We hardly recognized Gossip Girl star Blake Lively when we saw her on the cover of Interview magazine's September issue, which just dropped. There was something about her eyes and lips that just didn't feel like her, or maybe it was the handcuffs she was wearing as accessories that blocked a full view. Either way, her cover line: "Hot, Young, And Out Of Control" got our attention, especially because she was interviewed by Ben Affleck, Lively's co-star in the upcoming film The Town. There are lots more photographs (shot by Craig McDean) inside, and the spread illustrates the idea of her seducing cops, which is then caught on tape. The fashion is black, black, and more black, while her blond hair is swept in a beautiful wave and her lips are bright red. See the whole spread below. Do you like Blake's serious high-fashion look?

Tutus are on the rise! If you didn't think so after seeing Pixie Lott, Natalie Portman, and Katy Perry all wearing a tulle floaties around their hips earlier this summer, and Madonna even put a tutu in her new Material Girl collection also, then let Mexican singer Dulce Maria try to convince you. The 24-year-old singer — who was recently voted one of People En Espanol's Most Beautiful of the Year and has worked with Akon in the past — wore a blue tutu over a white leotard for a performance on Telemundo's Descontrol program yesterday. So, in case you had any doubts, YES, TUTUS ARE HAPPENING. And, surely, there are more to come. You better believe we're on the lookout.

Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine (a band that's performing at the 2010 Video Music Awards on September 12!) attended the London premiere of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World today wearing a pair of wedge black booties from the Australian fashion label Willow's spring collection. And this isn't the first time we've seen them! In June, Jessica Szohr wore the same exact booties when she visited Monte Carlo. However, the two ladies styled their looks completely different — Florence dressed hers up and paired them with a golden dress — also by Willow — that totally amplified her beautiful red hair, while Jessica went for a more casual look with a blue skirt, loose white tee, and jean jacket, proving this one piece of footwear is totally versatile.
+ Which look do you like better with these booties — dressy Florence or casual Jessica?

When Demi Lovato stopped by the set of Fox & Friends in New York this morning, we initially thought she was going for a casual look. The Disney darling wore a slouchy beige tee over a black tank top, and gray skinny jeans down below. Then, we looked down again and thought, WHAT IS THAT FOOTWEAR SHE HAS ON?! The shoes/boots seem to be inspired by the spat boots we spotted on Fendi's fall 2009 runway, though they're not exactly the same (see a close-up below). We’re usually such a fan of the trendy actress, but this look leaves us with our eyebrows raised.
+ What about you — do you like Demi’s shoes, yes or no?

Britain is on a different programming schedule than the United States, and as such, The Hills series just wrapped up its final season over there this week. So, in honor of the finale, Hills star Audrina Patridge gave a farewell interview and posed for a photoshoot for the British Daily Mirror. The pictures just came out, and we've got them all here. Like them? We do! We're especially obsessed with the blouse she's wearing by Paul Smith Black (top right image), which looks like it was splattered with black paint (we'll take one of those, thanks!). Plus, her dark, smudged lids, nude lips, and black finger nails really bring her style out of California and into high fashion. Check out more pictures of her, and read some of her best quotes from the interview, below.

"People think pop is rock, and the lines are getting blurred. Now Rihanna's wearing f------ leather jackets, and it's really annoying." — Taylor Momsen on the improper use of the word "rock" in the new September issue of SPIN magazine. A diva battle is on! Can't we all just wear our leather jackets in peace?

September is the one of the most important months of the year for fashion magazines. That's why we're so pleased to see MTV star Kristin Cavallari land on the cover of Pittsburgh-based Maniac magazine's September fashion issue! While on the cover she posed in a black halter romper, inside she wore colorful floaty pieces (see all of the photos below). She also told the magazine about plans to launch an affordable shoe line next spring: "Not all of my fans can afford $900 Louboutins," she said. The only thing that's a little weird is how she's sitting pretty with the word Maniac scrawled in big, bold letters over her head. But that's what you get when the magazine is named that, anyway.

Glee's Lea Michele is quickly becoming one of the best dressed divas in young Hollywood. Every time the 23-year-old hits the red carpet, she always seems to be wearing great outfits that are neither too scandalous nor too old for her. And this week was particularly impressive. At the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, she wore a beige dress with green sparkly leaves on it from designer Naeem Khan's resort 2010 collection. Then, just last night at the Blackberry Torch launch party in Los Angeles, she wore a blouse and skirt by designer Jenni Kayne, who Tweeted that she sent 10 red-carpet options to the starlet earlier that day. We're loving both of these looks! But the blouse/skirt by Jenni Kayne is our favorite, just because you could wear those separates a million different ways in the future. If she kept them.
+ Which Lea Michele look do you like better — green Naeem Khan or white Jenni Kayne?
Audrina Patridge keeps booking more modeling gigs! After becoming the face of Bongo jeans last month, she hit more poses for a spread in the latest issue of Heat magazine. This time, she's in swimsuits and, unlike the swim gear she typically wore on The Hills, they are not bikinis. SHOCKER! But in a totally good way. In one photo, she's wearing a red belted one-piece, and her hair is tied up in a printed scarf. In another, she's wearing a leopard-print one-piece with a denim top tied above her un-exposed midriff, and her hair is styled in beautiful rolling waves. We'll be honest, we're kinda loving her one-piece look. Sure, it's less skin, but it's a lot more glamour.
+ Which suit do you like better on Audrina — red or leopard?

Katy Perry just dropped her new music video for 'Teenage Dream' yesterday. And when we watched it, we immediately wanted the low-rise, ripped denim jeans she wears while partying on the beach! (Also, don't you just love how she styled them with combat boots — perfect!) She even gave her pants a special shout-out in the song: "I might get your heart racing / In my skin-tight jeans / Be your teenage dream tonight." Turns out, they're Diesel's Livier 65Z jeans, and you can snap them up for $170 online starting November 15. We know — it's SO. FAR. AWAY. But at least we can play Katy's video on repeat while we suffer through the wait.
Would you wear these jeans?
