The season of bright fun colors is not over! Olivia Palermo and Reese Witherspoon both showed off their summer style by wearing the same orange watercolor-print skirt. On August 19, The City star visited Henri Bendel in New York wearing the bright skirt, which she paired with a long-sleeve white blouse, Hermes clutch, and suede cuff booties by Elizabeth and James. Then, earlier this week, Reese Witherspoon stepped out in Brentwood, California wearing the same exact skirt, which she made more casual with a spaghetti-strap black tank and flat sandals.

Jessica Alba attended the premiere of Machete in Los Angeles last night wearing a black and gold zig-zag sequin dress by Balmain. She looked fantastic in it, big shoulders and all, even though the pattern totally reminded us of Charlie Brown's T-shirt. To finish the look, she wore Christian Louboutin's Tinazata 120 cutout boots, which sell for $1,395 on net-a-porter.com, several gold bracelets, and two gold rings. She even painted her nails gold, too!

Taylor Momsen in Division E.
It's rare that we ever see Taylor Momsen out of her garter belts and lingerie nighties, so when she changes it up, we notice. Like when she attended a photo shoot earlier this month and popped on this black and white top with split sleeves. The top that the 17-year-old wore is actually by Division E and it is available for $64 on ShoppeTrozillia.com. It's a great throw-on piece. And for The Pretty Reckless singer, that could be helpful, just in case she got cold wearing something like this.
Drew Barrymore on August 23 and Mary J. Blige on June 17
Drew Barrymore and Mary J. Blige share the same taste in strapless gold gowns. Both ladies wore the same dress by designer Catherine Malandrino this summer — Drew Barrymore at the Los Angeles premiere of "Going the Distance" on August 23, and Mary J. Blige on June 17 at an event in New York City. Drew belted hers with the same Balmain belt she wore to the London premiere, while Mary opted to leave hers plain. The belt makes a huge difference. It gives shape!

Christian Siriano at the finale of his fall runway show, and Christian Siriano for Payless Fall 2010.

Christian Siriano's latest collection for Payless just launched! This is the second collection the Project Runway fourth season winner created for the mass retailer, who signed him last year to create shoes and accessories that the general public could afford. The fall collection contains 12 pieces for $34.99 to $59.99, all of which just became available online this week. We're kind of bummed to see that the shoes aren't straight from the 24-year-old's runway — like they were last season when they SOLD OUT — but they are adaptations instead. The most true to form are the two bags and our favorite, the lone pair of sneakers that Christian actually wore to his show! Check out the entire lineup below, and how the Payless shoes were adapted from their original versions.

When Rihanna's Last Girl On Earth Tour featuring Ke$ha stopped in New York City recently, we hightailed over to Madison Square Garden to check out the style of the two fashion divas' fans. And there were plenty of Rihanna and Ke$ha lookalikes to go around! The Rihanna fans were easy to spot: Ladies (and guys) with half-shaved heads, dyed hair, and platform heels hit the arena from all directions. The Ke$ha fans were equally as amazing — they smeared their faces with glitter, fastened on feather earrings, and made sure their tees were ripped to shreds. We're willing to bet that the audience for this performance contained the most half-shaved heads and glitter that Madison Square Garden had ever housed before. But watch the video below to see for yourself!

Katy Perry on August 24; Gisele Bundchen on August 13.

Yesterday, Katy Perry arrived at the Late Show With David Letterman studio in New York wearing a peach-red bandage dress by Hervé Léger, which she paired with studded gold shoes by Christian Louboutin. This color looks so good on Katy's skin tone! And could it fit her any better? We think not. (Score the same dress in burgundy for $1,350 on ForwardForward.com.) This is actually a popular style this season for the label, as earlier this month, supermodel and new mom Gisele Bündchen wore the dress in beige at an event in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The only difference between the two is Katy's neckline is straight, while Gisele's has a deeper V-neck. Also, Katy's dress fits tight, and Gisele's is baggy, and for us, that edges Katy ahead. Proper dress size matters!

In a week of shocking magazine cover model transformations — Blake Lively as jailbait for Interview, Sienna Miller as a sexpot for Love, and Britney Spears as a bride for Pop — the BIG ONE just dropped: Lady Gaga posed as a man/alter-ego named Jo Calderone for Vogue Hommes Japan's September issue, an event that was highly anticipated since photos from the shoot leaked in late June. Photographer Nick Knight shot the covers, and it was styled by her stylist Nicola Formichetti, who posted the cover shots on his blog this morning (the full issue comes out September 10).
Inside, writer Jo-Anne Furniss interviewed "Jo," who explained "his" relationship to Lady Gaga as follows: "I met her at a shoot Nick Knight was doing. She's f------ beautiful, and funny, and interesting. I was a little nervous for Nick to start shooting. She said, "Don't be baby, you were "born this way." I took her out after. The rest is private 😉" Honestly, this cover is one of our favorites of all the new September issues. Just when you think Lady Gaga can't out-do her own Gaga-ness, she goes ahead and pushes another boundary, plays with genders and conventions and memes, and continues to prove that it's OK to be different, think different, and do things different. And that's something we need to remind ourselves more often than we do, don't you think?
+ What do you think about the covers? Can't believe it's Gaga? Tell us in the comments!

Bruno Mars loves, loves, loves, loves, LOVES hats. He barely steps out publicly without one! We're sure you've seen his array of beanies, derby tops and bowler hats, especially because he wore a hat when he appeared alongside B.o.B in "Nothing On You," and next to Travie McCoy in "Billionaire." Plus, when he releases his debut album later this year, we can only imagine hats will be involved. So, when he dropped by MTV.com recently, we had to ask … WHY? Where does his obsession stem from? Here's what we found out:
+ He's not bald. Phew! But, he used to have an Afro!
+ Explanation: "The hair is not a big deal, it's just a mess and I'm real lazy, so I just throw this on."
+ If he was a billionaire, he'd want a "diamond-encrusted hat made from unicorn fur."
+ He picks hats based on chemistry: "It has to speak to you, from your soul."
