What happens when you combine One Direction, Little Mix, nail art, and (our favorite pastime!) sleeping?? Look no further than the epic collision of awesomeness above. What's going on here? Welp, first off, our faaaaavorite Brit-Irish boy band member Zayn Malik is SLEEPING *pause for a beat* SHIRTLESS, but more specificially, he's just gotten a prank manicure from his girlfriend, Little Mix's Perrie Edwards. On one hand, we're all, "Fiiiiine, we'll face facts that Z is spoken for," but on the other, the Bieber's Girlfriend-esque first-person perspective of Perrie's snap gives us the opportunity (if even for a split-second) to pretend that this is OUR hand holding Zayn's and OUR evil genius behind his mid-slumber manicure. That is, until take one look at the nail wraps' packaging... DOH. There she is!
Demi Lovato lets her hair down for her Wango Tango performance.

We know Demi Lovato is a master of switching up her beauty look. One day she could be feeling a bold brow and brunette top knot, the next day, she's makeup-less with new shoulder-length hair. Welp, the recently blonde Demi is at it again, this time confining her beauty acrobatics to ONE NIGHT: Saturday's Wango Tango concert in Los Angeles! Demi started her night at the SoCal summer music kick-off with a sweepy, sophisticated updo on the red carpet. It perfectly showcased her pristine, porcelain skin and that KILLER smoky eye situation. But when D hit the stage later in the night, she opted for a different hairstyle than the one she arrived with.
How many times have you looked back at Solange's SXSW outfits or Katy Perry's two-piece KCA steez and thought, "MAN, I really want to try the matchy smatchy top and bottom look, but have NO idea where to get that in my price range?" Welp, for a while, you were totally right. It was a style reserved for phresh-out-the-runway boutiques and a completely different tax bracket, but never fear, fellow non-celebs, we have located the look WITHIN our price range. Some retailers like Topshop and River Island make it easy with dedicated co-ordinates shopping sections, but other places require a little more digging to uncover a full set. Luckily for you, we did the dirty work already and organized our findings neatly by category, and we're pretty sure we've found a printed co-ordinates set for every steez. Check it out!
CROP TOPS + SKIRTS
Get warm weather-ready in matching pairs.

Have any dresses with cut-outs or sheer panels at the waist? These crop top + skirt pairings are basically the same thing but taken to the next level. A short top worn with a skirt so high-waisted only a subtle sliver of skin shows through. They work in sleeveless + bodycon combinations like this Tomorrow Land Crop Tank ($48.00) and Skirt ($55.00) pair from Nasty Gal or in short-sleeved + skater skirt looks like this polka-dotted top ($32.00) and bottom ($36.00) from River Island or this floral shirt ($54.30) and skirt ($67.88) by Minkpink from ASOS.

Beyonce and the original sketch of her Met Gala Givenchy dress.

The Met Gala may have only been Monday night, but in Internet time, that's EONS. Just as we were starting to get over the shock (or perhaps more accurately, the confusion) of seeing our favorite celebs try to make that punk theme work, Beyonce brings the night's festivities back to the forefront of our psyche. Yep, we're thinking about Bey's Givenchy flame-engulfed gown again. Fire-tipped over-the-elbow gloves, thigh-high boots, grommeted belt and all. And why?? Because King Bey just uploaded the original Givenchy sketch to her personal website!
Our hearts will go on for Leonardo DiCaprio.

I don't care how old you were when the movie first came out, if you were alive during the theater release of Titanic, you have a 99.9999% chance of being a Leonardo DiCaprio STAN. Maybe it's a closeted superfandom, something you shield from your friends, family, and co-workers. Maybe it's a latent pining after Leo that you haven't even THOUGHT to conjure since his debilitating portrayal of Howard Hughes in The Aviator (also, his tobacco teeth in Django Unchained ALDFGK;LDF YICK). Whatever its manifestation, your love for Leo is there. Given all that, it's high time you dust off those Lip Smackers-laden Tiger Beat magazines because the reunion of DiCaprio with his William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet director Baz Luhrmann for the film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby has us all FEELINGSY about Leo's heartthrob heyday. To help ourselves through it (and maybe you too), we've rounded up all the best Leonardo DiCaprio Stan Swag the Internet has to offer.
Justin Bieber's 'The Simpsons' cameo and the 'V' Magazine spread it was modeled after.

Here at MTV Style, we're card-carrying Justin Bieber fans (and/or apologists, depending on your perspective), so you better BELIEBE we'll be tuning in as Biebsy makes a cameo in this Sunday's episode of The Simpsons. Titled "The Fabulous Faker Boy," the episode centers around a *drumrollllll* musical performance. (Doh.) "He tries to get into a talent show that Bart is playing piano in, and they won’t admit him," Simpsons executive producer/writer Al Jean told Entertainment Weekly. Unlike Lady Gaga's entire dedicated episode in Springfield, Justin just makes a quick appearance, but WHAT an appearance it is! I mean, are you seeing this animated wardrobe?!
At face-value, without any context, these floral cat ears really aren't that offensive. Who doesn't like flowers? Or animals? What harm did headbands ever do to anyone? It all seems innocent enough. Prim, sweet, feminine, whatever. But (for us anyway) there's something truly sinister that lies within this headband's ingredients. This is the ill-advised headgear lovechild of 2012's two landmark fashion phenomenons: flower crowns and cat ears. And THAT, the reckless combination of these two things into a separate genre of accessory, makes this floral ears headband the evil Frankenstein's monster of played out mega-trends. Also, our collective worst nightmare.
The unicorn onesie Miley Cyrus wore in her twerk video has landed at Topshop.

IDK if you've noticed, but onesies are majorly trending. From Rihanna to Justin Bieber, Cara Delevingne to Ke$ha, a handful of our favorite celebs have been repping the total-body togs with reckless abandon for quite a while now. One of the most emphatic of these celeb onesie-wearers, though, is Miley Cyrus who catapulted this unicorn onesie to its own level of autonomous stardom when she wore it for a twerk video set to J Dash and Flo Rida's "WOP." That was all way back in March, but the hooded animal jumpsuit is relevant again thanks to Topshop!
Selena Gomez on the cover of "InStyle" magazine.

AHHH, IT'S HERE! Selena Gomez's InStyle magazine cover has finally arrived! Hot on the heels of Selly's own "Come & Get It" music video release just last night, InStyle has revealed that Miss Gomez is their June 2013 cover girl. Beaming in a black, navy, and cobalt strapless jumpsuit by Stella McCartney, Selena fronts the summer issue looking warm-weather appropriate but also chic and sophisticated. Jewel tone Fendi bangles provide the color palette for the mag's cover lines, but the candy-colored summer FASHUN does not stop there!
