Teen Vogue threw its annual Young Hollywood bash on Friday night, and a crew of rising style stars showed up to celebrate. With so many trendy partygoers, surely a few trends emerged—especially since designer Michael Kors sponsored the soiree! Here, we track the hottest five fashion trends of the party — which one is your favorite?

The Hills alumni Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth both wore black on the bottom for the star-studded affair. Lauren Conrad wore black shorts and an olive blouse, while Lo Bosworth wore black pants and a white lace top. They also had a couple other things in common: Round-toe black pumps and bold red lips.

Kendall Jenner, Alexa Chung, and Nicola Peltz, star of The Last Airbender, all went for a menswear approach by wearing tops with neckwear attached. Kendall Jenner paired her white blouse with a mint green skirt that had fun pleating details, while Alexa Chung and Nicola Peltz wore their tops over textured, eyelet skirts. We especially loved the fit of Alexa's Michael Kors ecru organic lace skirt—so pretty! All three ladies balanced the trend by wearing their gorgeous locks down.

Emma Roberts, Kate Mara, and Victoria Justice rocked solid color frocks but kept their looks interesting by picking dresses with pretty draping details. Emma Roberts chose a lilac, floor-length gown that had a plunging neckline, and wore it with pulled-back hair and nude pumps. Kate Mara picked a pink, Michael Kors one-shoulder dress from the designer's Resort 2011 collection and played up the romantic color with a loose, side braid and soft, neutral lipstick. And finally, Victoria Justice also wore Michael Kors, opting for a short-sleeved brown shift, which she paired with gladiator heels, loose, curly hair, and bright red lips.

When in doubt, go for a little black dress like Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland, musician/actress AJ Michalka, and Kelly Osbourne. Sarah Hyland went for a sexier look in this one-shoulder dress, while AJ Michalka chose a stunning Michael Kors leather sheath. Both ladies accessorized their dresses with black shoes with funky straps. Meanwhile, Kelly Osbourne kept it classy with a super-feminine strapless dress and a bright green clutch.

Camp Rock 2 darling Chloe Bridges, Teen Wolf actress Crystal Reed, and Brittany Snow attended the party in one of summer and fall's hottest colors: Beige! Chloe Bridges went for a simple shift that had a classic shape, while Brittany Snow picked a strapless dress with a sexy cutout by Michael Kors. Crystal Reed opted for a Michael Kors pantsuit, which she dolled up with bright, red lips and the designer's bronze leather sandals. All three girls wore wavy locks and minimal accessories, too.

Vanessa Hudgens in Guess by Marciano on September 29 in Los Angeles.

Zac Efron's girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens rocked a head-to-toe black outfit last week when she hosted a launch party for Guess’ new fragrance for women, Guess Seductive, on Wednesday in Los Angeles. The style darling picked a long-sleeved black mini for the affair, designed by — who else — Guess by Marciano, and spiced up the look with killer, over-the-knee leather boots. We're used to seeing Vanessa in flirty, feminine dresses, so we're loving that she switched up her style and went for a harder look. Dying to snap up Vanessa's dress? You can purchase it online for $128, and it even comes in a softer lilac color for those craving something other than basic black.

Beyoncé wore Andrew Gn in New York on Sept. 30.

Beyoncé, one of our favorite divas in the entire world, attended the Keep A Child Alive annual gala in New York last night with hubby Jay-Z wearing a strapless, fuchsia gown by Paris-based designer Andrew Gn. But, as any diva should, she didn't take the look right from the runway! Rather, the dress the designer sent down the runway during his fall 2010 collection was navy blue, and Beyoncé scored a brighter color. We love Beyoncé's change-up — the color pops on her! And that's not counting how much more the look pops with her flowing curly hair.

Rihanna in Hollywood on Sept. 23. Jada Pinkett Smith in Milan, Italy on Sept. 26.

Rihanna and Jada Pinkett Smith wore the same Emilio Pucci black-and-white animal-print dress last week (animal print is so hot right now!). Last Sunday in Milan, Jada Pinkett Smith wore the Emilio Pucci look to a party hosted by Diane von Furstenberg, and accessorized with platform pumps and a black clutch. Rihanna also wore the long-sleeved Pucci mini when she attended boyfriend Matt Kemp's birthday party on Sept. 23 in Hollywood and completed the look with black Jimmy Choo "Private" sandals. Both ladies looked fantastic in this frock, but if we had to choose a favorite, Rihanna rocked it better. Her flaming red hair added a fun element to the look, while Jada's superslick bun was a tad too tight for the festive dress. But what do you think?

Rachel Bilson and Fergie in Roberto Cavalli.
Photo: Getty Images/PictureGroup.

Rachel Bilson and Fergie both wore animal print dresses by Roberto Cavalli to major events recently, which is good timing because because Cavalli's 40th anniversary is this week! Rachel Bilson wore a strapless leopard-print gown by the designer to his anniversary party in Paris last night. It looked effortlessly beautiful on her, especially because this look is wild compared with her usual neutral palette. Meanwhile, Fergie cheered on the Miami Dolphins (she's a minority owner!) in a Leila Shams animal-print dress last Sunday. The higher hemline in the front allowed Fergie to flaunt her fabulously toned legs, and she jazzed up the look with $121,000 of Cartier diamonds. Between the two divas, we definitely liked Rachel's look better — her look is such an elegant way to pull off animal print, and the red clutch is the perfect pop of color. But what do you think?

Nicole Richie dropped by The Seven yesterday, MTV's new daily entertainment show, to chat about fashion and her new novel, Priceless, with host Julie Alexandria. The fashion designer/mother/author looked fab and casual for her appearance in a striped shirt, black jacket, leopard print hat (our personal fave!), and black patent heels from her own accessories line, House of Harlow 1960. Nicole Richie also explained how she's excited for fall fashion, particularly her Winter Kate collection, which she designs, and a new pair of Christian Louboutin heels with spikes on them. "They do hurt [my feet] a little bit, but you gotta just work through it," she said. "They hurt, they hurt. But you get used to it!" Watch Nicole Richie explain how fashion is worth the pain in the clip below!

Audrina Patridge wears a floral Anlo dress to Live with Regis and Kelly on September 29, 2010.

Audrina Patridge wows us weekly with her fashion choices on Dancing With The Stars. And when she stopped by the set of Live With Regis And Kelly this morning to perform with her partner Tony Dovolani, The Hills star showed off her flair for color with a sleeveless, silk dress that featured a vibrant pink floral print. The shift is the "Mia" dress from the label Anlo, helmed by designers Jenna Andreola and David Lonstein — An and Lo, respectively — and it's adorable and comfortable. Right now it's only available online in black ($295, revolveclothing.com), not the floral version like Audrina owns. Sure, it's obviously not as colorful, but we do love the versatility that comes with having a classic little black dress like this one in your closet!
