Rihanna is ready to rock.

Rihanna can now add "reality show producer" to her resume (a document which I'm not sure exists): her new show Styled to Rock will be hitting the Style Network on November 5th. Who better to discover the next big design talent than the rockstar herself? Oh, how about Pharrell Williams, model Erin Wasson, and Ri's stylist, Mel Ottenberg? Yeah, they'll def do.
Courtney Love belts out a ballad about Etsy.

FLASHBACK: At the 1995 VMAs, Courtney Love, the hard-rocking, hard-talking front woman of Hole, chucked her MAC makeup compact at Madonna during an interview with Kurt Loder. #Can’tBeTamed. Now, after nearly 25 years as the most unfiltered female in rock and roll, Love is a lot less concerned with crashing conversations and has turned her focus toward fashion.
Since serving as a dutiful muse to Saint Laurent’s Hedi Slimane, Love’s officially ready to kick her Never The Bride label (which debuted in 2011) into full gear. Ladies of the ‘90s, REV. YOUR. ENGINES! In fact, the OG of grunge chic apparently has plans to give Rodarte a run for their money. SCURRT! Yup. It’s like that.
Coming off the end of a U.S. tour, Love, who’s also releasing a memoir and heading back to Hollywood, recently phoned it in to Vanity Fair to talk about plans for her Victorian rebel collection, the pains of being popular and her six-figure online shopping addiction. Girl, we feel you. Not so much the six-figure stat, but binge shopping on the interwebz is most definitely a real problem. And the first step is admitting it. Here’s what we learned from the VF chat:
Rebecca Romijn interviews rapper Jay-Z (in Rocawear) at the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards.
Talk about a Throwback Thursday! Back before Kanye West was selling out high fashion white tee collaborations, before A$AP Rocky was a fashion killa, there was a Brooklyn boy by the name of Jay Z (though, it had a hyphen then) building himself from a businessman into a "business, man" with a little streetwear line he dubbed Rocawear. Using Roc-A-Fella Records as the foundation, Mr. Shawn Carter and his long-time business partner Damon Dash decided they would spin the MC's success into other creative business avenues. Before Hov was rocking Tom Ford, he was making a sartorial name for the R-O-C. And on what red carpet did Jay rep Rocawear in its debut year? The 1999 VMAs, DUH.
We think David Beckham is selling something here. Ab grease?
In the immortal words of Adam Sandler circa 1995, "Sooo hot! Want to touch the hiney! Awoooo!" You guys, David Beckham, 38, is shirtless again. No, not on the soccer field–he's definitely still in retirement. Besides, ain't nobody got time to watch an entire game when you're really only there for the celebratory money shot in the event of a win. This season, Sexy Becksy is kickin' it with H&M for his eponymous Fall 2013 Bodywear Collection. And if you remember the line's February debut (and smokin' hot, larger-than-life window adverts), this means that the dude isn't just shirtless–he's modeling manties, too.
Barbz, the moment has finally come--our leader/fashion god/head Barbie Nicki Minaj posted pics of her wearing some actual living, breathing pieces from her yet-to-be-released Kmart clothing collection on Instagram, and we're (appropriately) freaking out. Sure, we've peeped some samples in the showroom and weighed in on Nicki's design process early on, but it looks like the line is ready for us to get our grubby little hands on. (Cue: evil cackle with a perfectly-timed thunderclap.) First up, we peep Ms. Minaj in a matching printed long-sleeve (mock turtleneck?!) crop top and leggings ensemble that REALLY shows off her killer bod. (I mean, does this set come with a flat stomach because we're gonna need that too. Kthxbi.)
It's Rihanna for River Island take 3, y'all! The British brand released a behind-the-scenes video of the shoots for Rihanna's latest campaign which, as the singer describes it, "has a New York street vibe." The first part of the Fall collection isn't landing for another month, but the videos and images that have been released make it clear that Rihanna wants us all in camo-print and leather this fall—sometimes even together. Yep, there's a leather camouflage bustier and matching shorts. We see some shiny drawstring leather pants in both maroon and black—in the shoot Rih pairs the latter with a yellow baseball jersey 'cause she's into #sportz.
Looks from the LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl's Fall 2013 collection.
August has officially reared its sweaty head, which means it's just about time to bid a tearful farewell to summer and a reluctant hello to Back To School season. Luckily for you, we have some news that is sure to dry those tears right up: Lauren Conrad's Fall 2013 collection for Kohl's is officially HERE (just in time for that Hills alternate ending airing today)! This time around, LC maintained her signature fresh and feminine flair while adding a bit more structure for the upcoming scholastic season. We're IN. LOVE. with the angelic softness of her cream lace dress ($68) (note to self: flowers in the hand and in the hair = instant goddess status). She's then able to class it up with her printed chambray ($44) paired with dark wash jeggings ($44). And while we're pretttty sure the horse isn't included in the ensemble, this denim on denim combo is a pretty sweet deal on its own.
Theophilus London at his Southampton LVRS x SpongeBob SquarePants event.
You guys. In case you missed it, consummate cool guy Theophilus London has a collaboration with SpongeBob SquarePants. Theo and his LVRS fashion brand teamed up with Nickelodeon's pineapple-dwelling mainstay for a brand new capsule collection of London-meets-SquarePants goods, including a varsity-numbered tank top and a tee depicting Theophilus in Bikini Bottom. London launched the collaboration with a backyard pool party in Southampton, NY in late June, but this video interview from the event just went up on Hypebeast. Also, it's amazing.
Kristin Cavallari will debut Junk Food x NFL Women's Apparel collection at New York Fashion Week.

Whoaaaa, major MTV-meets-fashion news, y'all! Kristin Cavallari is designing a collection of womenswear for Junkfood and the NFL that will debut at New York Fashion Week. *jaw drops to the floor* Basketball and the NBA caught a lot of shine this year for raising the bar for sports style, from the post-game podium to the young guns making their debuts at the NBA Draft. But the end of the season left those hopped up on the buzz of a serious integration of sports and style (what has two thumbs sitting on the space bar typing this post?) clamoring to figure out which league would be next on the fashion come-up. We've had a feeling that football and the NFL may be next for a while and have even gotten affirmation from LeBron James' and Victor Cruz's stylist Rachel Johnson, but this latest news from Laguna Beach and The Hills alumna more than confirms our suspicions.
You can get penis earrings and molar rings from Kesha Rose by Charles Albert.

Today's your day, Animals! Ke$ha has finally officially launched her much-anticipated (and Instagrammed) Kesha Rose by Charles Albert premier jewelry collection. The first installment of her new accessories line is made up of pendants, rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, all combining the pre-existing Charles Albert accessories aesthetic with Ke$ha's inimitable personality. And yes, the major takeaway is that it heavily features teeth and penises. A terrifying combination on so many levels, but stick with us for a minute.
