The latest episode of Jersey Shore got off to a not-so-pleasant start courtesy of too much booze—Snooki woke up in the dog pen, while Ronnie puked in a bag and bled from his bum. The takeaway: Drink water. Later, JWOWW, Snooki, and Deena discovered the many treasures to be found in the drugstore (where Snooks broke a tricycle), then the sex store (where the girls found, what looked like, their costumes for next Halloween). Oh, and did we mention that Ronnie and Sammi broke up...AGAIN.

PAULY D'S 'I <3 JEWISH GIRLS' TEE: Pauly D's tee, which he got last summer as a gift from "Stalker" Danielle, says he loves Jewish girls, but we think his shirt should say "I Love All Girls."

SNOOKI'S HUSTLER OUTFIT: Snooki's "hot drunk baseball player outfit" (her words!) that she bought at the sex store made her look like, well, a hot drunk baseball player.

JWOWW'S HOT BOD: Bom chicka wah wah...JWOWW showed off her toned physique in a leather bustier bra that she found in the sex store.

Meg and Jack White of The White Stripes in a promotional photo.

After more then 13 years of making sweet, sweet music together, The White Stripes are calling it quits (it’s OK, cry it out). The color-coordinated duo announced that as of Feb. 2 they’d cease recording and performing as The White Stripes. But they aren’t leaving the game empty-handed. Their 2001 breakout hit "Fell In Love With a Girl" won’t soon be forgotten; neither will 2003's standout song "Seven Nation Army"…oh, and need we remind you about the band's four Grammy Awards.

Jack White and Meg White (who were once married, but posed as siblings throughout much of their tenure) had this to say on their website about the dismantling: "The White Stripes do not belong to Meg and Jack anymore. The White Stripes belong to you now and you can do with it whatever you want. The beauty of art and music is that it can last forever if people want it to. Thank you for sharing this experience. Your involvement will never be lost on us and we are truly grateful."

If you must spend a day in mourning, we understand—it's so hard to say goodbye—but don’t do it in black. Obviously, the apropos hues are red and white.

2002 MTV EVENTS: The White Stripes performed "Fell In Love With A Girl" and "Dead Leaves and The Dirty Ground" at the 2002 MTV Movie Awards, where they wore mostly red, save for Megs bell-bottomed pants. At the VMAs a couple of months later, the duo looked dapper while accepting their awards for Breakthrough Video, Best Special Effects, and Best Editing.

PERFORMING/JACK'S RIPPED SHIRT: The duo stayed true to their red and white theme even in wrinkled, stitched-up tees.

MEG's SCARVES AND HAIR: Meg, who often rocked polka dot neck scarves and Old Hollywood hairdos during performances, came up with the name "The White Stripes," inspired by her love of peppermints (check out the peppermint painted on her drums).

GRAMMYS 2004: The group went retro at the 2004 Grammy Awards, where they performed "Seven Nation Army" and a cover of Son House's "Death Letter" and won for Best Alternative Music Album for Elephant. Meg wore a long white gown with a leaf pattern on the red carpet and a simple black tank while performing. Meanwhile, Jack rocked a '60s inspired red and black suit pre-show and his famous black leg/red leg pants while performing.

JACK'S WESTERN PHASE: There was a time, around 2005, when Jack performed repeatedly in cowboy hats, chaps-style pants and neck scarves. Yeehaw!

ALBUM COVERS: What’s red, white and black all over? The White Stripes album covers—all of them.

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi at the 69th Washington Auto Show conference in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 31.
Photo: Getty Images

Sure, you could rock a capelet or a pencil skirt, but an easier way to wear houndstooth is on your fingernails (à la Snooki). The Jersey Shore star wore the classic black-and-white pattern on her digits while attending the 69th Washington Auto Show conference on Jan. 31. Unless you have the steadiest hand on the planet, it's near impossible to get this funky look (which works well with a Hello Kitty ring, too) with regular old nail polish. Enter press-on lacquer strips! We love Nail Fraud's Houndstooth Hotty ($12, NailFraud.com). Here's how to lay 'em down...

STEP 1: File clean nails and swipe them with a little nail polish remover to wipe away any oils.

STEP 2: Select the best fitting strip for each nail and remove the backside of the strip.

STEP 3: Gently stretch the strip for a perfect fit and to help prevent hard-to-remove air bubbles. Firmly smooth the strip over the entire nail.

STEP 4: Form a crease around the tip of the nail to remove the excess strip and use a nail file to smooth the tip of nail.

STEP 5: Apply a clear top coat to the nail and the tip. Repeat on remaining nails.

+ Will you try press-on print nails like Snooki?

We're used to seeing the Jersey Shore casties in their pajamas. The Situation's pre-nookie pajama pants get plenty of air time. And who can forget the time that Snooki (who has her own line of slippers) wore her fuzzy green slip-ons with her blanket to work? So, obviously, we weren't surprised when we saw Snooks, Sammi and Deena posing in Valentine's Day-inspired night gear in honor of P.J. Salvage's National Sleep-In Day (Feb. 19).

SNOOKI'S PLAYFUL PJS: Snooki looks comfy-cozy in a P.J. Salvage Lips Robe ($89, Zappos.com). But it's the Leopard Print Slippers ($24.99, BuyHappyFeet.com) from her own line that steal the show.

SAMMI'S SEXY STYLE: Heartbreaker Sammi slipped into a pair of P.J. Salvage Forget Me Nots Leopard Cami Pajamas ($98, ThePJShop.com), for a sweet (but saucy) p.m. look.

DEENA'S CASUAL TEE: Deena kept her nighty-night ensemble straight and to the point in a P.J. Salvage "All You Need Is Me" Print Sleep Shirt ($38, Nordstrom.com). Side note: Wouldn't Deena look so cute with her hair cut in a long bob? Just sayin'.

Looks from H&M's Inclusive plus size collection
Photo: H&M

What do you want to hear first? The good news or the bad news about H&M's Inclusive Plus-Size Collection? The good news? OK...in March H&M will launch a line of swingy figure-flattering party frocks and flippy skirts—including our personal faves, a strapless polka dot dress, a sheer striped skirt, and floral print dresses—available in EU sizes 32-54 (translation: US sizes 2-24). Which means you don't have to get all hot and bothered when your XS BFF gets to wear the cute one-shoulder belted shift and you don't. Ugh, we hate it when that happens! Now, the bad news: The one-off collection will be sold exclusively online...in Europe! Frowny face. But, all of us state-siders can still dream.

Julia Stiles in Los Angeles on Jan. 29, Mila Kunis in Los Angeles on Jan. 5.
Photo: Getty Images

Julia Stiles and Mila Kunis just wanna have fun. How do we know? Both actresses were recently spotted in twirl-ready dresses—can't you just see them both dancing the night away in these strapless shifts? Julia, who starred in Dexter, wore a beige drop-waisted Max Mara dress to Entertainment Weekly's Pre-Screen Actors Guild Awards party on Jan. 29. For a color burst she paired the frock with glittery peep toe heels by René Caovilla. Meanwhile, Black Swan's Mila Kunis rocked a J. Mendel taupe (nearly green) cocktail dress with nude Brian Atwood platform pumps to the People's Choice Awards on Jan. 5. For us, this style matchup comes down to the shoes. Mila's serious stilettos didn't seem to jive with the flirty/girly vibe of her dress, so Julia's fab dress and her funky ode to the Wizard of Oz heels get our vote. But we want to know what you think?

+ Which frill seekers look do you like most—Julia Stiles' or Mila Kunis'?

Beauty products to help get you through a cold winter.

Baby, it's cold—and wet...and snowy...and gloomy...and slushy—outside. And we still have WEEKS to go before we're in the clear. So on top of our impending winter blues, which make us want to hibernate in bed until temps rise above freezing, we have to figure out how to deal with winter frizz and dry skin. The secret is in these beauty goodies that boost your mood and your looks.

Red Hot Lipstick
A bold red lipstick like Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited Crème Matte ($24) will perk up sallow skin, even if it is half-covered in a beanie.

Super-Hydrating Conditioner
Fight dull fringe with Fekkai Glossing Conditioner ($21), a light (but extra-moisturizing) conditioner that is pumped with pure olive oil. Bonus: Word on the street is that this conditioner (and the matching shampoo) smells DIVINE.

Absurdly Bright Polish
Go wild with polish. You'll be surprised at how awesome it is to be wearing poppy yellow polish like CND Colour in Bicycle Yellow ($6.50) in the middle of a snowstorm.

Skin-Warming Bronzer
NARS Blush and Bronzing Duo ($40) has everything you need—blush, bronzer and highlighter—to create a believable faux tan.

Flake-Fighting Scrub
Use a creamy salt scrub like The Body Shop Spa Wisdom Africa Ximenia & Salt Scrub ($28) a few times a week to smooth rough, flaky skin.

+ What's one beauty product that helps pull you through the winter?

Adele in London on Jan. 27, at CMT Artists of the Year in Franklin, Tenn., on Nov. 30, 2010, and at the 2009 VH1 Divas Show in New York on Sept. 17, 2009.

The next time we need an A-line skirt with three-quarter-length sleeves or opaque tights, we know where to go. British singer/songwriter Adele, whose second studio album 21 will launch on Feb. 22 (it came out in the UK on Jan. 24), has an affliction to the classic pieces. But it's a good thing—the twirly dresses and trendy leggings look great on her curvy physique! We love how this redheaded soul crooner, whose sound is said to be inspired by Etta James and Ella Fitzgerald, often teams her frocks with flirty flats, knee-length toppers and cute updos/ponytails. But what do you think? Do you like Adele's signature look?

Taylor Momsen at the Tokidoki x Onitsuka Tiger launch in West Hollywood on Oct. 26, and a model at the Nina Ricci Spring Summer 2011 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.

It felt a little like déjà vu when we read this recent Lucky magazine post about red smoky eye shadow, which was dusted on models' lids at Nina Ricci’s spring runway show, being the hottest thing since sliced bread. We’ve seen those ruby-rimmed peepers before (and we even wrote about 'em)! Taylor Momsen went red while hosting the Tokidoki X Onitsuka Tiger Sneaker collaboration launch party on Oct. 26. Remember, this look is pegged as a Spring 2011 makeup must-try, so Taylor was 145 days ahead of the trend (in case you’re keeping count). We may never get down with the red eye—it looks...itchy—but kudos to Ms. Momsen for being on top of her makeup game.

Amid the weird UES return of Damien (the drug-dealing misfit who helped Jenny, um, ruin her life), Gossip Girl's 13th episode of season four, "Damien Darko," showed Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) looking fierce for her first few days as a fashion intern at W magazine. It didn't matter that her main duties included stapling, filing, and stuffing gift bags—Blair rocked a Valentino cardigan with pink short-shorts and patterned tights one day and a Bensoni print dress with DKNY tights on another day. But when Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) "the sixth W intern" rained on Blair's parade, proving that he can indeed tell the difference between Marc Jacobs mustard pumps and Louis Vuitton lemon stilettos, the two butt heads. The bickering culminates at a W party where the two race to impress the higher-ups first, but they both wind up getting the ax after their boss catches them fighting on the floor (Blair in a slinky BCBG dress and Dan in a Theory suit). Classy. Meanwhile, Raina Thorpe (Tika Sumpter) of Thorpe Interprises, who can seriously work a Jay Godfrey shift, continues to sleep with the enemy, Chuck Bass, amid continuous company controversy. Double classy. Who do you think looked best?
