New York duo Cushnie et Ochs already have their trademark directional designs firmly planted in the closets of fashion industry insiders and young Hollywood alike (Olivia Wilde, Kristen Stewart and Teresa Palmer, we're looking at you!). Now Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs have teamed up with HTC on a new custom smartphone inspired by the label's Spring/Summer 2013 collection. Created in conjunction with Milk MADE (the creative editorial arm of Milk Studios), the HTC One phone by Cushnie et Ochs arrives just in time for this season's shows and naturally comes pre-loaded with all sorts of fashion-y extras and apps. The minimalist style has a sleek black and white color palette and matching earbuds, making it the ultimate complement to whatever outfit you're wearing. Bottom line: this is a new kind of accessory that's stylish on the inside AND out.

From the first time I laid my bug eyes on designer Katie Gallagher’s glam, goth-y designs, I was obsessed/convinced Gallagher put some sort of sartorial spell on me. Which is fitting, considering her witchy designs remind me of Anjelica Huston as Morticia Addams. See: Flowing floor-length black dresses-meets-Sarah Jessica Parker’s other (Carrie Bradshaw, who?) massively-underrated sartorial slayer as the chic, flirty witch in the '90s CLASSIC, Hocus Pocus. But Gallagher is also fearless when it comes to a little leather and a little skin—albeit perpetually adding her own twisted twist (yeah, I went there) with severe angles and fun fabrics. Gallagher recently invited me to her Chinatown apartment-cum-studio (NBD), for which I was also obsessed. Apartment highlights include her bouquet of
roses rubber rats hanging from a wall, a license plate reading “FUNERAL," and, the most amazing fluffy oversized creature I have ever seen: her cat, Sveater. (Dear Katie, please let me babysit/kidnap that furry nugget!) But Sveater was aaaalmost upstaged when I took a look at Gallagher’s latest collection, which will be showing next week at New York Fashion Week. If you see me laying in a coma behind a sea of models, don’t fret: I did it all for my <3 of fashion. Alas, here’s Katie Gallagher’s favorite fashion-y things!
Looks from the The Blonds x VFiles collection.
Photo: Via VFiles
Let's talk about The Blonds for a hot second. We're totally ob-sessed with their over-the-top glam, embellished, rhinestone-encrusted, spiked bustier and mini skirt EVERYTHING, but when it comes down to it, we'll probably never, ever get ours hands on that glittery goodness. *sobs* Unfortunately those runway-ready looks are reserved for celebs like Kat Graham and Katy Perry, and us Normie McNormiesons are stuck with that ol' ready-to-wear stuff. But by some crazy stroke of luck, The Blonds collabed with VFiles (you know, the peeps behind V Magazine) and created a collection of *gasp* sportswear that we can totally don on a daily basis. YUS.
Minnie Mouse on the runway at Lakme Fashion Week in India.
Minnie Mouse is no stranger to fashion: she has previously inspired a nail polish collection (despite always wearing gloves), walked the runway at Lakme Fashion Week in India, and now she's taking over the minds of some of our fave British designers for London Fashion Week. Lulu Guiness, Terry de Havilland, Tatty Devine, Richard Nicoll, Michael van der Ham, Piers Atkinson, Bunney, Husam el Odeh in collaboration with Luke Hersheson, and Katie Hillier are all taking inspiration from the red ribboned rodent for a presentation called "Minnie Mouse Must Haves." The collection, which will include accessories and apparel, will borrow from Minnie's instantly recognizable bow, ears and polka-dot dress. Why are these designers taking cues from a cartoon, you ask? Well, it's for charity of course! each of the pieces, which will be one of a kind, will be auctioned off on eBay following the presentation, with all proceeds going to the BFC/Bazaar Fashion Arts Foundation, which strives to foster relationships across creative fields and promote innovation within fashion.
Spice Girls might wear Giles Deacon for the Olympics Closing Ceremony.

Ever since we heard the Spice Girls would be performing at the Olympics Closing Ceremony a few weeks ago, we've been dusting off our red platform boots and practicing "Wannabe" in our bathroom mirror nonstop. Let's just say we're a WEE bit excited. The much-needed '90s girl group reunion has everyone talking, but OUR biggest concern is what they are going to wear, obviously. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but we're getting meggaaa strong vibes that something's a-brewin' on the designer front. Victoria Beckham tweeted that she had a morning fitting with British designer Giles Deacon last week, followed by another tweet with a bedazzled microphone saying, "Look what I found!!" I mean, we're not highly-trained detectives or anything, but we're PRETTY POSITIVE this means she getting fitted for an upcoming performance, which, um, can only be the Olympic Closing Ceremony.
If you haven't figured it out by now, we're OB-SESSED with The Blonds. Lucky for us, the always fun, always sparkly, always fabulous duo behind the brand, David and Phillipe Blond, just announced that they have released a new Barbie decked out in one of their signature fall 2008 collection pieces. Eeee! The Blonds Blond Diamond Barbie Doll pulls out ALL the stops in a bedazzled mini corset dress covered in faux gems paired with a floor-sweeping faux fox fur coat. If you look closely, you'll notice she's accessorized to the nines with giant baubles and glittery pumps. Me-ow. The doll is currently available for pre-sale ($125) and ships in mid December, but we wanted to get all the deets now! Phillipe and David were kind enough to answer all of our burning questions, so peep the interview below to find out how Barbie got all dolled-up in her designer duds.
Nicki Minaj in the Adidas Originals campaign video.
YASSS. The moment has finally come! Remember back in April when we totally spotted Nicki Minaj and Jeremy Scott filming an adidas campaign in the streets of NYC? Well, after months of waiting/crying/shivering in anticipation, the video has finally premiered! And, eeee, there's even more amazingness than we expected. The video starts off with Nicki and J Scott oh-so-cutely hanging out in their technicolor, mix patterned puffy jackets, and then it cuts to other cool cities across the globe where we spot Sky Ferreira and Big Sean chilling together in their decked-out adidas Originals gear. But, um, the biggest (and perhaps best?) surprise of all is when we spot our FAVE K-pop group 2NE1 bust out some serious dance moves in the streets of Tokyo smothered in head-to-toe Jeremy Scott x adidas gear. #dead
Could Karlie Kloss be any cuter? Could we be any more excited to see the Target And Neiman Marcus mega-collaboration heading towards our holiday shopping lists like a juggernaut? The answer to both is a resounding 'no,' and we basically already have our checkbooks out in anticipation of the shopping onslaught that's going to ensue. Luckily for us, we'll be getting our first look at the collection on Kloss, who is one of our all time fave models, in a series of ads that will span all platforms--from social media to print and TV--and, according to a Target spokesperson (as reported by WWD), make use of Kloss' dancing chops. It wasn't just her dancing, or her midwestern charm that got Kloss in the good graces of her Target/Neiman's employers: the 19 year old model reportedly arrived on set with a plate of homemade cookies, and later, with two key lime pies, one baked my her mom, using her grandmother's recipe. Is everyone taking notes? Karlie is giving us all lessons in how to be better people all around.
Christian Bale wears Giorgio Armani for Bruce Wayne in 'The Dark Knight Rises.'

We can't BELIEVE it's been nearly four years since The Dark Knight hit theaters (time is flying, y'all!), but now we're anticipating the third and final *sniff sniff* installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman series, The Dark Knight Rises, more than ever. And what's the best way to get amped up for a film that we are sososo excited for? By discussing all things fashion, obvs! We got the scoop, and it turns out Giorgio Armani partnered up with acclaimed costume designer Lindy Hemming (her laundry list resume includes Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Casino Royal, just to name a few) to create custom Made to Measure suiting under the Giorgio Armani for Bruce Wayne label. Oh la la!

We. Love. Johnny. Wujek. The man behind Katy Perry's on and off stage ensembles never ceases to wow us with his whimsical sartorial creations-from the spinning peppermint bra to the light up Met Ball gown. With an upcoming television debut as an America's Next Top Model creative consultant, and a major movie now in theaters (which, as you know, we LOVED), Wujek shows no signs of slowing any part of his career down. Did we mention his "Call Me Maybe" cover alongside his celebrity gal pal? Right. Killin' it. We all know the Johnny Wujek creation story by now: Katy bounced over to him at a party, asked him which team he was playing for, "mine or his," indicating a male friend, Wujek said, "his," and a beautiful partnership was born. She asked to borrow a dress, he clothed a budding pop star, she fought for him when she got famous...the rest is history. So, who is the man behind the glitter and the whipped cream-shooting bra? We already showed you his favorite things, now it's time to hear a little more from the man himself.
