After seeing the teddy bear Adidas sneakers that Lil Wayne wore a while back, we knew that the Jeremy Scott Fall 2011 Fashion Show held yesterday in New York City would be like candy. Thanks to the designer's childlike view on fashion (COLORS! PONYTAILS!), and the star power that came out to see the spectacle, we couldn't get enough. Kind of like Tootsie Roll Pops—we could gnaw on them all day long!

RUNWAY: In addition to celebrating the superhero with cheeky graphics and capes, Scott's collection was full of retro '80s prints, '90s sparkle, and tons of see-through plastic fabric.

BACKSTAGE: The models wore ponytails and hair bows, plus wild peacock color eye shadow and glitter nails.

FRONT ROW: Keri Hilson in some cute red shades, Kanye West in head-to-toe leather, and Vanessa Hudgens rocking a faux bob, were all seated on the ground floor...taking notes and bobbing their heads to Jeremy Scott's runway playlist.

If there's one celeb that's DOING IT UP during New York Fashion Week, it's Vanessa Hudgens. On Feb. 16, the actress was spotted at Marchesa in a red ruffled shift, at Anna Sui in patterned bell-bottoms, at Jeremy Scott in a fitted black minidress, AND at Yigal Azrouël in a slate cocktail dress. Oh, but that's not all! On Feb. 14 and 15, the High School Musical alum was seated front row at Tibi in a glittery blazer, at Diesel in a maroon leather minidress, at Marc Jacobs in an oversize blush blazer, and at Alice + Olivia in black tights and a sleeveless tunic. Looks like there's no rest for the weary during Fashion Week. But kudos to Vanessa for making sleep deprivation look so good.

Lincoln Center in New York City was a bustling hub yesterday during New York Fall 2011 Fashion Week, where some of our fave designers (Tibi, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Hervé Léger, Rodarte, Vera Wang, and Badgley Mischka) were showing off their wares.

BADGLEY MISCHKA: All-out glamour was the name of the game at Badgley Mischka, where models (with 1950s style rolled hair) stepped out in crystal-studded tops, red carpet-worthy gowns and opulent knits.

VERA WANG: For us, Vera Wang's Fall 2011 collection read ballerina-meets-punk rock, and we loved every bit of it. The fashion-forward line included tons of pleated chiffon dresses of the floaty and fur-trimmed anoraks, which were teamed with a rugged/futuristic makeup look.

TIBI: While Tibi's fall collection may have been minimalistic with a slight industrial feel, it was still completely girly. Just check out the ruffles, sheer shoulders, and short-short sillhouettes!

MARC BY MARC JACOBS: With a runway done up to look like a school gymnasium, Mr. Jacob's Fall 2011 fashion show seemed to be an ode to his high school days in the late '70s and early '80s (not to date him, or anything!). Models stomped down the runway in adorable print dresses, blazers, short-shorts, and metallic skirts. Too cute for school!

HERVÉ LÉGER BY MAX AZRIA: Hervé Léger by Maz Azria amped up the iconic bandage dress for Fall with slick silver and gold hardware, giving the supersexy shifts a tough-girl edge.

RODARTE: Often, Rodarte's threads only work if you're in a magazine spread, walking the runway, or in a movie called Black Swan. But the design duo's fall collection, full of long dresses, lace and linen blouses, and funky patterned shifts, is completely wearable. P.S. We also adore the side twist hairstyle the models wore.

Photo: Getty Images

At the Brit Awards held in London on Feb. 15 we were all treated to a one-woman fashion show, courtesy of Rihanna. The pop singer, who picked up the award for Best International Female Artist, first walked the red carpet in a blue/purple/yellow Christian Dior Haute Couture ball gown. Then, for her performances of "Only Girl (In the World)," "S&M," and "What's My Name," RiRi slipped into three other ensembles—a black corset, a strapless rose-covered Oscar de la Renta gown, and a red minidress with floral details and a cape. We're perplexed, though—with all of those speedy costume changes, how in the world did she keep her strands in place?

New York Fashion Week showed no signs of slowing down on Monday, when big-time designers like Betsey Johnson, Marc Jacobs, Monique Lhuillier, and Alice + Oliva presented their fall collections. Let's look at some of our favorite pieces.

BETSEY JOHNSON: She's known for her bold and colorful designs, and last night, Betsey Johnson showed off what she does best. There were leopard print, crazy floral patterns, and tons of neon colors for good measure.

MARC JACOBS: Marc Jacobs went for a '40s flair with dresses and separates designed with a vintage aesthetic. We loved the layering of lace under patterned fabrics, as well as form-fitting silhouettes. So freakin' Audrey Hepburn.

MONIQUE LHUILLIER: No one does romance like Monique Lhuillier, who showed a collection of gorgeous gowns in both neutrals and brights. The belted bow was a nice finishing touch on the super feminine frocks.

ALICE + OLIVIA: Alice + Olivia's über hip collection was a lesson in layering. To do: Throw floral dresses under cozy knits and printed jackets for a comfy but cool look. Oh, and don't forget your string of pearls or pendant necklace.

Blake Lively, Emma Watson, and Alexa Chung all made the cut (literally) for the 2011 Elle Style Awards held in London last night. All three trendsetters rocked dresses with risque—but not too scandalous—cutout details. Gossip Girl Blake's bold blue Emilio Pucci layered dress, which she wore with magenta Christian Louboutin heels, featured two sternum peepholes. Meanwhile, actress Emma Watson wore a sleeveless/side cutout Hakaan minidress with nearly matching Christian Louboutin pumps and an arm full of gold bracelets. And British fashion host Alexa Chung stepped out in a conservative below-the-knee blue print Yves Saint Laurent dress, which was slashed to reveal a bit of her belly.

New York Fall Fashion Week heated up yesterday with top designers hitting Lincoln Center to show off their collections. Impressed is an understatement.

DIANE VON FURSTENBERG: At her Fall 2011 fashion show, Diane von Furstenberg proved that a red pout works well with everything from furs and liquid sequins to polka dots and round sunglasses— and on any skin tone. Smooches!

VICTORIA BECKHAM: Even though Victoria Beckham's designs for Fall 2011 were completely buttoned up (many of the dresses completely covered the models necks, and models tucked their hair into black swim cap-style hats), there was a sense of sexy confidence throughout the collection. And the bags that some models toted? AMAZING!!

ALEXANDER WANG: Alexander Wang played with the menswear-inspired trend for his Fall 2011 collection, which was full of dark fur collars, ponchos, cigarette pants, and loads of leather. One of his most interesting accessories were his fur-lined sunglasses (kind of perfect for cold weather, right?).

While New York Fashion Week took over Manhattan and the Grammy Awards dominated Los Angeles, across the pond in London, actors were picking up statues for their film work at the 2011 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards. But, check it out, there were plenty of winners on the red carpet, too.

JESSICA ALBA: Jessica Alba looked stunning in a strapless sapphire gown by Atelier Versace. The real beauty of this dress was in the intricate pleating details throughout. The actress finished her look with a blue collar necklace and fun braids.

EMMA WATSON: Harry Potter star Emma Watson went for a romantic look in a one-shoulder Valentino Couture dress. The exaggerated ruffle detail was GORGE, as was the delicate floral print.

AMY ADAMS: Amy Adams' Elie Saab peach dress looked great against her hair and skin tone, and the gold clutch added a glam finish.

EMMA STONE: Emma Stone looked lovely in red hot one-shoulder Lanvin dress. The actress rocked it well with matching red lipstick and Old Hollywood curls.

HAILEE STEINFELD: This Miu Miu outfit looked perfect on Hailee Steinfeld, the young style star that we have our eyes on. The sparkly top is fun and age appropriate, while the plain skirt balances the entire ensemble.

JULIANNE MOORE: Julianne Moore added a touch of luxury to her look with a velvet blue Tom Ford gown. The deep hue looked amazing with her fiery hair and lips.

With roughly 28 shows crammed into two days, the busiest time during New York Fall 2011 Fashion Week could quite possibly be the weekend. Yep, there was a lot of style fabulousness going on. Check out our fave lineups below and let us know if you agree.

JILL STUART: A lot, but not all, of the Fall 2011 fashion shows over the weekend featured dark threads. There was a color explosion at Jill Stuart's collection presentation, which was full of animal print dresses, faux fur, and color-blocked frocks.

PRABAL GURUNG: Red carpet-fave Prabal Gurung brought the whimsy to Fashion Week with his Fall 2011 collection, which was jammed with below-the-knee, belted cocktail dresses in regal hues like black, red and gray. To give the Great Expectations-inspired shifts edge, Gurung teamed them with funky-patterned tights and slick leather gloves with wrist ties.

DEREK LAM: It was fun to see Derek Lam’s collection on the runway, but more than anything we wanted to touch each and every piece. Plush furs, soft shearlings, and trendy wools dominated the designer's Fall 2011 line of coats, vests, and blazers. Comfy cozy.

There was a lot going on in the celebrity world this weekend (um, Grammys!), but that didn't stop them from popping by New York Fashion Week to show their fave designers some love.

CHARLOTTE RONSON: Stars must have received the "wear prints to the Charlotte Ronson fashion show" memo. Kim Kardashian wore a short-short skirt; Mena Suvari teamed a frilly dress with dark tights and shoes; Sophia Bush wore a striped cardigan; and Olivia Munn looked sweet in a floral blouse.

BAND OF OUTSIDERS: In addition to the designer's new look book model Kirsten Dunst (who wore a menswear-inspired getup), the front row at the Band of Outsiders show was star-studded. Rapper/singer Kid Cudi dressed in a black and red leather jacket with skinny jeans and black lace-ups. Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour wore a multicolored skirt and top combo with tan leather boots. And Kanye West showed up in a shrunken leather topper, a graphic tee, black leather pants, and retro Air Jordans.

REBECCA MINKOFF: MTV alums Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt from The Hills, and Louise Roe from The City sat front row at Rebecca Minkoff's fashion show. Lo and Stephanie both wore vests with black leggings, while Louise teamed her roughed-up strands with a black minidress, leather jacket and leopard print shoes (that we love!).

TOMMY HILFIGER: Head-to-toe plaid can sway gimmicky, but Gossip Girl guy Ed Westwick looked surprisingly chic in his navy plaid suit.
