Remember how soft Ke$ha looked when she ditched her face paint? Well, rest assured, she's definitely not giving up on glitter anytime soon. Last night, the pop star opened for Rihanna's Last Girl on Earth Tour in Los Angeles wearing a sequined romper, black combat boots, and fishnets. She also accessorized with sunglasses and headbands during the performance. But the best accessories weren't the ones she wore — they were the ones painted on her skin, like the design on her arm and the star on her face. Sharpies are the new jewelry!

Now that The Hills is over, Kristin Cavallari is already putting her extra time to excellent use: She's designing shoes! A Hills girl turned designer? This is territory Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag have crossed before!
At Monday night's Salt premiere, the stiletto-wearing starlet told People that she started working on her first-ever footwear project by designing one pair of shoes with Shoe Dazzle. "It’ll be like a good first shoe to get my feet wet with," she explained (no pun intended, we're sure).
The proceeds from that shoe will go toward her charity, OneKidOneWorld. And she doesn't plan to stop there: "I want to have my own shoe line," she said. "Shoes are my number one thing." AMEN, sister. We totally, wholeheartedly agree.

Brittany Snow looked so sassy in her bright yellow Jimmy Choos at the premiere of Charlie St. Cloud last night in Los Angeles, where she was there supporting BFF Vanessa Hudgens and the movie's star Zac Efron. But All My Children actress Leven Rambin beat her to the punch — she wore the same strappy heels to the Young Hollywood Awards on May 13. We love how both of the ladies kept their dresses short to show off their gorgeous gams, and they skipped overloading on jewelry and let the Choos do most of the accessorizing. While they looked fab, Brittany just might win out — she didn't go overboard with the look, and her black-and-white digital print frock by designer Christoforos Kotentos perfectly balanced out the neon footwear.
Who wore the strappy heels better — Leven or Brittany?

Delicate floral-print dresses are definitely a summer staple. Lately, everyone's resorting to breezy little frocks speckled with tiny flowers, and they couldn't look cooler in this soupy late-July heat. Michelle Trachtenberg and 30 Rock's Katrina Bowden both wore vibrant floral mini-dresses to last night's opening of the new Target in Harlem. Their outfits are both part of the limited-edition Liberty of London collection for Target, and sadly, they're sold out. But you can still find the last few items of the flower-powered collection online, like some cute ruffled halter dresses. On the west coast, Samaire Armstrong showed some flower love when she attended the Lia Sophia jewelry launch last week wearing a dress that looked similar to Michelle's.

Singer Pixie Lott been all up on our radar lately. She opened for Rihanna's Last Girl on Earth tour this spring, and she's always keeping things fresh with her punk-slash-girly style. Like last night, when she wore a short-short-SHORT floral-print dress with a bustier top and tutu-style skirt while performing at the iTunes Festival in London. She accessorized her poufy skirt with combat boots, which makes her look sort of looks like Alice in Wonderland gone grunge.

What do AnnaLynne McCord's nails remind you of? Jade necklaces? Mint ice cream? Sea foam? Whatever the inspiration, we love her color, especially combined with the peach Herve Leger bandage dress she wore to the VH1 Do Something Awards last night. But green?! This is It Color of Yesteryear when Chanel created a craze over its Jade hue last fall. In fact, that lacquer is totally sold out now, but CNN informs us that it's $100 on eBay ... uh, no thanks. So months later, this color's still got staying power. Even First Lady Michelle Obama was spotted wearing moss green on her pedicured toes this week. So, it's beyond back. It's here to stay. Want to score some lilypad hues for yourself? Try Neon Green from Delia*s ($4.50) Green With Envy by Orly ($4.50), or Radioactive by Pop Beauty Nail Glam ($14). You'll be green-taloned in no time.

Who needs color when you can glitter in metallic silver and sparkly black? Naomi Watts lit up the red carpet at the Salt premiere in a silver strapless Gucci dress, which looked so stunning with her blonde hair. Continuing the shiny trend, Alyssa Milano accepted her VH1 Do Something award last night in a silver top and high-waisted, cropped black pants by Alice + Olivia. She added a pop of color with her parrot-green platform pumps, which are so ladylike — but with a twist. LOVE! And because the third time is the charm, Angelina Jolie attended last night's premiere of Salt in a strapless black dress by Emporio Armani.

Symmetry is SO last week. Last night, singer Corinne Bailey Rae attended Barclaycard Mercury Award nominations in London wearing a black one-shoulder jumpsuit. Even though a jumpsuit skews trendy, on her it looks so classic and elegant. She kept the rest of her look totally minimal, with zero jewelry and pretty silver heels. Stephanie Pratt was also feeling the power of the one-shoulder: she rolled up to the New York premiere of The Extra Man in an asymmetrical floral-patterned tunic dress. Her look is far girlier than Corinne's, but simple nonetheless. She also masters the difficulty of pulling off a necklaces with a one-shoulder outfit — keep it long so that it doesn't mess with your diagonal neckline.

Lindsay Lohan might be reporting to jail tomorrow to serve a 90-day sentence, but you'll still be able to see her on the latest issue of Complex magazine. (Her pose for this cover looks similar to her other cover this month for German GQ, does it not?)
But most interesting about this cover is how Complex added the streetwear element to Lohan by turning to graffiti artist and toy designer KAWS to illustrate her cover and photo spread. The artist painted over the photos so it would look like Lindsay was rolling around with KAWS' trademark giant paws.

The fashion label Rodarte, created by California-based sisters Laura and Kate Mulleavy, teamed up with makeup giant M.A.C. cosmetics to create a new makeup and nail polish line for fall. The line is full of dusky, desert-themed colors inspired by a road trip that the designers took along the Mexican border. But two of their nail polishes have stirred up a truckload of controversy.
