Rihanna shows off a hat from her new collection with River Island.

A mere three days after the announcement of her final collection with MAC, Rihanna has revealed the last pieces for her collab with River Island. See? It's not all modeling hijabs in front of mosques in Abu Dhabi for badgalriri: she does some work, too (JK, she does a lot of work). The collection features a ton of Rih's signature looks, including crop tops, shirts worn as dresses, and varsity jackets, but she's swapped patterns and fabrics to make the stomach-baring tops and short hemlines more wintery.
In a behind-the-scenes video posted by River Island, RiRi discusses the winter collection, explaining they incorporated more florals, metallics, and dresses because Rihanna likes a nice dress in the wintertime. She mentions that she likes dresses because "that's when all the balls happen." It's weird because I haven't been invited to any balls
ever this winter? Whatevz, I'll still wear some dresses to, like, sit around my house.
World, meet pasties.

When we first saw Nicki Minaj's complete collaboration collection for Kmart, we thought, "This is pretty great and all, but there's definitely something missing." For days we stroked our imaginary beards, desperately trying to put our finger on the one piece that would totally tie together the entire line. And then suddenly, without warning, it hit us. Like, it ACTUALLY jumped out through the computer screen and almost smacked us in the face. PASTIES! OF COURSE!
M.I.A. for Versus Versace

Welp, the rumors were true and the projected shelf date was accurate, too. Color us PUMPED! M.I.A.’s Versus Versace collaboration collection is officially available, so get it while it’s hot! Scratch that: this collection will STAY hot—you just gotta get it before it all sells out. And it looks good, y’all. Like, WAY better than it did in the preview photos, IMHO. The color combinations are wonderfully vibrant, and the graphic, bootleg-inspired prints appear to have translated quite well to Versace’s sister brand. Best part about this designer capsule collection? It’s not out-of-this-world expensive. It ain't H&M, but the price point is a whooole lot less than buying Versace off-the-rack.

We've been keeping tabs on Nicki Minaj's collaboration with Kmart for almost a year and the day is finally here, Barbz: Nicki's full line is finally yours to buy! Nicki launched the collection yesterday in LA and we got to peep every piece, from the matching crop top and leggings we've known about, to a bejeweled captain hat we had no clue was coming (welcome to the world, lil guy!). Nicki's launch look was, obviously, attention-grabbing: she paired a blue, studded blazer and black leggings from the collection with white Giuseppe Zanotti booties. Oh, did I forget to mention what shirt she was wearing? That's because she went without one. Again. She really does hate bras.
Rita Ora shows us how to "get the London look."

Earlier today, Rita Ora gave fans a sneak peek of her Rimmel London line via Instagram and um, GIMME. The pics provided us with the first major deets of Ora’s debut make-up collection, which was officially announced last month and is set to hit shelves in February. Ugh. #SOFARAWAY But since she was generous enough to display (what we believe to be) all of the lipstick and nail polish colors the line will offer, we can at least start mentally matching products to our winter 2014 outfits now. And if you think that’s extreme planning, well, it is.
Looks from the LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl's Fall 2013 collection.
It may only be October, but Lauren Conrad and her Kohl's line are ready for the holidays! And after peeping these pics, so are we. Presents, pie, parties = all we need in life. There are a lot of looks here we'd wear (hi, all of them), so many a party invitation needs to be sent our way (or else we'll have a lot of clothes and nowhere to go). Two of our fave looks from the collection are the ones above: totally different but both party perfect. The first pairs a lace tank (it comes in 4 colors!) with jeggings and a black-and-navy colorblock blazer. For a more feminine alternative, Lauren wears a rose tulle maxi skirt with a white top and blazer. Props to LC for including blazers in a number of her looks—since it is, y'know, winter during the holidays, having a jacket as an integral part of your outfit is the BEST. Practical and pretty? Yep, we'll take it.
OPI by Gwen Stefani.

Sorry I’m not home right now, I’m
walking in the spiderwebs painting my nails LIKE GWEN STEFANI (so leave a message and I’ll call you back). ICYMI, OPI just announced that Stefani will be the latest celebrity to collaborate on a nail polish collection with the star-savvy brand and TBH, this makes ALL the sense. Gwen is no doubt (heh) a major style icon (the hair, the lipstick, the abs), and this is the ~perfect~ addition to her ever-growing fashion empire, which already includes her L.A.M.B clothing/accessories line and her Harajuku Lovers perfumes.
A still from Tyler, The Creator's "Tamale" music video.
Photo: Odd Future Records
Last night, Tyler, The Creator released a music video for his Wolf banger "Tamale." As always, the four-and-a-half minute short is visually stunning, and as always, Wolf Haley finds a way to weave in his Golf Wang designs. (Real talk, if I were a rapper who made and sold clothes, I'd wear them in my videos, too.) The different with "Tamale," though, is that dude (from what we can tell) ALL Golf Wang for the duration of 8 outfit changes from this collegiate donut snapback to the Flog Gnaw beanie and box cutter tee he wears to close out the video. It's basically like a video lookbook for the Fall/Winter 2013 Golf Wang collection.
Nicki Minaj on set for her Kmart Collection shoot.

Nicki Minaj is “super, super excited” about her Kmart Collection and (duh) SO ARE WE. Barbz, it’s been almost two months since Her Minajesty revealed the first looks from her new line, and now—only a day away from its online launch—we’re still getting sneak peeks of never-been-seen-before outfits. GAH. Now, we have to change our whole shopping strategy. THANKS A LOT, NICKI. Earlier today, Minaj tweeted out some behind-the-scenes footage from her Kmart photoshoot (set to her single with Mavado, “Give It All To Me”) and we spied not one, but TWO, new hot pink outfits for two ~very~ different occasions.
The first is a matching two-piece hooded sweatsuit, appropriate for both chilling AND (if you add heeled booties and a studded cap, à la Nicki) very stylish errand running. Or maybe brunch. You do you. The second is a hot pink blazer and high-waisted, body-con skirt combo, perfect for distracting dudes in business meetings (although, probably not suitable *puns* for every office).
Well, well, well. It seems as if M.I.A. is a lady of her word! (Not that we ever doubted her, of course.) Granted, it was starting to feel a little bit “girl who cried Medusa head” after the rapper first alluded to her Versus Versace collab in November of last year, gave us radio silence about the alleged line for ten months, and then spilled another confirmation of the project to an unsuspecting WWD reporter during Paris Fashion Week. Oh and BTW, she said last month that not only would it happen, but it was on its way out in two weeks. We were all like, SCURRT! Pump the breaks. TWO WEEKS? That sounds cray. Cray but true, we’ve learned, as the collaboration was officially announced by Versace today and is set to hit shelves on October 16th. (OK, so technically more like 3 weeks, but we’ll let it slide because GIMME.)
