The designers Dolce & Gabbana may be in hot water, sentenced to prison for tax evasion, and enduring multiple lawsuits, but that's not stopping Riff Raff from glorifying the design duo in his latest single and music video. Titled "Dolce & Gabbana," the track's hook hammers home that the Neon Icon only devotes time to ladies who rep the Italian label. (Miley, Katy and ScarJo, looks like today's your lucky day!) With a title like that, you can expect more fashion lyrics where that came from, so we pulled out our favorite style-centric lines and set them over stills from Jody Highroller's hilarious new video. Enjoy!

Justin Bieber

Photo: Island Def Jam/Candy Crate

Look who's gettin' literal! Maejor Ali just released his video for his single "Lolly," which features Juicy J and Justin Bieber, and it looks like Biebs took the lolly/candy theme as fashion inspo. There are some dancing ladies who are holding lollipops, but it's Bieber who dressed the part of the candy man: he wears two different outfits that give candy the respect it deserves.

The first candy look is his candy button jacket: the black leather jacket is decked out with a quilted hood and brightly colored polka dots. And I thought you could only get one of those elements added to a jacket to make it extra #swaggy. Shows what I know. The backdrop of the set and the video's lighting and special effects are colorful, but the rest of the actual humans in the video are decked out in a black, white, red, and camouflage. Bieber is the only one to stray from the pack.

Justin Timberlake in T Magazine.
Photo: T Magazine

HELLO, NEW DESKTOP BACKGROUND. In a recent spread from T Magazine, Justin Timberlake pierces our hearts with his eyes and makes us want to live in black and white FOREVER. He also appears quite pensive in kind of a worrisome way, in which case, we are totally here for you, JT. Seriously, cry us a river. (Heh.) We are available at a moment’s notice if you need a shoulder to weep on when Jessica isn’t around, or whatever.

Harry Styles, Rihanna

Sound the alarm: Harry Styles and Rihanna are fashion twins. Yep, the British boybander and Bajan babe both have an affinity for cartoon hands holding cigarettes. Who knew? Well, I'm not saying that Harry Styles definitely reads this blog, but I am saying that yesterday I pointed out his hilarious hand games in the front row at the House of Holland London Fashion Week show and today he's wearing hands printed on his shirt. Read the signs: I know I am.

Jay Z's awkward dive gets embroidered on a Yolo Polo.
Photos: Splash News, Drake Yolo Polo

OK, so they didn’t exactly hear out our request to add Wheelchair Jimmy to the collection, but the creators of the “Drake Yolo Polos” are back on the meme scene, and they’re still reppin’ hip-hop’s most adorably awkward moments with dedicated embroidery. Like that time when Miguel accidentally went all WWF on a fan at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, or that other time when paparazzi caught Jay Z making a hilarious face while diving off a yacht in Italy alongside his beloved Bey-Bey. Stars! They’re just like us! Except they don't get to wear OUR pretty faces on their shirts, so I'd consider this a win for the normal people of the world. But seriously, these awkward celebrity moments were made to be remembered on 100% cotton shirts, and I don’t know about y’all, but I think I just found a reason to go golfing.

Dev Patel

The blow of the end of this second season of The Newsroom is somewhat softened by its uncharacteristically happy ending (and teetering on the brink of the fall TV season *exhaaaaaaales*), but there are just no two ways around it: we're going to miss Neal Sampat (Dev Patel) and his elegant grandfather cardigan game.

Maybe we were too wrapped up in reacquainting ourselves with Aaron Sorkin's mile-a-minute dialogue in the first season, but this second season, we just couldn't help admiring the excellent layering job done by ACN's resident tech whiz kid and feeling like we needed to rethink that frumpy emergency "work cardigan" we leave draped on the backs of our desk chairs. (Oh, COME ON, you all have them!!)

Harry Styles

New York Fashion Week may be over, but it's underway in London where Harry Styles seems to be using the front row to try out his new career as a comedian. It looks like he's KILLIN' it in the front row, jokes-wise. Fashion-wise, he's keeping it simple—he can't let his look detract from his material, y'know? He showed up to the House of Holland show in a white t-shirt, ripped black jeans, and black boots, but most importantly, he showed up with his sense of humor.

And judging from the pics, Kelly Osbourne (the purple mane seated two seats over from Styles) couldn't get enough; she was visibly into whatever this weird hand game he was playing was. Haha oh LOL, Harry. I'll be into it, too. When we're wedded.

Eminem

Eminem is back, y'all. The video for his first single, "Berzerk," off of his upcoming release, The Marshall Mathers LP 2 was just released and is FULL of references to '80s rap, features a slew of celeb cameos, and involves a lotta outfit changes. "Bezerk," and Em's eagerly-awaited return, were teased during the 2013 VMAs, when the song was previewed in a Beats by Dre commercial. On to da looks:

Some things in life are just meant to be, and a Jeremy Scott x A$AP Rocky fashion collab is definitely one of those inevitable things. (Though, for the record, Jeremy's said he's open to a rap collab, as well.) The bold runway designer and Harlem-born MC recently announced that they've teamed up on a special edition pair of adidas Originals sneakers, and ever since that news broke, we've been dying to pick their brains about the project. Lucky for us, we had just that opportunity this past weekend at the adidas Originals store on New York City's Wooster street just before a meet-and-greet attracting a crowd of 300 some-odd fans for autographs and pictures with the JS Wings 2.0 Black Flag creators.

king-krule

King Krule plays at Bowery Ballroom.
Photo: Jon Snyder

Certain New York evenings are significant and judging by my Instagram feed from last night, loads of people had heaps of fun at the DKNY 25th anniversary party held down at Wall Street. But further uptown, at Bowery Ballroom, I went to see 19-year-old Archy Marshall, a.k.a. King Krule, play to a packed but intimate crowd upon the release of his debut album 6 Feet Beneath the Moon. It was mind-bogglingly, face-meltingly pleasurable. The kid is really important.

Cast in a soft violet light, the flame-topped, gangly Brit arrived onstage promptly at ten and didn't say much at all outside of singing or introducing his songs. It was all, "this one's about living under the sea," or else "this one's about the sky," which seemed exactly right for someone responsible for this season's most depressing, profoundly English tunes.

Since this is a style site I'll leave the music reviewing to others but I will say that a great place to start (for the uninitiated) is to watch the "Easy Easy" video on repeat because it's perfect for fall in that it's. Just. Gutting. It's wistful but hopeful and you feel like you've missed everything already. And if you've been on a fashion week bender, you might as well have a good, self-indulgent cry so you can leech out some of the crazier-making caffeine and vestigial alcohol shambling in your system.

I love these two as a couple. What a festive way to celebrate two important events in their life. Mariah looks like a dream.
