Selenators, Selena Gomez has some new designs for her Dream Out Loud line that you're going to L-O-V-E. Selly posted a picture of herself ~chillin~ in the studio in some SELENATORS-emblazoned sweatpants, and we must say, they look like the perfect piece to add to your closet if "Come & Get It" is your #1 most-played track in iTunes. Repping your stan status while simultaneously wearing something your fave designed? It's a hard combo to come by, but Selena nailed it just for you. That is, Sel's fans actually asked for these designs, and hearing their cries, she not only provided the swag, but options, too.
Happy Valentine's Day! Love, Nicki
Flowers? YAWN. Chocolate? No, thank you. Valentine's Day is right around the corner and, luckily for all you clueless dudes out there, Nicki Minaj is here to save you from the dog house. This year, Minaj has done the world a serious solid by providing every guy with the perfect holiday gift: jewelry. What's that you say? You haven't been saving up? You don't think you can afford luxe bling for your lady? You didn't even know it was February already?! Well, relax. Because not only is Nicki's new line of accessories totally fun, but it's totally affordable, too! Yeah, we know. She's the best.
A few looks from Nicki's spring line.

With most of the country reaching below-freezing temperatures this week, it's getting kind of hard to remember what spring feels like. Dresses without tights? Never heard of such a thing. Open-toed shoes? Those don't exist! Shorts, you say? WTH are SHORTS? *rocking in a corner in the fetal position because it's warmest* Don't worry, Barbz—it'll all come back soon enough. Just let Nicki Minaj take the reins from here.
Stacked with brights, pastels, and a whole lotta leg, Nicki Minaj's spring collection for Kmart has us longing for the days when our snow boots were covered in dust in the back of our closets. Minaj posted a slew of preview pics on her Instagram, revealing several new silhouettes and prints. (But everything's still totally true to Nicki, e.g., skin-tight, bootylicious, etc.)
We’ve got to hand it to Ye. After a year’s worth of fashion rants (will we ever forget the leather jogging pant?) and one abbreviated overpriced collection for A.P.C., Kanye West is finally living up to his design aspirations. Maybe all of those monologues are just part of his creative process? His second effort for the French brand A.P.C., which was announced on the low last December, just debuted at Paris Fashion Week and it’s full of #dopeness. Kanye’s personality is stamped all over it, from the double-denim looks—and one with a flag-like cape that could have hung in the Yeezus pop-up—to the moody zipper-stitched parkas paired with parachute pants, Timberlands, and balaclavas. For every dark look, there was a suited counterpart, styled with glasses and jackets worn as capes.
But did you really expect Kanye would deliver a collection without a monologue? Think again! After revealing that the collection was inspired by “paint colors” and his idea of the modern family—"It's about what is the new family—it's like me, Kim and North”—Kanye went innnnnn on the industry’s refusal to take him seriously: “Every factory I go to, every time I sit down and talk about it, it’s like whether I’m talking about clothes from the hip-hop side of things or talking about clothes with someone that is in the fashion industry to not have a prejudice against the U-shaped curve of success in your field.”

Once upon a time, Taylor Swift was the prettiest princess in all of Hollywood. Dancing teacups and singing birds followed her everywhere she went. JK. But at the beginning of her career, she did seem to follow the motto: The more tulle and sparkle, the better. "I never got to go to prom," Swift laments in a recent interview with Teen Vogue. "So when I was younger, I wore prom dresses on the red carpet or to awards shows."
Now, at the ripe old age of 24, T. Swizzle has graduated from her former style and developed a polished, more mature look that's all her own, but she still favors one of the same brands she loved as a child. "When I was a little kid, I had a pair of white Keds I wore everywhere," Taylor admits. "It was a nostalgic feeling when they asked me to be the inspiration for the collection. It's cool to be part of something with such a legacy."
Don't say we didn't warn you! All the signs were there, from shoes with her FACE on them to the exclusive first cop of these metal shell toes (not to mention her liberal use of #ritabotsuniform). We just KNEW Rita Ora had to be working on something with Adidas. Welp, all our questions were answered when the official Adidas Originals Instagram posted the above picture along with a caption welcoming Miss Ora to the three-stripes family.
WELL WELL WELL. We've been speculating for MONTHS that Rita Ora might be working with Adidas on a collaboration for the brand's Originals vertical. In recent weeks, she's stayed quiet on the three-stripes front, devoting more face time to her other fashion ventures—DKNY and Material Girl—but thanks to a few Instagram snaps she posted yesterday, we're setting the rumor mill churning again.
Yes, folks. Your eyes do not deceive you. Those are throwback Adidas shell toes updated for 2014 with a metal cap. Rita shared the photo with the caption, "#LA #Studio X @adidasoriginals #ritabotsuniform." Sure, that could mean that she's just cosigning the look and that her Ritabots should follow suit, but that's a tall order for any celeb to pin on her fans. UNLESS she was the mastermind behind the design...
Gwen with Michael Glasser and a DWP model.

When word got out about Design With Purpose, Gwen Stefani's new clothing line with denim king Michael Glasser, we got excited. Not too excited, though, because if we've learned anything about celebrity collaborations, it's that they love to tease us with plenty of promo looong before the product drops (*ACHEM* Nicki Minaj for Kmart, The Key by Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga's ARTPOP). And that's fine—we're used to it. But now, just days after Gwen's initial announcement, we're already getting some behind-the-scenes photos of DWP's lookbook shoot AND a promise that more will be coming soon. All of this with a projected spring 2014 shelf date? Gwen, you're spoiling us! *blushes*

If you've ever wanted to dress like Gwen Stefani, pulling off her punky, polished look is about to become a whole lot easier (abdominal prep optional). After having stepped away from designing for L.A.M.B. in recent years, WWD reports that Stefani is ready to get back into the fashion game with the help of denim guru Michael Glasser (who's behind 7 For All Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, and Rich & Skinny). But instead of continuing to focus on the profitable wardrobe staple that he's known for, Glasser says their label, DWP (Design With Purpose), actually aims to add a few new basics.
Gwen Stefani's OPI nail polish set.
A new year means a new class of music x brand collaborations and up first is Gwen Stefani’s long-awaited nail polish line for OPI. We first reported on the perfectly matched collaboration last October (Stefani has always been a nail art pro and a pioneer at the intersection of music and fashion) and, last November, posted the leggy and very platinum promo pics for the line’s signature shade, “Over & Over.” Now you can grab the collection at ULTA—with the exception of “Over & Over” (no word yet on when that shade will be available for sale).
