I picked out these outfits, NBD.
First off, I need to give it up to Complex for discovering the incredible amazingness that IS the Dress Up! Drake iPhone app. Thanks to their killer sleuthing skills, I unearthed a whole PLETHORA of celeb dress-up goodness that has (apparently) existed since 2012. You can style everyone from Joe Jonas to One Direction to Adele in tops, bottoms, shoes, accessories, and—if you're lucky!—hair. But the best part about these Happy Girl Dress Up! apps is that they're all free—the only catch being to get the premium outfits (a.k.a. the way, WAY better ones) you have have to pay more. *high-fives entire world* I had to take a couple of these bad boys for a spin, so I obviously downloaded Joe's app first (sorry world, he's my ~one~).
Man, after all these months of waiting to see Nicki Minaj's debut fashion line with Kmart, the moment has finally come, y'all! Barbz woke up bright and early today (after a long night at the Met Gala, nonetheless *claps*) to share some of her first samples via Twitter, and, OMG, we can already tell this is going to be one decked out collection. At a press conference earlier this year, Nicki said she'd be sharing her design process with world ("They'll be seeing exclusive meetings and phone calls and sketches. And before you know it, the line will be here. My Barbz will be giving me information and their opinions and their true feelings"), and, boy, she wasn't kiddin'. So far, she's already showed us everything from high-waisted acid wash jeans to body-con dresses asking for her fans input on each item. Above, she showed off a pink captain's hat (her signature look!) covered in metal pins with serious gold detailing. She also revealed a silk chain print bomber jacket and matching pants with the caption, "Gna make the jacket smaller. Barbz???" If that means making it cropped, we are ALL in.
By now you've probably peeped ALL the insane Met Gala red carpet looks, but have you seen the nail art?! Everyone from Katy Perry to Rita Ora to Nicole Richie sported super ornate manis that we NEED to discuss. KP matched her embellished Dolce & Gabbana ensemble with equally decked-out nails. She layered blue and pink glitter over gold polish and finished the look with gold pyramid studs and ruby gems. WERK.

Just when you think you've seen it all on tonight's Met Gala red carpet, Katy Perry saunters in wearing one of the most stunning ensembles of the night. She was DECKED. OUT. in an embellished Dolce & Gabbana fall/winter 2013 frock (yes, from the same collection in which we Photoshopped Beast Jesus' face on select pieces of clothing because it is hilarious/amazing/makes life worth living) with a bedazzled crown, oversized gold cross earrings, and giant gold cocktail rings. If y'all could see this dress up close, you'd DIE at the beading detail, so it's no wonder she opted for black ankle strap wedges and not much else!

There's nothing we love more than when celebs really stick to a theme, and at tonight's "Punk: Chaos to Couture" Met Gala, Taylor Swift ditched her typically soft and girly look for a darker, edgier ensemble. Her glam-rock J. Mendel gown featured lace cut-outs along the torso and side (um, is this seriously channeling Gwyneth Paltrow's Antonio Berardi side cleavage look from a couple weeks ago or WHAT?) paired with an out of this WORLD gold embellished collar shoulder-piece. T Swift didn't need many accessories with this show-stopping dress, so she kept it simple with a glittery cuff and matching gold and black box clutch. We only got a tiny peek at her feet, but it looks like she sported strappy black sandals and black polish. #WERK

Guys, Katy Perry is taking the whole wearing florals for spring thing VERY seriously. Like, just in the past couple weeks alone, she's worn a floral dress (with a matching headpiece), a floral maxi skirt, a mixed print floral frock AND a floor-length floral gown. And then—just when we thought she had enough of the flowery stuff—she arrived at The Great Gatsby Pre-Met Ball screening yesterday wearing, you guessed it, florals. But we immediately noticed something different about this ensemble—she wasn't just rocking a flowery dress or top, her ENTIRE. OUTFIT. was inspired by blossoms. Don't believe us? We broke down every piece from her ensemble below.
• Katy Perry went to Washington for the White House Correspondent's Dinner last weekend sporting two stunning (and springy!) ensembles.
• Miley Cyrus covered V Magazine (three times!) in a punky, colored hair and men's underwear. #WERK
• The red dress from Selena Gomez's "Come & Get It" music video teaser should've looked a WEE bit familiar to y'all—she wore the exact same one at the MTV Movie Awards! We've got proof.
• Whew, is it hot in here or is it just Beyonce's H&M campaign? Girl is certainly getting us ready for summer in her affordable line of bikinis and mini-dresses.
• We took a moment to look back and remember the iconic style of Chris Kelly from Kris Kross. #RIPChrisKelly

Will Miley Cyrus bring her punky look to the Met Gala?

Dudes, we can't stop talking about the Met Gala. I mean, ever since we heard the theme was going to be "Punk: Chaos and Couture," we knew it was going to be a particularly special year for us at the Metropolitan Museum. So far, we've heard that everyone from Jennifer Lawrence to Solange Knowles to Psy (!!!) are attending the fashion world's fanciest event, but today we got word that the QUEEN of punk might also make an appearance come Monday—Miley Cyrus! Miley Online broke the news this afternoon, and we really, REALLY hope it's true, y'all. I mean, have you guys seen the latest issue of V Magazine? She rocked three different hair colors on the cover alone. *bows down*
Kristen Stewart for Florabotanica.

Whew! We can finally rest easy, y'all—Kristen Stewart has officially been confirmed for several (!!!) more campaigns with Balenciaga, according to The Cut. Due to last summer's, erm, situation with Rupert Sanders, many were worried the Twilight star would be dropped from the French fashion house. Also, Balenciaga's creative director Nicolas Ghesquière (who is BFFs with K Stew and acquired her for the campaigns) left last fall, making us/the internet TWICE as skeptical about her future with the brand. In a recent article from 032c magazine about Nicolas' departure, Kristen confirmed her devotion to him and said, "He is a reminder of how f****** annoying everyone else is. It’s not easy to walk a line that not every single person in the world is going to get in a second. Nicolas is the sort of person who loves swimming in rough water [...] I’ve felt the happiest I’ve ever felt wearing these clothes. I’ve also felt androgynous and rigid. Sort of like you’re wearing a f****** building."
Rihanna and her RiRi Woo lipstick.

Dang, y'all. We totally freaked out when we heard that Rihanna was collabing with MAC Cosmetics back in February, and, as it turns out, everyone else was too! Just a few weeks ago, MAC announced they were kicking off the release of her collection with the retro red matte RiRi Woo lipstick, and yesterday Rihanna let her Navy know her signature shade was officially available for purchase on MacCosmetics.com. The rest, as they say, was history. Basically, the lipstick sold out in three hours flat. YUP. Girl knows how to sell some makeup!
