Even if One Direction hadn't diligently rolled out teaser after teaser after teaser prepping you to spend the entirety of today waiting for their "Kiss You" music video, we STILL wouldn't have missed it for the world. Just ONE glimpse of the campy silliness (a.k.a. GIF bait) of that is this musical short was enough to have us clearing out our calendars to spend the rest of the afternoon watching Harry, Zayn, Louis, Liam, and Niall embark on their "epic adventure." Also, to recap all the (many MANY) hilarious outfits the dudes rock in the video. That cue means, just as you expected, we're breaking One Direction's "Kiss You" music video look by look. LEGGO!

Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber may be miles away from his "Baby" days, but don't let the many tattoos he's racking up fool you, he's still just a teenager. He only turned 18 last year, but he's inked himself up several times in the past 365 days with an owl, a crown, his "Believe" album title, and now, his latest: the Stratford Cullitons logo on his left shoulder blade. We know Bieber is a big ice hockey fan and the Cullitons rep his hometown of Stratford, but to get any team's insignia (regardless of geographic affiliations) permanently etched on your person is a major commitment. What's the deal?

Asap Rocky Rapper Clothing Line

A$AP Rocky on Dec. 16 in New York.

Even though A$AP Rocky is known for his strong presence in the fashion world (the quick rundown: he's BFFs with Alexander Wang/starred in his fall 2012 RTW video, loves Ann Demeulemeester, and sports $1,000 pants like it ain't no thang), it looks like the rapper won't be launching his own clothing line anytime soon. :( Sadface times a million. He told Hip Hop Wired, "I might collab with designers [... but] when rappers be doing that clothing line s***, that s*** be corny man. That's a slow reality show."

One Direction teases goofy "Kiss You" music video.
Photo: Sony Music Entertainment

As if anyone needed another reason to saddle up on the One Direction boy bandwagon, the Brit-Irish pop group has just released an adorably goofy teaser short for their upcoming "Kiss You" music video. The full-length video is scheduled to drop on Monday, January 7 at a presently unknown time. *feverishly sets alarms and reminders, drafts Out of Office auto-reply, deletes it* Between title slates that paint the video as a "blockbuster" and "one epic adventure," the 30-second preview shows Niall, Liam, Zayn, Harry, and Louis engaging in, in their own words, "pure stupidity" and, like, a bajillion silly costumes.

Listen, we know that New Year's Eve was over 24 hours ago now, but we honestly couldn't sleep soundly if we spent another minute of 2013 without rehashing all of our favorite celebrity celebration looks. Plus, you've probably exhausted your Facebook/Instagram news feed of NYE photos by now. From the punchy matching color palettes of Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Justin Bieber to the glittering ball drop staples of Mariah Carey, JWOWW, Snooki, and Nicki Minaj, the stars turned up the style to usher in 2013 and even repped some solid trends for the new year.

RED AND BLACK COLOR BLOCK

Performing wasn't the only thing Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Justin Bieber had in common on New Year's Eve. The three pop superstars also sported matching color block ensembles of black and red to usher in 2013. T.Swizzle hit the Times Square stage in a red zippered moto jacket by IRO with black leather skinnes and knee-high patent Jimmy Choo boots. Carly Rae reversed the color combo wearing a black crop top and fingerless gloves with bright red flanking the bottom of her ensemble via a voluminous floor-length, self-striped skirt by Sachin + Babi. Not to be out-done by the ladies, Justin Bieber's TWO New Year's Eve outfits (yes, he had two) both utilized the festive color palette: a black vest + tee + drop-crotch pants performance outfit accessorized with red velcro high-tops and red blazer ensemble off-stage.

A$AP Rocky

A still from A$AP Rocky's "Long Live A$AP" music video.

Uh oh, KanyeA$AP Rocky's creeping on your kilt game! Just this morning the rapper dropped the new video for “LONG.LIVE.A$AP,” the title track off his forthcoming album. And yep, he’s wearing some slick bottoms throughout the clip that are decidedly NOT pants….and we’re not mad about it, either. The kilts are just a few of several outfits A$AP rocks in the majestic black-and-white vid, where he spends much of his time chilling on the throne, golden grin and all. These royal references and creepy castle setting kind of remind us of his King Arthur-themed shoot a while back for Complex, but before we even go there, we’ve GOTTA break down the clothes! So let's do this...

A$AP Rocky

A$AP Rocky sits down for MTV2's "Week In Jams."
Photo: MTV

A$AP Rocky has said it once, but in this clip from Week In Jams, he's saying it again: he didn't wear a dress on 106 & Park. In this short Week In Jams sneak peek, A$AP sits down with Charlemagne, DJ Envy, and Sofi Green and sets the record straight once and for all. "Alright, let me break it down. That was not a Rick Owens dress," Rocky says when Charlemagne starts things off with the much buzzed about outfit, "It's not a man's dress, none of that. It's just an oversized shirt. It was long sleeved. The picture that [blogs] were putting with it was the tank top one, so it looks really, extra, more feminine."

Haylor at Shamrock Tattoo Parlor with Harry's tattoo artist Freddy Negrete.
Photo: Freddy Negrete's Instagram

Ooooooh Haylor, what will we do with you? Pop's latest power duo is, obviously, Harry Styles and Taylor Swift, and the two have been out and about all over the place, from watching the seals in Central Park to, now, the tattoo parlor. While the pretty as a peach and innocent as ice cream Swift is basically the LAST person we would expect to find frequenting an establishment called The Shamrock Tattoo Parlor in Los Angeles. I mean really. Shamrock Tattoo Parlor? It doesn't get less flower crown than that, but we're kind of loving it. Tay's new beau is no stranger to the hypnotizing buzz of the tattoo gun, already sporting a fair amount of ink, but we have to wonder, does this mean Taylor is considering adding a little illustration to her bod? A portrait of her cat, Meredith, perhaps? We can only hope. The tattoo, which covers a large portion of Harry's arm and is a highly detailed pirate ship, bears a bit of a resemblance to the ship tatt Taylor's "I Knew You Were Trouble" beau sports in his new video. Coincidence, we think not, but what could it mean?! It definitely solidifies what we already knew: Tay loves a bad boy. Check out an interview with the singer, where she talks about just that, after the jump!

Kanye West Givenchy Kilt

It seems that people still can't stop talking about Kanye West's Givenchy skirt kilt from the 12-12-12 concert last week—even though he wore a super similar kilt-over-leather-pants ensemble during his Watch the Throne tour last year. Just when Yeezy decided to resurface the custom Riccardo Tisci look, a video chronicling the backstage process behind his debut kilt outfit also came to light. Somehow we missed KILLER behind-the-scenes footage of Ye and his stylist Renelou Padora trying to perfect his pleated kilt, and we're kicking ourselves for not finding it sooner. (Thanks, Complex!)

Harry Styles

Harry Styles tries a new look with Line Camera.
Photo: Courtesy of @pixiegeldof1 Twitter

Of all the boys of One Direction, Harry Styles is the most known for wielding a signature preppy style. Whether he's clad in button-ups and blazers or fuzzy cashmere, Harry's steez is, more often than not, crisp, clean, and collegiate. BUT we know that people change, and with chest tattoos and new girlfriends perhaps also comes a change in style. With 1D's meteoric rise to international fame, Harry probably can't roll up to a store and leisurely try stuff on (that is, unless he shuts it down), so what better way to experiment with style than via model Pixie Geldof's Line Camera stamps?

I love these two as a couple. What a festive way to celebrate two important events in their life. Mariah looks like a dream.
