Lady Gaga at the Grammy Awards on Feb. 13.

• Lady Gaga revealed her beauty routine to People magazine, and it's pretty much what you'd expect of the unconventional star—she sleeps in her makeup, she gets "chemical haircuts," and she craves foot massages (um, with all those sky-high shoes she wears, of course she does). {The Cut}

• In her new ad for Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick, Zooey Deschanel looks like our neighbor—the one on the third floor with the cute French bulldog named Ned. The point: Zooey is soooooo Photoshopped that she looks NOTHING like herself. {Huffington Post}

• If you're in NYC this Thursday or Friday, make plans to swing by the 3.1 Phillip Lim sample sale (open to the public...woot-woot!), where all proceeds will go to the American Red Cross to help the relief efforts in Japan. {Racked}

• New Zealand clothing brand Stolen Girlfriends Club staged a real fashion show in the aisles of an unsuspecting grocery store. #Awesome {Elle}

• Just when we thought Prada couldn't make an uglier-chic shoe as the flat form, they come out with a shoe-boot inspired by Marge Simpson's red pumps. {Styleite}

• Rachel Bilson and Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld have teamed up for a new video series for Magnum ice cream. Nomnomnom! {InStyle}

• Selena Gomez admits that she's skeptical about how her beau Justin Bieber will look with a 'stache. Yeah, girl, we are too! {People StyleWatch}

• Willow Smith is one brave lady! The 10-year-old pop star is rocking neon yellow braids (not an easy hue to pull off!) for performances in the United Kingdom. {Just Jared}

• We know what you've always wanted—to have a picture of your gorgeous mug emblazoned on a piece of wearable art worn by Lady Gaga. Thanks to a collaboration between the pop star; the creative director of Thierry Mugler, Nicola Formichetti; and MAC Viva Glam, now you can. {Styleite}

Nicole Scherzinger sighted on in Paris on March 17.
Photo: Getty Images

We've seen our fair share of crown braids. Last spring and summer they were all over the place (we bet you rocked one or 30 of them yourself), but the thing with crown braids is that they can sometimes look too kitschy...too girly...too ever-so-slightly milk maidish. But what Nicole Scherzinger showed off while hanging out in Paris yesterday was a completely fresh variation (crown braid 2.0, if you will), and ridiculously wearable. Here's how to style bite.

STEP 1 For a texture-boost, finger comb a dollop of styling mousse throughout your strands.

STEP 2 Part your hair down the middle—from your hairline to the top of your head.

STEP 3 Grab a 2- to 4-inch chunk of hair from behind one ear. Starting from the root, fishtail braid the section, securing the end with a small elastic. Don't know how to fishtail braid? We got you, gurl. Click here for a quick refresher.

STEP 4 Pull the braid over to the other side of your head (it should sit in the middle of your part), and secure it behind your ear with two bobby pins. To keep the braid from slipping and sliding, stick a few more bobbies along the braid and you're done. Gorgeous.

Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola at the EMU Australia fall fashion show.

• Lauryn Hill’s gene pool is STRONG. Check out the singer's 12-year-old daughter, Selah Marley, modeling in the April issue of Teen Vogue. It's like Lauryn circa Sister Act. For realz. {Coco Perez}

• Gorge celeb (who we bet smells lovely, too) Eva Mendes has replaced Naomi Watts as the face of Thierry Mugler's iconic perfume Angel. Sweeeeeet. {InStyle}

• The dress (bikini cover-up?) that princess-to-be Kate Middleton wore in a 2002 charity fashion show is being auctioned off today in London. So what's all the hubbub about—it's just a sheer tube dress?! Well, it's the same sheath that helped Kate get noticed by Prince William. Boys will be boys. {Glamour}

• Here's a good reason to add to our already-massive T-shirt collection—H&M is debuting its first Knot Violence Non-Violence line featuring tees and bags with knotted-gun graphics by artist Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd. The shop will donate 10 percent of sales to the Non Violence Project Foundation. {Racked}

Relationships (the good, bad, and ugly) took center stage in the latest episode of Jersey Shore. Sammi and Ronnie tried to hash out their differences from last week (as you may recall, she half-hooked-up with a fella from her nabe) over hot dogs and wine. Then there was this weird sitch where Ronnie's mom, while drunk, called the casties to express her concern for her son's relationship with Sammi. Straaaange. Meanwhile, Vinny and Snooki went out for burgers to discuss their relationship that's not really a relationship, but that they kind of sort of want to become a relationship. And, Pauly D's "stalker" Danielle popped up at club Aztec AGAIN to, well, stalk. Yeah, yeah, yeah...what about the clothes?!

VINNY'S GANGSTA PIERCED EARS: Vinny bites the bullet to get his EARS pierced like all of the other casties (girls and guys). Pauly D admits that he got his pierced when he was seven. Vinny may be a late bloomer, but now he "looks like a big pimp." So, HUH!

DEENA'S DENIM: Rocking head-to-toe denim, Deena got her bubble bursted by "style expert" Pauly D, who said that all-jean ensembles haven't been cool for years. Whatever. Haters, they gonna hate.

THE KOOL-AID KICKS: Deena apparently got Kool-Aid on the white part of one of Vinny's Air Jordans. Hmm, we didn't see it. Did you?

Donald Glover on the red carpet and on stage at the 2011 mtvU Woodie Awards in Austin, Texas, on March 17.
Photo: PictureGroup

Unlike many other award show hosts who have a bajillion costume changes in the span of a few hours, Community star Donald Glover, who hosted the mtvU 2011 Woodie Awards last night, had ONE wardrobe change. Or more like a wardrobe alteration. He went from wearing a black suit with a pinkish shirt to losing the jacket for a gray striped skinny tie. It was perfectly in keeping with a MAJOR dude trend from last night because whippet-thin neck adornments were the silhouette. Check the army of skinny tie-wearing celebs, including New Cassettes, Chiddy from Chiddy Bang, and 3D Friends. Here's the thing, the Woodies are a mad casual affair (check Donald's long-day-in-the-lab rolled-up sleeves). Not like these fellas would walk up in there with dirty sweats, but jeans (clean ones) and untucked button-ups are totally acceptable. Meanwhile, a skinny tie (not a regular tie, which would just look douchey) in a messy knot is a genius way to dress up everything from scruffy hair and leather, to five o'clock shadows, while staying easy breezy. Unruly skinny ties 4 life!!

Whitney Port shows her Whitney Eve Fall 2011 line at the Directives West 'First.LA' show in Los Angeles on March 14.
Photo: Getty Images

Hair bumps were all the rage at the Whitney Eve Fall 2011 runway show, which was held on March 14 in Los Angeles. And as a whole, the sorta-eponymous collection was ALL Whitney Port. Like, if we spotted The City-alum rocking the distressed legging/mini-harem(?) pants and multicolored one-shoulder top from her fall line while sipping an ice coffee in Bev. Hills, we wouldn't be surprised. As a matter of fact, we can see the 26-year-old designer wearing EVERYTHING from her new Africa-inspired collection. Seriously—tube dresses, wrap minis, knotted maxis...that's Whitney all day! But, surprise (or not so much) she's no stranger to being her own No. 1 fan—that cute striped, one-button blazer that she wore during the show was from her Spring 2011 collection. Walking advertisement. The thing we love about the line is that it's vibrant, well-cut and seriously wearable. And given that it's a fairly new brand, the likelihood of someone else wearing the EXACT patterned wrap dress is slim. Plus, the price point is decent (with discount codes regularly updated on their Facebook page), and we just have to respect a small company like this that already has a direct e-commerce element to its site WITH a fair return policy. Thanks, girl. LOVE YOU; MEAN IT.

Kristen Wiig at the 'Paul' premiere in Hollywood on March 14.
Photo: Getty Images

We're gonna give it to you straight. As pretty as pink is, it's one of the TOUGHEST shadow shades to pull off. If you get it wrong, you run the risk of looking like you have a case of conjunctivitis (ewww, stay over there...), you're behind on your allergy meds, or you need to sleep (for 15+ hours). But, actress Kristen Wiig (likely inspired by the makeup at Derek Lam's Spring 2011 fashion show) got it sososososo right while attending the Paul premiere yesterday in Hollywood. Here are the rules that helped her work it out, without looking all contagious. P.S. Thanks, Kristen, for closing your eyes so we could get the full effect!

Keep clothing colors neutral. By wearing monochromatic black, tan, white, or gray there will be no competition with your poppy peepers. And, that's a good thing (Note also the simplicity/sparseness of her jewelry).

Balance your makeup with warm everything else. Since pink is a cool color (#makeuplesson), avoid cool blush and lipstick/gloss shades (i.e. red, pink, berry). Wear warm coral or tan shades instead. OR, keep your face natural and just wear a little clear balm on your lips.

Don't fuss too much with your hair. Wear it up in a haphazard bun or ponytail, or wear it unstyled and down.

Don't go overboard. A thin swipe close to your lash line is all you need. For an even subtler look, copy Kristen by swiping ONLY the outer corner of your eyes.
