earlier in the month. Meanwhile, at a photo call for the film in London yesterday, the teen star slipped into a black coat dress with sky-high black pumps. EXCUSE us!

Alexa Chung attends the Erdem London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2011 show at the University of Westminster on Feb. 21, 2011, in London.
Photo: Samir Hussein/Getty Images

Wearing big chunks of houndstooth in the form of a coat or dress is so 2009 (we're just being honest, here). But, rocking the black and white pattern in small doses is all kinds of chic. For example, Alexa Chung looked crazy-cool sporting the retro '80s style in the form of sunglasses to Erdem's London Fashion Week show at the University of Westminster on Feb. 21. Want to try the look for yourself? Slip these on for size...

SQUARE: No more squinting! These houndstooth-patterned Spring Hinge Wayfarer sunglasses ($7.99, GogglesAndGlasses.com) provide 100 percent UV protection.

ROUND: Alexa wore these funky Ralph Lauren Collection Keyhole Printed Sunglasses in Houndstooth ($250, RalphLauren.com) to the Erdem fashion show in London.

OVAL: These oversize sunglasses with houndstooth frames ($5, BuckleCity.com) would make Jackie O proud.

Olivia Palermo at the Matthew Williamson and Mulberry Salon fashion shows in London on Feb. 20, at the Rachel Roy Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week show in New York on Feb. 15.
Photo: Getty Images/WireImage

The City alum Olivia Palermo has been piling on the layers, wearing everything (but the kitchen sink) to fashion shows from New York City to London...and we sort of love it! For the Matthew Williamson show on Feb. 20 in London, Olivia went cowgirl in a knitted turtleneck, furry cream coat, Topshop pleated maxi skirt and a fedora. That same day she sat front row at the Mulberry fashion show wearing a flippy miniskirt, scoop neck tee, tan blazer, caramel Mulberry leather jacket, gray lace-up heels, and an animal print Mulberry bag...whew! While in New York City a few days earlier, Olivia popped by the Rachel Roy fashion presentation just as covered up in a tailored coat, leather skirt, leopard print lace-ups, and a ton of fur. A TON.

+ Do you like Olivia Palermo's layered look? Or, is it just too much?

Behind the backdrop of Eric Van Der Woodsen's (Connor Paolo) 18th birthday party, major drama goes down in "While You Weren't Sleeping," the 16th episode of Gossip Girl season four. Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) tries to "race to greatness" by spreading herself too thin. But in the end her plan to fast-track her career leaves her overly caffeinated and wearing two different (but equally cute!) embellished pumps to Eric's party. Despite her best efforts to do it ALL, Blair gets fired/quits W magazine. Meanwhile, Serena Van Der Woodsen (Blake Lively) is forced to choose sides between her fam and her new beau Ben Sharp (David Call), and Lily Humphrey (Kelly Rutherford) and Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) are in cahoots to get back Bass Industries. Oh, and Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr) makes a return to Brooklyn/the Upper East Side to beg for forgiveness from Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley), who seems to be crushing hard on Blair. Check out all of our fave Upper East Siders' styles below.

New York Fall 2011 Fashion Week has officially wrapped, but not without leaving some fierce trends in its wake. From beautiful braids to mix-and-match prints, these are the fall trends that got our attention. Confession: We’re seriously contemplating jumping the gun and wearing these hot looks NOW. What? Is that a problem?

DEEP TEAL: Pantone wasn’t joking when they said that deep teal would be the go-to hue for Fall 2011. Dozens of designers including Marc Jacobs, Rodarte, and Rachel Roy incorporated the ocean-invoking shade into their collections. What we noticed: It’s a color that works on every skin tone.

WILD PRINTS: Prints in fall aren’t really anything shocking, but hyper mixing and matching them like Anna Sui, Rebecca Taylor, Betsey Johnson did is definitely something new. The colorful look is bold and brazen—wallflowers need not apply.

HIGH NECKLINES: Turtlenecks sort of fell off the radar over the last few years, but they are back in a big way. Everyone from Christian Siriano and BCBG Max Azria to Tommy Hilfiger showed the topper on the runway this week, teaming it with flowing dresses and draping skirts.

'70S INSPIRED: Tory Burch, Anna Sui, and Marc By Marc Jacobs flaunted their ‘70s inspired looks—fluffy furs, oversize shades, and bow-collared blouses—on the runway. Do you dig it, foxy?

BRAIDS WITH A TWIST: As for hair, woven locks were the popular pick. But not just any old French braid would do for these designers. Erin Fetherston interlaced metallic thread into braided crowns, a Mara Hoffman showed fat side braids, and Charlotte Ronson’s plaits were tiny and hidden at the nape of her models’ necks.

Yesterday was the last day of New York Fashion Week (sniff-sniff), and it ended with a bang...and poodles. Check out our favorite looks below.

L.A.M.B.: The models at L.A.M.B.'s fall fashion show had serious attitudes. But, it was all part of the show, which featured military-inspired jackets and trousers, Rasta-influenced looks, and glamorous/billowy gowns.

NAEEM KHAN: Naeem Khan's collection was full of glittering gowns and embellished minis—all the ingredients for a perfect red carpet look.

RALPH LAUREN: Inspired by Asian culture and fashion, Ralph Lauren infused fine silks, bright embroideries, regal velvet, and super-slim silhouettes into his fall collection.

ISAAC MIZRAHI: If there's one thing Isaac Mizrahi's fashion shows are not, it is boring. In a nod to the 1950s sock-hop, each model—in A-line coats, tea dresses, and faille skirts—wore a poodle-esque pouf atop her head. Oh, and real poodles, whose hair was dyed in candy shades, walked the runway, too.

CALVIN KLEIN: Minimalist chic was the name of the game at Calvin Klein's fall fashion show, with models parading out in muted hues, rich fabrics, and looser silhouettes.

Britney Spears in 'Hold It Against Me.'
All Photos: Courtesy of Jive Records

She's baaaaaack! Britney Spears' new Jonas Åkerlund-directed music video, "Hold it Against Me," premiered Thursday night (watch it below!). With a distinct sci-fi vibe, the clip opened with a meteor falling to earth from outer space. Then Brit is shown prepping for a photo shoot, which quickly turns into a wild and crazy dance party. Granted, Ms. Spears' moves were a little less boom-boom-pow than Britney's moves circa "Hit Me Baby One More Time." But, we won't hold it against her. Check out the video below, look by look...

Britney's looking awfully svelte in her fishnets and half-shirt. But the dancer with the purple undies and striped socks just might have the edge.

Upon closer inspection, the neon yellow layered necklace around Brit's neck is FIRE!

Oh, you might not want to mess with this crooner—check out her hip arsenal.

Here comes the bride...all dressed in white. The pop star is shown wearing a monstrous white ball gown, floating through a room full of video screens that displays her past videos. "Hit Me Baby One More Time"!!!

With the twinkling wedding gown (is it a wedding gown?), Britney rocks three cuffs on each arm, plus a serious statement necklace.

Brit-Brit's fingers shoot out paint!! Yeah, we'll get to that later. Side note: The singer's lashes look AMAZING!!

Kiss-kiss, claw-claw. Britney rocks faux talons with her red Yasmen Hussein for Swarovski Runway Rocks top. This still puts us in the mindset of Kanye West's "Runaway."

About mid-video, the singer physically beats up a glamorous clone of herself (both were wearing B. Akerlund). There's gotta be some meaning behind THAT.

If only we could all look so pretty (red lipped and every hair in place) while kicking butt!

Britney showed off these insane purple-y XTC stiletto heels during a fight scene.

No matter how old Britney gets, dancing is in her blood, and here she wore a B. Åkerlund design with Tom Binns jewelry while getting down.

Brit-Brit teamed her bustier top and booty shorts with bedazzled knee-high leather boots. Get it, girl!

Remember those paint guns attached to Brit's fingers? Well, this is what happens when you play with paint in a white dress. But personally, we like the wedding dress better now that it's covered in a rainbow of colors.
