Forbes came out with its 100 Most Powerful Celebrities list this week, and two of our favorite divas landed in the top five. Beyoncé landed in the number two spot with a yearly income of $87 million. Just two slots behind her was Lady Gaga, on the list for the first time this year, with an income of $62 million. The percentage of these figures that they spend on clothing, we're just dying to know.

Kelly Rowland stopped by MTV.com recently to dish about style. After all, she rocked latex bodysuits in her new video for Commander (which just premiered on MTV.com!), so we knew she'd have a few things to say. And she did! Kelly actually told us she wants to start designing her own line of accessories soon. "I would like to do a sunglasses line," she said. "[I want to] make different glasses for different face shapes and different styles. Like if you have an oval face, then you have a line for oval shapes." Does she have a name picked out? "It would be cool to name it Faces or something like that."

Kelly also told us that she has come to terms with not returning as a host for the second season of Bravo's The Fashion Show, a competition reality show aimed to find the next great designer. She co-hosted the first season with designer Isaac Mizrahi, but Bravo announced that Kelly had been booted off and the supermodel Iman would replace her as a host in May. "I'm happy that Iman is doing it," she told us. "She knows about fashion just as much as I do, if not more, because she's a model, she lives in that world. She knows what feels right, she knows how to wear it. So, she's perfect."

While Kristen Stewart rocks edgy looks on the red carpet, her Twilight co-star Ashley Greene has veered toward more mature, classic outfits that cover her up. At the Madrid premiere for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the 23-year-old Jacksonville, Florida native looked polished and put-together in a black lace dress from Donna Karan's resort 2011 collection. And for a photo call earlier that day she wore a belted beige skirt and sheer blouse by Michael Kors. With the slicked-back hair, white belt, and bow around the neck, she looks a little bit like a bank teller, no? At least she proves that you can still live it up in Young Hollywood and not succumb to dressing tacky. Bring on the fabric, Ash!

+ Do you like Ashley's sophisticated style? Or should she loosen up her look?

Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev is the latest actress to join the beloved category of celebrity-turned-designer. Back in April, she Tweeted that she's working on a collaboration with KRMA Clothing, a Los Angeles label designed by Nicholas Bowes. She wrote: "Nick (@krmaclothing) and I are collaborating on a new leather jacket...its going to be badass so stay tuned!!"

So when we caught up with the 21-year-old Toronto native in at a CW event New York a few weeks ago, we asked her about how she arrived at her fashion designer dreams. "I used to dress in Lululemon and Roots Clothing — I'm Canadian, that's what we do," she told us.

"But I moved to the States and started experimenting and having fun. Now I'm working with a friend of mine, Nick," she continued, referring to the KRMA designer. "I want to make the ultimate sexy sleek women's leather jacket." How delightfully cozy! How that is "badass" as she originally described, we're not sure.

We also wondered if there will be tees, dresses, sunglasses, or anything else in the future. "Baby steps," she replied. "That's all I got right now." Well, everyone starts somewhere.

+ Would you wear a jacket designed by Nina?

It's turning out to be quite the colorful summer for hair! Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. both rocked bright colors over the weekend, and the looks were both saturated and intense. Nicki attended the BET Awards last night in Los Angeles with bright orange tresses. We've come to expect outrageous colors from Nicki, but M.I.A. — that girl threw us for a loop. She performed at the Vice & Intel Creators Project party in New York on Saturday with a totally different hair color than her typical plain black look. In fact, she rocked THREE different hues: Blue bangs, a red chunk in the middle, and yellow at the tips and ends. It was a rainbow of primary colors that looked rad as hell (not that we would ever try it ourselves). And let's not forget Katy Perry's now-epic blue wig from the 2010 MTV Movie Awards and her California Gurls single cover. This is the cheeriest beauty trend we've seen in a while. It's not every summer you see rainbows sprouting from people's heads.

Emma Watson tromped around the muddy fields of the Glastonbury Music Festival in England this weekend looking comfy and chic in two different pairs of jean shorts. She arrived at the festival on Friday in denim shorts cuffed mid-thigh, and knee-high riding boots with fuzzy socks underneath. (We like that she took pre-emptive measures against boot chafing. Nothing kills a day of dancing in grass like leather rubbing against your calves.) She pulled the look together with a green patterned bustier by Louis Vuitton. And while she can definitely rock the corset top, that sucker looks super tight, and we like "our ladies" breathing, please. On Saturday, she stepped out wearing a breezy white shirt, a different pair of denim shorts (cut-offs this time), and lace-up casual sneakers. We just wonder if there are even more jean shorts in that massive studded bag of hers.

When Taylor Momsen's band, The Pretty Reckless, performed at the Warped Tour in Mountain View, California on Saturday, the 16-year-old stepped on stage with some majorly provocative footwear — a pair of Lucite heels that rose about seven inches high, with a three-inch platform and a built-in tip jar. It even had a single dollar bill in it! We found the same exact shoes for $58.50 at an online boutique that specializes in revealing clothing (read: stripper clothes). Not that we're endorsing the shoes. No, not at all. We felt dirty even Googling them.

+ Do you like the shoes? Would you ever wear them?

Last night, Jessica Alba hit the red carpet at the Paris premiere of her new film, The Killer Inside Me, and her beauty was on point. Her cheekbones had just a hint of iridescence. Her eyelashes looked long and full (even though they are probably fake). And she worked the eyeliner with a cat-eye shape. But since it's all browns and taupes instead of black, it looks soft, kittenish, and never harsh, especially when paired with peach eye shadow and dusted with gold on the inner corners of the eye.

Though, we're most surprised with her towering updo. Even though it looks like it must have taken ten cans of BigSexyHair hairspray, it still somehow looks soft and touchable. How is there not a Bumpit hiding in there somewhere? Somewhere Snooki wants to know.

Katy Perry's hair team must be working overtime! This week, the pop star totally ditched her colorful wigs (blue at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards and purple in the California Gurls video) in favor of elaborate new 'dos for her brunette locks. She looked absolutely divine when she pulled it back in a sleek, straight ponytail for an appearance on a Canadian talk show a few days ago. But at the MuchMusic Awards two days later, she rocked curly tresses. (Oooh, wavy ... how beach-y and California-ish!) And when she performed for a MuchMusic special this week, she had pin-up-style bangs. By our calculations, that means it's quite possible she spent more time with her personal hairstylist than on stage this week. But, hey, if we could afford to get our hair done every day then we would, too.

+ So which do you like the best? Straight, curly, or bangs? Tell us in the comments!

At MTV Style, we want to know what YOU'RE wearing. Sure, we get inspiration from our favorite stars, but how does that reflect your style? So, we decided to take it to the streets and find out. Every week we'll profile a different look, from concert fashion to trends. (Yes, we'll pop up in line at concerts! And we'll interrupt your conversations on the street to call you out if you look good!) Let's kick it off now...

When Jordin Sparks performed at the Nokia Theater in New York City a few weeks ago, we checked out the style of her fans. We caught up with concert-goer Stephanie, who bought new shoes for the concert for $18, while another fan Fabian wore $9 kicks he bought in Jamaica, Queens. We also found out that a lot of her fans are inspired by her look. "I think she's fun, edgy, urban," a fan named Janis said. See these styles and more in the video below. And tell us, do you like their style?
