Nicki Minaj working on her Kmart collection.

It feels like we've been obsessing over Nicki Minaj's debut Kmart collection forever (OK, fine, since January), but the closer we get to her fall launch date, the more ACTUAL pieces we're getting to peep from her line. We've already seen tons of "freak'um" frocks and chain printed leggings, but in a behind-the-scenes video Barbz just posted to her ShopYourWay.com page, we get to see even MORE insanely awesome duds. She kicks off the meeting by going through her collection and choosing when to roll out which pieces (the first set hits stores in October!), and then tries on some accessories (think: leopard print cuffs and crown-adorned bamboo earrings), which she says are "so rich."
Kanye West in his capsule collection for A.P.C.
After months of accelerated hype, this past weekend we were finally able to set eyes on Kanye West's capsule collection for A.P.C. As promised when the French fashion house officially confirmed the high profile collaboration last week, the collection hit A.P.C.'s international web stores yesterday morning. In line with the descriptions from Ye's W magazine interview, Yeezy and A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou created a concise range of one short-sleeved sweatshirt, one long-sleeved sweatshirt in blue and dark navy, one t-shirt in navy and white, and one pair of jeans in stonewash and indigo.
Selena Gomez models her adidas NEO collection.

It's heeeeere! Back in November of last year when Selena Gomez was announced as adidas NEO's newest style icon, the release teased that Selly wouldn't just be a face but a designer for the label, too. Since the initial reveal of the Sel x NEO relationship, we've seen the "Come & Get It" singer star in lookbooks, front campaigns, and even host a New York Fashion Week runway show, but now, we're finally getting to see that collection the adidas off-shoot told us to look out for some time this year!
Rihanna working on her fall River Island collection.
Rihanna wastes no time, y'all. Right after she debuted her spring River Island collection at London Fashion Week, she was already hard at work creating her fall line with Adam Selman. So far, we've only peeped a single image of the twosome designing some killer new pieces in April, but today River Island released a behind-the-scenes video of Rihanna wearing some of her yet-to-be-released threads, and we are FREAKING. OUT. Basically, we are seeing tons of beanies, stiletto booties and backpacks in the accessories department, and lots of varsity jackets, cropped sweaters, printed tees and bomb ass winter staples for the clothing. One thing we noticed overall: there's gonna be a HECK of a lot of camo print in this collection.
The first look at A.P.C.Kanye.
Like clockwork, July has rolled around, and accordingly, so has the official confirmation of that long-time rumored Kanye West x A.P.C. collaboration. Brace yourself for a bit of shameless gloating coming from this direction of the interwebz, but we've been tugging your ears (or eyes?) about this for MONTHS. Let's rehash the timeline, shall we? First, A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou mentioned in an interview with GQ (February 2012) that he and Yeezy had "wanted to do something related to clothes that's not high fashion, probably something more sporty," and while "it's mentally in the pipeline" for Touitou, he recognizes "it's just hard to get the guy out of a plane." Several months later (December 2012), Touitou tweeted a photo of the two huddled around a laptop in a black tiled room, presented without comment. Given what we know about Touitou having a recording studio at A.P.C. HQ and Ye's fashion design itch, we assumed they must be collaborating on something. Whether they were working on music or clothes was up in the air (also, for the record, we didn't rule out that they could have been YouTubing cat videos), but those GQ quotes suggested a range of garments ready to be worn IRL.
Taylor Swift and her fall Keds collection.

It feels like just yesterday we were drooling over Taylor Swift's super adorbs summer Keds sneaker collection, but this week she released her fall-ready line, and suddenly we're really excited for the colder days ahead. She brought back some of the same polka dot and floral motifs from before, but added an extra fresh spin on each shoe design. First up, T Swift added a layer of vintage white lace to her signature red sneaks for a girly spin on the classic show. Word on the street (OK, fine, product description) is that the Champion Vintage Lace sneaker ($50) was modeled after one of her favorite frocks. Even cooler--these shoes also come in a black on black version.
Ke$ha wearing pieces from her new Ke$ha Rose by Charles Albert jewelry collection.

We're onto you, Ke$ha. She just CAN'T stop posting Instagram shots of rings, necklaces and earrings all credited to a Kesha Rose by Charles Albert collection, but we literally have no details about pricing/where to buy/basically anything at all. What we DO know is that K-Money is launching some seriously stylish baubles that we need to get our hands on ASAP. In one photo, she shows off some over-sized turquoise and black stone rings with a gorge flower crown and silver chain necklace, and, in another, a gold tooth pendant that Ke$ha says is—gasp—modeled after one of her fan's canines. We're... not even sure how she got that to happen? *shrugs*
Our Big Bang boys are at it again! The insanely fashion-forward K-pop group has always had a heavy hand in the fashion world (see: their custom Hermes jackets, collab with Nicola Formichetti, and INSANE Vogue Korea spread), but now we can FINALLY swipe up duds created by the infamous boy band. Big Bang's frontman G-Dragon hooked up with Tokyo-based clothing company Ambush on a 5-piece capsule collection that we're ob-SESSED with. He created all black and gold pieces that'll be sure to amp up any outfit in an instant.
Kristin Cavallari and the wedding shoes she designed for Chinese Laundry.

We don't know about you guys, but we're still basking in the oh-so-beautiful glory that was Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler's wedding. In case you missed it, the ex-Hillsie tied the knot in a GORGE strapless Monique Lhuillier gown complete with beachy waves and a barely-there makeup look. Since her floor-sweeping dress covered her feet, we weren't able to peep her wedding shoe game at the time, but as it turns out, K Cav actually designed her own shoes for the big day, and—even better—us mere mortals can purchase them too! *high fives entire world* Kristin added these shoes to her ever-growing Chinese Laundry shoe collection, and they seem to fit her simply-chic style aesthetic perfectly.

As is expected with every (extremely rare) Kanye West interview, the latest profile, this time from W Magazine is nowhere near short of grandiose quotables or eyebrow-raisingly candid moments. The piece is littered with Easter eggs for fans of Yeezy and general fashion alike from comparing Christianity to a Ralph Lauren store to mental images of Kanye eating stir-fried vegetables off an Hermes plate. (Keep it 100, Ye.) Most of the fashion community, ourselves included, has been focused on this reveal that "I Am A God" was inspired by an altercation Yeezy had with a major label designer who attempted to keep him from attending any other Fashion Week shows. We agree, that's a major fashion bomb, but there are actually a LOT more of those in this interview if you read carefully.
