Just when we were getting used to all the new pieces in Miley Cyrus' Bangerz Tour wardrobe, she goes and adds a new look. Miley posted photos on Instagram (while on stage, natch) wearing a monochrome eye print. We immediately recognized the print as Kenzo—though the eyes on Miley's pieces have much lusher lashes than those on the Fall 2013 collection—but we couldn't figure out from the picture what the eyes were printed on. And then it hit us: They're custom.
Katy Perry on her 'V' magazine cover.

Normally, the Monday before a long weekend is, like, the worst. The weekend is very far and it feels like each day is 400 hours long. Today, a Monday before a long weekend (the first of the summer, WHATUP!), is a different story thanks to Katy Perry, Madonna, and V magazine. Katy and Madonna cover V's Summer 2014 issue, dressed in matching black skirts and jackets.
While neither is fully featured on the other's cover, their legs and a whip (I think?) are. Katy wears a full leather outfit, decorated with safety pins. Her hair is green, though only on the bottom—as an expert in Katy's wig collection, I can confidently say this is a wig. Katy loves green wigs these days.
Lady Gaga in the woods drinking beer. #YOLO

We've seen a lot (like, a lot) of unusual looks from Lady Gaga in our day. This overalls and hat combo that she posted on Instagram over the weekend, though, may be the most peculiar. What is she doing? Why is she dressed like a witch that rides in a camouflage whip rather than on a broom? Why is she holding a beer can that looks like it's from the 1970s?
The caption of this photo is: "You think you know, but you have no idea." First of all, I'm glad to see Gaga is a fan of MTV's Diary. Second, what don't we know? Is this what Gaga is like when she's not wearing a furry mask? Is Jed Clampett her style icon IRL?
Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX performing at the 2014 Billboard Awards.

At this point, Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX have performed "Fancy" together a bunch of times. Though they've matched in monochrome, brought back their Clueless-inspired video outfits, and most recently, wore their own personal preferences (Iggy in a Scarface romper and Charli in all white), they hadn't yet hit the stage in identical outfits until tonight at the Billboard Music Awards.
Both Iggy and Charli were decked out in plaid cheerleading-inspired looks that were a little more ~rebellious~ than they were preppy/sporty. The ladies even matched their hair and makeup with long, undone waves and bold red lips. If they were the captains of the cheerleading squad at my school, I'd definitely join the team.

• Katy Perry debuted a new shade of green for her hair. While IRL her hair has faded, she keeps the "slime green" alive and well on stage with
magic a wig.
• Nicki Minaj teased a photo from the set of her new video, in which she totally looks like the barb next door. No wigs and a sweater—maybe subdued Nicki is here to stay?
• Karlie Kloss and Selena Gomez matched in monochrome at the American Ballet Theatre Gala. We're, like, pretty sure they got ready together at Taylor Swift's. It makes sense, right?
• In "Dark Horse," Katy Perry requests someone make her an Aphrodite, and that's exactly what artist Mark Ryden painted her as with blue hair, floral dress, and all.
• We took a look at Tyler Posey's style evolution, from tiny QT in Maid in Manhattan to adult QT in Teen Wolf. He wore a leather jacket on his first red carpet, which is the most #swaggy.

Whitney Port has chopped off her trademark long hair just in time for summer, y'all. Welcome to the "short hair, don't care" club, WP! Perhaps she was inspired by the heat wave that's beating down on L.A. right now? Waist-length hair is a lot when it's 90 degrees, TBH. In the past, Whitney has come up with creative ways to get the bulk of her hair off her neck, but this cut does the work for her, no elaborate braiding required.
One of Nicki's wigs?

There was a a joyous time in our lives when Rihanna changed her hair practically every day. There was even a time when we wondered if she got a hair cut in between fashion shows at Paris Fashion Week. It's been a while, though, since she's changed hair color. She's had it black since last summer, but it looks like summer 2014 is going to be full of colorful hair, thanks to Nicki Minaj. Last night RiRi attended game six of the NBA playoffs in a pink pixie wig.
She debuted the looks on Twitter, which just, TBH, isn't the same as Instagram. Sure, we still got a preview of what Rihanna was wearing before the rest of her non-followers, but it was just different. There was no filter. No caption that made me LOL for days. Bring your Instagram back, Rihanna, I beg of you. Please.
What season is it? It doesn't matter!

In this day and age, it is very easy to check the weather. There are myriad options, from Weather Puppy, an app that provides a picture of a puppy along with the temperature, to your run-of-the-mill Weather Channel app. If you're old-fashioned, you can look out the window. If you're famous, you can ask your assistant/hair stylist/makeup artist/chef/millions of Twitter followers what it's like outside. Considering all the constantly updated weather information out there, I am baffled by the outfit Lady Gaga wore yesterday. TRULY BAFFLED.
Obviously, it's not out of the ordinary for Lady Gaga to wear an, um, unusual outfit. We've seen her carry a claw, wear white powder all over her body, and dress in an outfit made from coffee filters. We've even seen her wear another iteration of this plaid shirt/no pants outfit before (a few times, actually). My issue, however, is not with her lack of pants, but with the fact that she wore tights on a day that it was 75 degrees in New York. Tights weather is officially over, Gaga—embrace it!
