Emmy Awards Red Carpet: Stephanie Pratt In A Lilac Dress And Big Hair

The Hills star Stephanie Pratt Tweeted that she went for a Mad Men makeover for her walk on the Emmy Awards red carpet tonight, and this is what she wore! A sixties-inspired long-sleeve lilac-gray mini-dress with a lace neckline, large black earrings, and black peep-toe shoes. As for beauty, she channeled the sixties with her voluminous bouffant hair (do we spot a bump-it back there, or just lots of teasing?), and she also added dramatic eyes, nude lips, and a fresh-out-of-the-spray-tan-booth color.

Taylor Swift's brand-new video for "Mine" premieres tonight at 8:30/EST! We'll have the whole video for you soon, but in the meantime, enjoy this fashionable sneak preview photograph, where Taylor is wearing a gorgeous strapless wedding dress with a beige ribbon belt and crystal buckle. Taylor looks stunning in it! The gown is actually by designer Reem Acra, and it's from her fall 2010 bridal collection. Unlike how it was styled on the runway, Taylor didn't go for a shoulder covering and kept the look minimal. Gorgeous! We can't wait to see the rest of the video when it premieres tonight!

Surprise! Taylor Momsen Ditched Her Black Eye Makeup For The Cover Of 'Sugar' Magazine

Taylor Momsen landed on a magazine cover! The Gossip Girl star and The Pretty Reckless lead singer is the cover model for the October issue of Sugar, a British magazine for teen girls, and she poses under the headline, "Trashy? Wild? Or secretly a bit like you?" Thought-provoking, eh? But that cover line isn't as surprising as the actual image of Taylor, in which her face is totally stripped of the black, charcoal, dark eye makeup that has become her signature. How surprising to see Taylor so fresh-faced, don't you think? What a difference!

We're on HIGH ALERT for ballerina tutus this summer, and Katy Perry is proving to be quite the tulle collector. Her tutu love began earlier this summer, when she wore a white one on July 30 for her performance at the MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia. Then, just this morning, she wore a pink one for her performance on the Today show. But the best part? Katy not only knows how to rock a tutu ballerina-style, but she's sly enough to actually pair the look with BALLET flats, for a ballerina look from head to toe.

30 Seconds To Mars performed at the Lowlands Festival in the Netherlands on Monday, and frontman Jared Leto showed off a cool new look — face paint! He swooshed three white stripes across his cheeks and forehead, and dabbed pink color above his eyebrows. His mohawk was at full spike altitude. You know who also loves colorful painted faces? KE$HA! But the real question is: Who wears their face paint better — Jared or Ke$ha? We'll leave that one up to you.

Who Wore It Better: Olivia Palermo And Reese Witherspoon's Orange Watercolor Skirt

The season of bright fun colors is not over! Olivia Palermo and Reese Witherspoon both showed off their summer style by wearing the same orange watercolor-print skirt. On August 19, The City star visited Henri Bendel in New York wearing the bright skirt, which she paired with a long-sleeve white blouse, Hermes clutch, and suede cuff booties by Elizabeth and James. Then, earlier this week, Reese Witherspoon stepped out in Brentwood, California wearing the same exact skirt, which she made more casual with a spaghetti-strap black tank and flat sandals.

Let's Talk About ... Jessica Alba's Zig-Zag Balmain Dress

Jessica Alba attended the premiere of Machete in Los Angeles last night wearing a black and gold zig-zag sequin dress by Balmain. She looked fantastic in it, big shoulders and all, even though the pattern totally reminded us of Charlie Brown's T-shirt. To finish the look, she wore Christian Louboutin's Tinazata 120 cutout boots, which sell for $1,395 on net-a-porter.com, several gold bracelets, and two gold rings. She even painted her nails gold, too!

It's rare that we ever see Taylor Momsen out of her garter belts and lingerie nighties, so when she changes it up, we notice. Like when she attended a photo shoot earlier this month and popped on this black and white top with split sleeves. The top that the 17-year-old wore is actually by Division E and it is available for $64 on ShoppeTrozillia.com. It's a great throw-on piece. And for The Pretty Reckless singer, that could be helpful, just in case she got cold wearing something like this.
