Leopard is one of the hottest trends for fall. Everyone from Hilary Duff to Rachel Bilson to Keri Hilson is wearing leopard print items on pretty much everything ... dresses, shoes, pants, bags, and beyond. That's why we're showing you how to leopard-ize every aspect of your outfit, inspired by the leopard-print styles worn by celebrities. Read on for tips on how to welcome leopard into your closet.

+ LONG-SLEEVE SHORT DRESSES

Photo: Getty Images/Debenham's

As far as clothes go, we love the look of short leopard dresses, as seen on Chloë Sevigny at HBO’s post-Emmy party in Los Angeles. Convert a party-style long-sleeve minidress for work or school by pairing it with thick wool tights. And if you dig Chloë's look — her dress was by Lanvin — then Oasis' Leopard Print Dress is the perfect scoop neck style ($87.43, Debenhams.com).

+ SHORT MINIDRESSES

Left: Keri Hilson on July 3. Right: Leopard Print Bandeau Dress by Motel.

Keri Hilson wore a sexier blue minidress by Dolce & Gabbana. To score her look, try Motel's Leopard Print Bandeau Dress is equal parts strapless and sultry ($50.55, Asos.com).

+ SHIRTS

Left: Keri Hilson on Oct. 5. Right: Leopard Print Shirt by T-Bags and Mango.
Photo: Getty Images/Net-A-Porter/Asos

Keri Hilson loves leopard! She was also spotted wearing a leopard top to the So Kodak launch in New York. If you crave an oversize leopard shirt, try one of these three-quarter options by T-Bags ($170, net-a-porter.com) and Mango ($63.86, Asos.com).

+ LONG GOWNS

Left: Rachel Bilson on Sept. 29, Kylie Minogue on Aug. 28. Right: Closet Leopard Print Maxi Dress by Dorothy Perkins.
Photo: Getty Images/Dorothy Perkins

The animal print looks great on gowns, too. Just check out how well Rachel Bilson rocked Roberto Cavalli at the designer’s 40th Anniversary Party in Paris, while Kylie Minogue went with her animal instincts, wearing a strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown to a party in Water Mill, N.Y. For a fall-friendly take on these long leopard gowns, try the Closet Leopard Print Maxi Dress by Dorothy Perkins ($76.30, DorothyPerkins.com), which has half sleeves.

+ LEGGINGS

Left: Miley Cyrus on Oct. 4, Hilary Duff on June 10. Right: Leopard Leggings by HUE.
Photo: Fame Pictures/GSI Media/HUE

More interested in wearing printed bottoms? Let’s talk leopard legwear! Miley Cyrus was seen wearing a pair in Los Angeles recently, and Hilary Duff wore Rebecca Minkoff’s Beetle Juice Leopard Jeans hanging around Los Angeles as well. For leopard print pants, Hue makes a great pair ($25, BareNecessities.com) of leggings that are dark enough to wear with all your fall gem tones.

+ MARY JANE HEELS

Left: Kristin Cavallari on Aug. 4, Carey Mulligan on Sept. 13. Right: Leopard Leggings by HUE.
Photo:Getty Images/Pelle Moda

Plenty of celebs opted to use the print on their accessories. Kristin Cavallari and Carey Mulligan both wore the same pair of peep-toe Prada Mary Jane heels — Carey at the Toronto International Film Festival and The Hills star for a Kiehl's store grand opening in California. If you're craving sexy Pradas like these, try Pelle Moda's leopard Mary Janes ($160, FootNotesOnline.com).

+ BOOTIES

Left: Samantha Swetra on Sept. 11. Right: Fantasies Wedge Heel in Leopard Canvas by Maurie & Eve.
Photo:Getty Images/Maurie & Eve

The City's Samantha Swetra went for a pair of sky-high Giuseppe Zanotti leopard wedge booties for Whitney Port's Whitney Eve spring 2011 fashion show. For fierce booties like Samantha's, splurge on the Fantasies Wedge Heel in Leopard Canvas by Maurie & Eve ($275, RevolveClothing.com), which features a cute lace-up tie.

+ PUMPS

Left: Kim Kardashian on Aug. 19. Right: Leopard Pump by Jessica Simpson.
Photo:Getty Images/Nordstrom

Kim Kardashian is practically a pro when it comes to wearing leopard. That's why we loved her leopard Christian Louboutin platform pumps ... but not the hefty price the designer generally charges. So, for a cheaper and equally chic alternative, check out these platform pumps by Jessica Simpson ($97.95, Nordstrom.com).

+ CLUTCHES

Left: Jennifer Lopez on Sept. 10. Right: Hinge Frame Clutch by Kenneth Cole.
Photo:WireImage/Kenneth Cole

J. Lo’s supercute clutch is a great example of leopard looks in bag form. If you're looking for just a pop of print like J. Lo, then pick up Kenneth Cole Reaction's Hinge Frame Clutch ($34.99, Dillards.com), which looks pretty identical.

+ STRAP BAGS

Left: Kate Bosworth on July 20, Taylor Momsen on Oct. 6. Right: Crossbody Stud Chain Strap by JJ Winters.
Photo:WireImage/Getty Images/JJ Winters

But if it's a strap you need, take a cue from Kate Bosworth's Mulberry crossbody, and Taylor Momsen's top clasp bag, and try J.J. Winters' Crossbody Stud Chain Strap in Leopard ($85, RevolveClothing.com).

+ TIES

Left: Adam Lambert on June 20. Right: Tie by Sourpuss.
Photo:WireImage/Sourpuss

What about the guys? They love leopard, too! Adam Lambert proved there’s nothing wrong with letting your accessories run a little wild when he wore a skinny leopard print tie to the 2010 Annual Much Music Video Awards in Toronto. Want one for your man? We found a fierce option by Sourpuss ($6, SourPussClothing.com) — a steal at under $10!

Printed pants are a bold move. Tricky to pull off, they can either look like a costume-y disaster or ultra-chic and eye-catching. So, seeking inspiration for how to wear printed pants and actually pull it off, we turned to style bloggers for tips on trying trousers that pack a printed punch — Shannon Licari of Dirty Hair Halo, Kirsty Barrett of Fashion Champagne and Melanie Lee of Wrecked Stellar show us how it's done. Check them out below.

Dirty Hair Halo
Blog: SeekingDirtyHairHalo.com. Twitter: @DirtyHairHalo.
With her burnt orange-light brown blazer and black belt with gold balls, blogger Shannon Licari from Minneapolis, Minn., shows off some seriously cool style we’d expect to see in New York, Paris, or London. The colors on the print of the pants blend perfectly with what she’s rocking on top in a way that’s seamless, not distracting. And the best part? Everything she’s wearing (which looks perfectly crisp, new, and on trend) has been pre-loved, and is either thrifted or from Buffalo Exchange. Way to recycle and make it look new!

Fashion Champagne
Blog: FashionChampagne.com. Twitter: @kirstyba.
When we saw these pants by Super Looks on Britain-based blogger Kirsty Barrett, our first thought was, OMG leopard print trousers! Our second was, Where can we get them? With leopard considered one of the new classics, these pants take Kirsty’s look right to the edge of the latest trends. As we’ve seen with the other outfits, the key to rocking a printed paint is all about keeping the rest of the look simple or in the same color family. With her black New Look shoes and jacket and a basic tee from Topshop, she’s definitely done both beautifully. And to infuse a hint of color into her outfit, she painted her nails with pool-blue polish. Nice touch!

Wrecked Stellar
Blog: WreckedStellar.com. Twitter: @WreckedStellar.
Born in New Jersey and now living in Los Angeles, blogger Melanie Lee certainly has the mix of East Coast/West Coast style down pat. How awesome is her super-saturated, bright yellow vintage halter jumpsuit from Nasty Gal? The print is simple and small enough that it creates a linear effect, giving the three-quarter oversize pants on the jumper a striped feel. With such a scene-stealing piece, Melanie got it right by minimizing the rest of her accessories, sticking with vintage pendant necklace, gold Kenneth Jay Lane hoops, a delicate bracelet by Fetty, and white Topshop boots. This looks screams "I love the '80s," but in all the best ways.

Lauren Conrad, Milla Jovovich, and Olivia Palermo, all on Oct. 5.
Photo: Getty Images

Judging by all the light-colored lace dresses celebs wore this week, summer dressing is still very much in season. The Hills' Lauren Conrad wore a white lace short sleeve Notte by Marchesa dress to a book signing in New York, while Milla Jovovich opted for a one-shoulder Emilio Pucci bell-sleeve version of the trend at the New York premiere of Stone. And The City’s Olivia Palermo strayed slightly from white, but stuck with lace when she wore a pale Champagne colored lace dress to the Valentino spring 2011 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. Love the look? Find out how to lace up like Lauren, Milla, and Olivia below. And tell us, which dress do you like best?

Red is a trendy color for accessories this fall, especially when used as an accent piece with an otherwise dark outfit. Just take a look at Rachel Bilson, Fergie, and Brittany Snow. Rachel Bilson toted a small apple-colored quilted Chanel chain link bag to the label's spring 2011 fashion show on Tuesday. Heather Morris as Britney Spears in Glee.
Photo: Courtesy of FOX

Heather Morris put on an amazing show impersonating Britney Spears on this week's episode of Glee. We're still not over her amazing snake outfit!

• Hustler moments: Kanye dished about his strong disdain for dark lips, while Diddy wore a kilt in Scotland.

• From Rihanna's red jacket to her sexy Emilio Pucci dress with a revealing lace back, the singer's style rocked this week.

• Check out the style on MTV's new show, The Seven. Julie Alexandria, definitely looks great in green (even when she pairs it with animal print), while Kevin Manno totally rocked plaid.

Roberto Cavalli was definitely this week's designer to know. Lea Michele and Shakria had a black and gold mini dress face-off, Rachel Bilson and Fergie rocked long animal-print gowns, plus the designer had his runway show in Milan, which brought a supercute front row with the likes of Heidi Klum and Taylor Swift.

• Dresses we loved: Vanessa Hudgens' $128 black bell sleeve dress and Beyoncé's gorgeous Andrew Gn gown.

The Social Network star Andrew Garfield looked sexy in slicked back hair and skinny suit.

• This week, Nicole Richie showed us how to sport silver eye makeup and gave us advice on wearing high heels. Thanks, Nicole!

Happy October, fashionistas! Time to start planning Halloween outfits!

Rihanna. From left: Oli, BB Dakota, and Jack B.B. Dakota Jackets.

Rihanna wore a red hot blazer in New York this week, which she paired with a black-and-white striped mini. What a cool combo! Red is such a bold color for jackets, so take a cue from Rihanna and snag one yourself. BB Dakota’s Bracken Coat in Dark Red ($63.95, karmaloop.com) is a military-inspired style with big brassy buttons. Fancy yourself a trench? Jack By BB Dakota's Belted Jacket ($69.50, buckle.com) is a good option, and it's lightweight for fall. Finally, for an hood-and-toggle style that will keep you warm this winter, check out Oli’s Duffle Coat ($86.70, oli.co.uk).
