Katy Perry and Russell Brand are ALL about the PDA, so it only made sense for Katy Perry to show up at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards with her fiance's image painted on her nails, right? Yes, you read that right. Katy Perry wore a Russell Brand manicure!! The lovebirds first hooked up about a year ago at the VMAs, so could Katy Perry's manicure be a nod to their anniversary? We're not sure, but that'd be a pretty CUTE gesture.

VMAs 2010: Jersey Shore's Sammi "Sweetheart" Sparkles In Bebe

Who says you have to spend a ton of cash to get a great dress? Not Jersey Shore star Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, who walked the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet in a $139 Bebe sequin and lace one-sleeve number! The pretty pattern and texture of the dress is so fresh! Plus, we love that Sammi kept her look sleek with classic black peep-toe pumps, and accessorized with a small, gold clutch and simple bracelet. Sammi looks so mature and pulled together, but she still showed off her Jersey roots with a poof in her hair. We adore this side of her!!

VMAs 2010: See Ke$ha's Body Glitter Up Close!

Last night, Ke$ha took the stage during the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards Concert to Benefit LIFEbeat in West Hollywood. Ke$ha wore a black sleeveless shirt, gold undies, and fishnets for the performance, and tied an American flag handkerchief into her glitter diapers. And to no one's surprise, Ke$ha showered herself with body glitter to finish the look, including gold glitter stars around her eyes. Earlier this month, the three-time VMA-nominated singer told us that she slathers glitter on herself "because it just pops! It just looks great!" Well, we can't say we disagree.

MTV.com Red Carpet Report Host Coco Rocha Predicts Lady Gaga's VMA Outfit!

It's no secret that we've all been on the edge of our seats wondering what Lady Gaga will wear to this year's Video Music Awards, which kicks off in Los Angeles in less than FIVE hours! Coco Rocha, host of MTV.com's "Red Carpet Report" for tonight's event, is getting a head start on her duties with a fashion prediction for the head-turning pop star. What does the supermodel think Lady Gaga will wear tonight? MENSWEAR! Well, maybe.

WATCH COCO ROCHA DISCUSS LADY GAGA BELOW!!!

"I've been thinking about Lady Gaga, and I feel like she's going to come as her alter ego. I think she's going to come as the male version," Coco guessed to MTV earlier today. "Or, plain, simple. I don't think she's going to try and go above and beyond again. She's done it."

You may remember that Lady Gaga wore a number of stunning outfits to last year's MTV Video Music Awards. First, she arrived on the red carpet in a black, floor-length feather dress complete with a golden neck brace and and Phantom-of-the-Opera-style mask. Later that night, she took the stage in white thigh-high boots and a lace belly-baring top paired with white undies. And then there was that red lace dress, which came with a matching face mask and red crown.

So we think Coco might be right in thinking Lady Gaga will tone down her look this year. But probably not by much. After all, if anyone knows how to stun the crowd with a fashion statement, it's Lady Gaga, hands down. So we'll just have to wait and see ... only a few hours to go!

Cassie's hair is SO BLOND now! That's the first thing we noticed when we caught up with the 24-year-old singer last night during Fashion's Night Out — the second annual night to celebrate shopping — where she was stationed at the Nicole Miller boutique in Manhattan. Cassie had just attended the designer's fashion show earlier that day with her half-shaved haircut, so when we caught up with Cassie at the store, we just had to know her hair and makeup tips, favorite designers, and her style icon (someone she said she wants to be when she "grows up"). Rihanna's 'Only Girl In The World' Cover Dress Revealed!

Rihanna's cover art for her new single "Only Girl In The World" just came out! And did you see what she's wearing?! A gorgeous red dress! It totally matches her long red hair (nice length, RiRi!). Well, she's not actually wearing the dress. Rather, she's holding it up over her naked body, revealing quite a bit of skin and her hip tattoo. However, the dress is still highly visible, and beautiful. We dug around and found out that it's from the Marchesa fall 2010 collection. Considering what the full dress looks like, it seems as though quite a bit of material is hidden in the Rihanna photo. We can only hope Rihanna's using some of the excess material as a seat cushion, so her bare bottom isn't touching the wheat field she's randomly sitting in.

What Should Lady Gaga Wear To The VMAs?

There's no denying that Lady Gaga has some insanely outrageous fashion choices. She's worn everything from nipple stickers to eye patches to bras that look like disco balls, and she's not done yet. That's why we're dyyyyiinngggg to know what Lady Gaga is going to wear this Sunday, when she attends the 2010 Video Music Awards in Los Angeles (tune in to the pre-show at 8/7c and the main show at 9/8c). Will it be purple? Something see-through? Will she be covered in blood? We have our guess — some kind of hat paired with a leotard covered in shiny rhinestones! But what do you think? La Roux's Elly Jackson Wants Androgyny To Catch On

La Roux singer Elly Jackson landed a full feature in the latest issue of Paper magazine, and in it she explains her androgynous style, which has come to be her signature look (which we love!). The article is pretty long, so we've scanned it for the most important things you should know:

• Elly spends £30 (or $47) on hair products when she's on tour. Yes, there is no price too high for good hair!
• Elly calls her hairstyle a "ginger quiff."
• Elly likes oversize menswear and Gucci loafers. Good taste!
• Elly hates the outfit she wore in the "Bulletproof" video: "I don't like those clothes now, either. I would never wear any of those clothes, ever. But I guess that shows how much you can change in a year, right?" But those neon clothes were so cute!
• Elly will never wear high heels: "I remember people saying, 'One day you'll wear high heels.' Well no, I f------ won't. It's such a cliché to say, but it's just who I am. It's never going to be a different way." Don't give in!
• Elly says her style is important to give a different perspective: "It's really important for young girls because there isn't anything else. If you're not into that very exposed female look, what else is there? Apart from looking up to boys, which is what I did. I was always looking up to men, which is probably why I was all weird."

It's rare that we ever see Taylor Momsen out of her garter belts and lingerie nighties, so when she changes it up, we notice. Like when she attended a photo shoot earlier this month and popped on this black and white top with split sleeves. The top that the 17-year-old wore is actually by Division E and it is available for $64 on ShoppeTrozillia.com. It's a great throw-on piece. And for The Pretty Reckless singer, that could be helpful, just in case she got cold wearing something like this.

First Look: See Lady Gaga Dressed As A Man Named Jo Calderone For 'Vogue Hommes Japan'!

In a week of shocking magazine cover model transformations — Blake Lively as jailbait for Interview, Sienna Miller as a sexpot for Love, and Britney Spears as a bride for Pop — the BIG ONE just dropped: Lady Gaga posed as a man/alter-ego named Jo Calderone for Vogue Hommes Japan's September issue, an event that was highly anticipated since photos from the shoot leaked in late June. Photographer Nick Knight shot the covers, and it was styled by her stylist Nicola Formichetti, who posted the cover shots on his blog this morning (the full issue comes out September 10).

Inside, writer Jo-Anne Furniss interviewed "Jo," who explained "his" relationship to Lady Gaga as follows: "I met her at a shoot Nick Knight was doing. She's f------ beautiful, and funny, and interesting. I was a little nervous for Nick to start shooting. She said, "Don't be baby, you were "born this way." I took her out after. The rest is private " Honestly, this cover is one of our favorites of all the new September issues. Just when you think Lady Gaga can't out-do her own Gaga-ness, she goes ahead and pushes another boundary, plays with genders and conventions and memes, and continues to prove that it's OK to be different, think different, and do things different. And that's something we need to remind ourselves more often than we do, don't you think?
