'Dancing With The Stars': Audrina Patridge Rocks In Red

Dancing With the Stars threw a rock-and-roll party this week! Audrina Patridge and partner Tony Dovolani performed to Queen's "Another One Bites the Dust," and Audrina wore a head-to-toe red number for the performance. For her outfit, The Hills star gave a nod to menswear, wearing a bright red blazer over a sexy black bra on top, and a flowy skirt that was cut open to reveal sparkly red bloomers below. She also wore her hair half-up, which looked amazing, save for the pouf-like pompadour on top. Judge Len Goodman said Audrina was getting on his nerves a little bit because she wasn't living up to her potential as a dancer. And honestly, we're kind of feeling that way about her costume this week, too. But what do you think?

Can Justin Bieber Make Flannel Look Hot?

Justin Bieber looked like he had Halloween on the brain when he attended Variety's Power of Youth event last Sunday in Hollywood. The 16-year-old pop star looked adorable in an orange and black G-Star Raw flannel shirt, which he wore with black pants and sneakers. You can snap up Justin's shirt online for $120, only it comes in orange and gray instead of orange and black. But if that price is a little out of your budget, check out this more affordable version by Aéropostale. The checkered woven shirt has the same colors and pattern as Justin's top, but costs just $14.99, which means you can stock up on these preppy basics on the cheap for fall.

It's True, 'The City' Is Canceled

As much as we loved watching Whitney Port ascend in the fashion world on The City for two seasons, the show will not be back for a third round. "The City will not be returning to MTV for season three," MTV confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter this morning. "Whitney has been a part of our family for many years, and we wish her and the cast the best, and hope to collaborate with them again."

Whitney Port alluded to the show's cancellation yesterday when she visited Ryan Seacrest's radio show. "As of right now it doesn’t really look like we’re doing it anymore," the series' star told Seacrest, when the host asked if the girls would be back for another season. We're going to miss watching Whitney and the crew — Olivia Palermo, Roxy Olin, and Erin Kaplan — take on the fashion world in New York. And we're especially going to miss gawking at their sartorial choices (though we probably won't stop that!). But, for now, we'll take a cue from Whitney and stay positive! As she told Seacrest: "It’s OK. One door closes and another opens."

Justin Bieber To Launch Perfume ... In Accessories

The Justin Bieber beauty machine isn't slowing down anytime soon. After teaming up with Nicole by O.P.I. to design a line of nail polishes, the teen pop star will launch a unisex fragrance named My World next month, WWD reported today. However, instead of coming out with traditional bottled perfume, Justin's taking his signature scent to accessories, releasing My World in fragrance-filled wristbands and dog tags.

That means teens can wear the fragrance on their wrist or around their neck, and each piece will hold the perfume scent for, supposedly, at least a year. The collection will include four designs — Icon, Energy, Tour, and Web — so you can mix and match, for $10 each. Justin's smells land in Wal-Mart stores starting Nov. 26, just in time to stuff your holiday stockings. Though, we're not sure we want to wear a Justin-smelling bracelet to our next holiday party. Just saying.

Kristin Cavallari And Kim Kardashian: Who Wore It Better?

Kristin Cavallari and Kim Kardashian stepped out in the season's hottest color — beige — when they both picked a nude dress by British designer Hannah Marshall (originally $1,275, but now sold out) for recent events. Kim Kardashian wore the fitted, leather top and pleated skirt shift to a magazine party in Hollywood, completing the look with a gold bow buckle belt and metallic sandals. Earlier in the summer, Kristin Cavallari of The Hills wore the frock sans belt, accessorizing only with white sandals and a python clutch by Kara Ross. Both ladies looked beautiful in beige, but we think Kim Kardashian takes this style matchup. Her belt gave the dress a great finishing touch, and we loved how her bold, gold earrings mixed with the nude color. But what do you think?

Actress Elle Fanning may be just 12 years old, but the gorgeous little sister of Dakota Fanning is already proving to have quite an exquisite taste in fashion. Just take a look at what she wore to an Elle magazine event in Beverly Hills earlier this week, an ethereal white dress from Marchesa's spring 2011 collection. The dress featured an intricate beaded collar and flirty ruffles at its hem, and she made the look age-appropriate by pairing it with simple, black Mary-Janes.
