Tyra Banks kicks off Cycle 15 (yes, we're up to THAT MANY!) of her hit show America's Next Top Model on September 8, and this time around, she's going HIGH fashion. The supermodel-turned-TV host wrangled a number of fashion superstars such as designer Diane Von Furstenberg, model Karolina Kurkova, and photographer Patrick Demarchelier (yes, the Patrick from The Devil Wears Prada!) to serve as guest judges this year. Plus, this season's winner will get a spread in VOGUE!!! Well, Italian Vogue, that is, and that's on top of her contracts with IMG Models and Cover Girl. With that said, let's meet the 14 girls up for the prize.

Look At What Nicky Hilton Modeled At The Charlie Brown Fashion Show In Australia

Earlier this month, there was a little online buzz about designer Charlie Brown booking socialite Nicky Hilton to walk in the label's runway for Australian Fashion Week, which is happening in Sydney right now. Well, today, on other-side-of-the-world time, she walked in the show, which was billed as one of the most popular of the week, as in years past models Linda Evangelista, Lily Cole, Jade Jagger, Jerry Hall, and Sophie Dahl walked in Brown's show. Hilton, 26, modeled three looks in total, and here they are!

The shiny cream dress with sheer sleeves was the least offensive and most red-carpet ready, though she probably didn't need the belt around the waist. Then, she went for a leopard-print off-the-shoulder dress with matching headscarf. It looks too senior citizen baking in Boca Raton, Florida for us, which is weird because we typically LOVE leopard. Her final strut down the runway involved an aqua blue dress with a floral blue headband, which looks like a bridesmaid dress that you'd fight against, but then finally give in just to please the bride. Though, the color is quite pretty on her.

Who Won The Miss Universe Pageant? Miss Mexico, Jimena Navarrete!

Meet the new Miss Universe, Miss Mexico, Jimena Navarrete! The 22-year-old beat out 82 other hopefuls for the title of Miss Universe, and she was crowned tonight in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Casino. Her evening gown was gorgeous and not too over-the-top pageant girl — a simple, one-shoulder, elegant red ballgown with a thigh-high slit. She looked beautiful.

How Lady Gaga Travels On An Airplane ... With Nipple Stickers

The way Lady Gaga travels is a lot different than the way you travel, and we'll bet on it. Why? Because she wears crazy getups that would never be allowed through security. Exhibit A: Nipple Stickers! On Saturday, she Tweeted this picture of herself in an airplane on her way to her concert in Tacoma, Washington. Her look consisted of a huge blond beehive with a bandana tied around her hair, sheer strapless top, and nipple stickers in the shape of X's. The last time she broke out the nipple stickers was for Lollapalooza, when she crowd-surfed nearly naked during the Semi Precious Weapons set with gold star-shapes on her chest. That means it's only a matter of time before she breaks 'em out again! And as for us regular mortals, we still have to travel like fools, you know, the kind that get anxiety from having to take off our shoes and step on the dirty gross floor of an airport.

Let's Talk About ... Miranda Cosgrove In Marchesa And Chelsea Staub In BCBG Max Azria For The Creative Arts Emmy Awards

The Creative Arts Emmy Awards were held in Los Angeles on Saturday, and both Miranda Cosgrove and Chelsea Staub showed up wearing fun, flouncy light-colored dresses. Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove, 17, wore a strapless short dress with embroidered flowers on it by the red-carpet staple label, Marchesa. She matched her dress with Casadei double-platform pumps and a clutch by Genevieve Jones. Disney star Chelsea Staub, 21, also opted for a light strapless dress — a white mesh dress with a scalloped, layered skirt and asymmetrical hem by BCBG Max Azria, which she paired with matching white pumps and a red clutch. Her dress is actually on sale for $299 online, slashed from its original price of $598. We were thisclose to pushing "Add To Cart" on this fun piece, until we realized the season of wearing white is too close to being over!

Sienna Miller is one of eight cover models for the new September issue of Britain-based LOVE magazine. And we barely recognized the lady! Photographers Mert and Marcus shot the 28-year-old actress wearing a black Dolce & Gabbana leotard, dramatic black eye makeup, bold red glossy lips, and slicked-back hair. So intense! But what happened to her eyebrows? They are MISSING.

Let's Talk About ... Kim Kardashian's Bangs

Kim Kardashian has bangs now! She chopped off her front pieces yesterday and broke the hair news by Tweeting about her new look (of course she did!). Then, she debuted the new 'do at the fifth season party for Keeping Up With The Kardashians in West Hollywood last night. We must say, this is a great upgrade for her, as the bangs frame her face really well. But as soon as we saw her, we couldn't help but think she reminded us of another starlet who went for the bang chop earlier this year — Glee's Lea Michele (see the picture below). Not everyone can pull this look off, but between Kim and Lea, they make us want to reach for the scissors.

PHOTOS: See Blake Lively In Handcuffs For 'Interview' Magazine

We hardly recognized Gossip Girl star Blake Lively when we saw her on the cover of Interview magazine's September issue, which just dropped. There was something about her eyes and lips that just didn't feel like her, or maybe it was the handcuffs she was wearing as accessories that blocked a full view. Either way, her cover line: "Hot, Young, And Out Of Control" got our attention, especially because she was interviewed by Ben Affleck, Lively's co-star in the upcoming film The Town. There are lots more photographs (shot by Craig McDean) inside, and the spread illustrates the idea of her seducing cops, which is then caught on tape. The fashion is black, black, and more black, while her blond hair is swept in a beautiful wave and her lips are bright red. See the whole spread below. Do you like Blake's serious high-fashion look?

Tutu Alert: Mexican Singer Dulce Maria Is The Latest Artist To Publicly Show Appreciation For Tutus, Just Like Katy Perry

Tutus are on the rise! If you didn't think so after seeing Pixie Lott, Natalie Portman, and Katy Perry all wearing a tulle floaties around their hips earlier this summer, and Madonna even put a tutu in her new Material Girl collection also, then let Mexican singer Dulce Maria try to convince you. The 24-year-old singer — who was recently voted one of People En Espanol's Most Beautiful of the Year and has worked with Akon in the past — wore a blue tutu over a white leotard for a performance on Telemundo's Descontrol program yesterday. So, in case you had any doubts, YES, TUTUS ARE HAPPENING. And, surely, there are more to come. You better believe we're on the lookout.

Who Styled These Willow Booties Better — Florence Welch Or Jessica Szohr?

Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine (a band that's performing at the 2010 Video Music Awards on September 12!) attended the London premiere of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World today wearing a pair of wedge black booties from the Australian fashion label Willow's spring collection. And this isn't the first time we've seen them! In June, Jessica Szohr wore the same exact booties when she visited Monte Carlo. However, the two ladies styled their looks completely different — Florence dressed hers up and paired them with a golden dress — also by Willow — that totally amplified her beautiful red hair, while Jessica went for a more casual look with a blue skirt, loose white tee, and jean jacket, proving this one piece of footwear is totally versatile.
