Kanye West at the 14th Annual ACE Awards on November 1 in New York.

Kanye West was honored last night in New York for one of his favorite things. No, not music! FASHION. The Accessories Council presented the 33-year-old artist with Stylemaker of the Year Award for personal style and influential fashion at the Accessories Council Excellence Awards (last year the award went to Lady Gaga, so you know they're looking at heavy hitters here!). So what did he wear to the event? Hot accessories, of course. While his black suit and white crisp shirt looked streamlined and minimal, Kanye really spiced up his outfit with his footwear — a pair of loafers featuring artistic images of naked women on them. Love them or hate them? We kinda love them.

The lyrics for Ciara's latest single, 'Gimme Dat,' start out like this: "I've been gone for too long, think it's time to bring it back." AND WELCOME BACK CIARA. (Not that we thought she left for that long, though.) We're obsessed with this song, and now we're obsessed with the video she released for it, which came out this month. Her fashion choices for the video match the sexy vibe of the song — mesh tops with leather bustiers, sneakers atop Lucite heels, daisy dukes with a "FLY" fanny pack, bedazzled Atlanta hats, high-waisted jeans, see-through black bodysuits, and the list goes on. Check out a full fashion breakdown of Ciara's 'Gimme Dat' video below.

Ciara opens the video by busting out of a hotass black car wearing a mesh long-sleeve top, leather bustier and a sexy pair of black shades. Read More...

Emma Watson opens up in the December issue of British Vogue about her epic pixie haircut that sent Harry Potter fans around the world into a tizzy. So, why did she do it? "I was contractually obliged not to cut my hair, not to tan. All the normal things girls do, I couldn’t," she told the magazine of her Harry Potter gig as Hermione Granger. "So when I got the chance to change my appearance, this [gesturing to her hair] is what I did.” Way to rebel to the most intense level, Emma! We're just happy to see she didn't tan to the orange Snooki/Jersey Shore extreme. Yet.

We love a good tutu. And we're fully convinced that tutu-wearing is a rising trend that only the bold and beautiful can pull off well. So far, we've seen tutus on Pixie Lott, Rihanna, and Katy Perry — all performers. But last night, actress Christina Ricci joined the trendsetting bunch when she attended the Library Lions Benefit in New York last night looking ballerina-inspired in a lovely Marchesa tutu design from the label's fall 2010 collection. While the tutu looked great on her, we thought the tights were a little too overwhelming for the delicate look. But it was a tutu nonetheless — so success!

Gossip Girl's seventh episode of season 4, "War At The Roses," premiered last night, and the episode was all about the birthday of one very stylish young lady — Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester). She killed it style-wise in the episode, wearing amazing looks by Giambattista Valli, Chris Benz, and a gorgeous gown by J. Mendel. Surely, guest stars designer Cynthia Rowley, super stylist Rachel Zoe, and Elle creative director Joe Zee were proud of her fashion choices, too! She was in the prime spot to be our favorite style star this week until Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) swooped in to steal the spotlight in a three-piece navy suit. With his printed purple tie and vibrant violet pocket square, we found him hard to resist, which is why he's our favorite for Best Dressed last night. But what do you think — who dressed best? See every look below and decide.

When Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine stopped by MTV Style recently, she told us that she likes to wear outfits on stage that "take you out of everyday life." In fact, the sultry singer said, "It's kind of nice if you think the dress is doing the performance as well." But there's another thing that performs with Florence other than her voice and her outfit — her ginger hair! Just take a look at how she whipped her signature red hair back and forth at the Voodoo Experience in New Orleans over the weekend. Willow Smith would be proud, don't you think?

Drake performing at the 2010 Voodoo Experience on Oct. 30.

Excuse us, we'd like to take a moment to discuss the amazing style Drake possesses. It hit us over the weekend, when Drake performed at the Voodoo Experience in New Orleans, looking amazing, fine, and downright sexy in a jean jacket, black tee, black cargo pants, and black sunglasses. It's odd that we just wrote that a jean jacket and cargo pants could look sexy, since the idea of it reminds us of a weird hillbilly. But on Drake, the outfit looked hot. Don't you agree? That's not to say we weren't too upset when he decided to strip his jacket off ...

Eva Mendes in Salvatore Ferragamo, Ciara in Prada, Selita Ebanks in Christian Louboutin.

Celebrities are quick to reach for closed-toe pumps as the weather cools down, which is clear since this hot style dominated the red carpet last week. Eva Mendes wore gunmetal Salvatore Ferragamo shoes, Ciara chose leopard print Prada pumps, and model Selita Ebanks picked out black studded Christian Louboutin heels. These ladies looks so chic! And they didn't have to sacrifice the warmth of their toes to do it. But which pair did you like best — Eva, Ciara, or Selita's? Our pick: Ciara ... she has leopard!
