Halloween is less than two weeks away (talk about SCARY), and if you're a procrastinator like us you probabbblllyyy still haven't picked our your costume yet. But don't worry dudes, we've got you COVERED—literally and figuratively. Thanks to Nicki Minaj's cray cray ensembles throughout the year, she's given us enough inspiration to create not one, but THREE different Halloween looks that emulate her one-of-a-kind style. But first, you're going to need a few Nicki staples before you start prepping your costume:

+ Butt Pads: The Can-Can Padded Panty ($30)
+ False Eye Lashes: Sephora Collection False Eye Lashes in Showstopper ($8)
+ Eye Color: Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Flipside (bright teal) ($18)
+ Lipstick: M.A.C Cosmetics Lipstick in Saint Germain (Clean pastel pink) ($14.50)

1. CHICKEN WING

Nicki Minaj poses in the portrait studio at the iHeartRadio Music Festival held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sept. 24, 2011, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

If you're feeling girly (and hungry) go the Nicki Minaj chicken wing route and re-create her '80s studded tutu ensemble from the iHeartRadio Music Festival. All you need is some pink spray paint and a chain to re-create the necklace (We found you the chicken wing. You're welcome.) or you can just buy the EXACT one she's wearing if you've got the dough. Don't forget to put your wig into pigtails like Nicki does, and, don't worry, that facial expression is not mandatory.

+ Boots: Hunter "Original Tall" High Gloss Rain Boot ($125)
+ Tights: Look From London Cosmic Tights ($25)
+ Camisole: FULL TILT Essential Womens Seamless Cami in Neon Hot Pink ($9.99)
+ Skirt: Purple Organza Tutu ($19.99)
+ Bodysuit: American Apparel Strapless Ruched Bodysuit in Lavender ($19.99)
+ Studs: The Original BeDazzler Stud Refills 200/Pkg-100 Gold/100 Silver ($3.78)
+ Necklace: Chompin Chicken Wing Teething Toy ($14.99)
+ Wig: Hawaiian Blonde Wig ($3.78)

It's almost Halloween. You realize this, right? Sigh, we do, too, but sometimes we're at a TOTAL loss as to what to be or completely devoid of time (and ambition) to put something together that is awesome and/or clever while also being affordable. Yeah, sure, we'd love to whip up an Edward Scissorhands ensemble or recreate Zombie Boy's tat face, but really, who has the time for that? We don't really feel like lifting more than, say, an index finger to tap upon a webshop's BUY button. Thus, we're jazzed about the new Urban Outfitters "Halloween Shop" offering all kinds of cute costume ideas. We've gone to the trouble of choosing our faves, even rating them from 1 - 5 on the LAZY SCALE (1 being sorta lazy and 5 being full-on laze sloth), so scroll on through and thank us in your head, OK?

FASHION DON'T & TEAM JACOB WOLF

Embarrassing Photo Protective Sunglasses & Plastic Wolf Mask from Urban Outfitters.
Photo: Courtesy of Urban Outfitters

Embarrassing Photo Protective Sunglasses ($12) = LAZY SCALE 3
FULL DISCLOSURE: We're probs gonna buy these and wear them with something gloriously heinous to be the one true Fashion Don't Girl at the party. We're envisioning acid wash mom jeans paired with a kitten sweater, puff paint vest, and vintage Reebok's. We're going to give this item a 3 on the LAZY SCALE because, while you could just pair them with any outfit (making them a 5), they work better when you wear them with something ridiculous, which requires some work.

Plastic Wolf Mask ($8) = LAZY SCALE 5
This is easy. Put on clothes, put on your wolf mask, DONEZO. When people ask, tell them you're Teen Wolf, Team Jacob, or "duh, a wolf."

Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato wears a cute panda hat at Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights.
Photo: Splash News

OMG. Halloween is coming up quick, guys! We can't stop spotting celebs doing spooky things to celebrate (see: Katy Perry chillin' in skeleton makeup all NBD), and last night was no different. We peeped Demi Lovato hanging out with all of her SUPER ADORABLE (and super fashion-y!) gal pals at Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights, and we immediately fell in love with her furry black and white panda hat with pom-poms. Not only could this be a quick and easy Hallow's Eve costume (think of all those uh-mazing LBDs in your closet you've been waiting to bring out again), but it actually can last you more than one day! That thing looks WARM, and in the middle of winter when you're all sadface and shivering while you're waiting for the bus, you'll catch your reflection in a storefront window and smile to yourself knowing that you 1.) look like a panda and 2.) it's freaking adorable. So, where can you snatch up this faux fur hat right this second? WE'VE GOT THE ANSWER.

Jamie King and Zoe Saldana

It's official: The Halloween season is upon us! Thus, we here at MTV Style want to make sure we cover all of your Happy Hallows Eve needs (with our bloody-gloved hands—mwahhhh haaa!). From how-to guides on getting the Nicki Minaj look to lazy girl costume ideas, be sure to check back weekly to get the latest spooky scoop.

To get the ol' eyeball rolling, we found a fantastic idea for Halloween party favors courtesy of the recent Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic, where spectators were given pouty red lips, mustaches, and bowler hats on sticks to wear in the stands. Guests like Jaime King, Zoe Saldana, and Lauren Conrad got in on the fun, posing for pics with these super adorbs accoutrements. Not only are they inexpensive and easy to make, they're perfect for the one guest who forgot to wear a costume to your party too.

Katy Perry

Photo: Courtesy of Katy Perry's Twitter

We're sure it comes as NO surprise that fun-loving, dress-up magician, Katy Perry, is super into Halloween. Snapped in a striped sweater with Skeletor face paint at Knott's 'Scary' Farm over the weekend, we love the blithe delivery of the ghoulish mug. This is exactly how we'd do it. Snug it up in some toasty layers, hair all NBD-style, hands on hips and what looks like some very respectable shading on the neck and temples, hollowed-out eye sockets, cracks from being dead and then exhumed and nailing a legitimately cute costume that has NOTHING to do with the whole snoresville, "SLUT ANESTHESIOLOGIST" or "NAUGHTY CIVIL WAR REENACTMENT PERSON" or "SEXY MARU THE BOX-LOVING CAT" bag. Nobody likes the thigh-high fishnet wearing version of something regular. It's so predictable. Even if that cat idea is geniusgross and a.k.a. LARPbarf. {via Katy Perry's Twitter}

Fashion plays a central role in Halloween, which is why it's one of our favorite holidays of the year. And this year, celebrities did it up! From fairly-tale figures and Disney characters to sexy animals and school girls, we're counting down the 10 best costumes from this year's festivities. Who is No. 1? Find out below!

10. CIARA AS STORM FROM X-MEN
Ciara looked exactly like Storm from the X-Men series at her Halloween/25th birthday bash at Haze Nightclub in Las Vegas last Friday. The singer wore a killer black leather bodysuit, complete with a bleach blond wig and crazy white contacts. We applaud her attention to details!

Snooki dressed as a pickle in Las Vegas on Oct. 30.
Photo: Getty Images

Jersey Shore's Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi dressed as her favorite food for a Las Vegas Halloween bash this weekend — a pickle! Last Friday, WWD revealed a sketch of her costume, and we couldn't wait to see how this drawing would transform into an actual outfit. And we weren't disappointed! Her look included a strapless green dress with pickle-shaped sequins and a light-up scepter with a pickle attached at the end. While her outfit looked flashier in real life than in the sketch, the pint-size reality star stayed modest by wearing a darker green cape over the mini. When it came to accessorizing, Snooki kept her green theme with green sparkly, strappy sandals; a green clutch; green makeup; and green nail polish on her fingers and toes. Green seems to be a flattering color on her! But what do you think?

+ Does Snooki look good as a pickle?

THIS IS IT, PEOPLE. HALLOWEEN IS UPON US. We have arrived at the spooky weekend where everyone let's their inner diva shine through with their costumes. That's why we've showed you different ways to dress like a diva all week — Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, and Ke$ha — but we'll leave you with this stunner diva to bring you into the weekend: Miss Taylor Momsen. The 'Gossip Girl' star and The Pretty Reckless singer dresses like Halloween everyday, with crazy eye makeup and crazy outfits. Here are three ways to dress like Taylor Momsen:

1. EYELINER

Taylor Momsen at Victoria's Secret.
Photo: S.Bergman/JPegFoto

Taylor's black panda-like eyeliner has become her signature. And it's easy to re-create this look. Grab some Bedhead eyeliner (Taylor told Interview magazine that it's her favorite) and layer it on ... and on, and on. Swipe on some black eye shadow to fan out the black to the upper lids.
+ Eye Shadow: M.A.C Eye Shadow in Black Tied ($6.50)
+ Hair Dye: L'Oreal Super Blonde Creme Lightening Kit in Super Bleach Blonde #205 ($9.99)
+ Eye Liner: Bed Head Big Fat Fun! Eye Liner in Black ($16.00)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. LINGERIE DOUBLES AS A DRESS

We're not endorsing the idea of wearing lingerie in public, but that's what Taylor Momsen does. So if you want to channel her provocative look, grab a bustier corset dress (like this one from Topshop), then sew on your own pyramid gold grommets to get the rocker Taylor look.
+ Dress: Long Line Bustier Corset ($80.00)
+ Stud Add-ons: 1/2" Gold Pyramid Studs ($6.00 for 100)

3. TAYLOR'S INFAMOUS TIP JAR HEELS

Taylor Momsen loves these shoes — her infamous stripper tip jar shoes. We felt dirty even Googling these! And we're certainly not endorsing them for you. But, alas, if you really want to get the full Taylor look from the makeup to the clothes, then these shoes will finish it off. It's not something that you could possibly rewear any other day than Halloween, but should you have the guts to go there. It's totally Taylor.
+ Shoes: Pleaser Tipjar Shoes ($57.45)

Katy Perry
Lady Gaga

Tags , , , , , , , , ,

Halloween is soooooo close! We know because our cravings for tiny bags of peanut M&Ms skyrocketed today. Sadly, that means you have only a few more days to finish your costume! That's why we're showing you how to transform yourself into a hottie diva this year, D-I-Y style. So far, we showed you how to dress up as Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, and Ke$ha. Today, let's take a look at another one of our faves, and the ultimate Halloween diva — Lady Gaga. While every day is Halloween for Gaga, you only get one day to turn yourself into the ultimate Little Monster. Here are four ways to dress like Lady Gaga:

1. SPARKLY WHITE

Wearing white after Labor Day isn't a taboo if you're Lady Gaga. Snag some white pants, a white blazer, a white bra, and put it all together to get Gagaloo's Today Show performance look, which was designed by Giorgio Armani. Don't forget to add a sparkly feather headband and some rhinestones to the bra to make it truly Gaga.
+ Blazer: Central Park West Grommet-Detail Blazer ($47.70)
+ Bra: Calvin Klein Perfectly Fit Tailored Customized Gel Lift Bra ($24.99)
+ Pants: Spiegel Signature Stretch Sateen Collection: Wide-Leg Pants ($39)
+ Headband: Sparkly Feather Headband ($6.80)
+ Rhinestones: Swarovski Rhinestones ($11.59 for 144)
+ Glue: Aleene's Glitter & Gem Glue ($3.49)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. THE FISHNET RHINESTONE-COVERED BODYSUIT

This look requires a little bit of work, but it's worth it. You need a lot of basics, like a leotard, fishnet tights, a headband, and gloves. Then, all you do is bedazzle the crap out those four pieces with iron-on rhinestones. Voila! You're Gaga. Add a long gray wig to make your look official.
+ Leotard: Basic Moves Black Long Sleeved Leotard ($26)
+ Tights: Betsey Johnson Black Solid and Knit Fishnet Tights ($18.00 for Two Pairs)
+ Wig: Gray Wavy Wig ($10)
+ Headband: Pyramid Stud Headband ($32.00)
+ Gloves: Mossimo Driving Gloves With Pyramid Stud ($17.99)
+ Rhinestones: Swarovski Rhinestones ($11.59 for 144)
+ Glue: Aleene's Glitter & Gem Glue ($3.49)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3. PURPLE LEOPARD PRINT LEOTARDS

During Lady Gaga's Monster Ball tour, she wore this hot little outfit: A purple leopard-print leotard with matching sparkly purple circles drawn around her eyes. You can create this look yourself by picking up a purple leotard and using leopard print iron-ons to get the pattern on it. Then, throw on a half-yellow, half-bleached white wig, some gloves, and a pair of fishnet stockings, and you're ready to call yourself Lady Gaga. Remember to grab a pot of purple glitter and smear some around your eyes.
+ Leotard: Mirella By Bloch Double Cross Back Leotard ($31.03)
+ Iron-on Heat Transfers: Lee Hiller Designs RAB Rockabilly Leopard Print Gold and Brown Iron on Heat Transfers ($13.99 for a 10" Transfer)
+ Wig: Blonde/Yellow Two-Tone Wig ($14.99)
+ Gloves: Patricia Field 5-Finger Half Gloves ($48.00)
+ Glitter: LASplash Face Body Glitter in Purple Passion ($4.49)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4. A SUBTLE GAGA-INSPIRED LOOK

Lady Gaga at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 12.
Photo: Gregg DeGuire/PictureGroup

We can't blame you if you don't want to prance around a Halloween party jiving to 'Monster Mash' in nothing but an itty-bitty leotard. That's why this Lady Gaga look will work for you. It's not Lady Gaga exactly, but Lady Gaga inspired. Channel her gloriously over-the-top Alexander McQueen look from the 2010 VMAs and wear a floor-length red dress. Throw on a chunky bib necklace to give it some spunk. Make your own gold feather headdress by pasting feathers on a gold headband. Finish the look with Gaga's greige nail polish, which is so. hot. right. now.
+ Dress: Victoria's Secret Flirty Muti-way Dress in Scarlet Red ($89)
+ Necklace: Brown Topaz Black Jeweled Bib Statement Necklace Set ($35.99)
+ Headband: Duo Braided Headband ($4.80)
+ Feathers: Yellow Indian Feathers ($1.49 for Six)
+ Nail Polish: Essie Nail Polish in Merino Cool ($8)

Would you dress up as Lady Gaga for Halloween?
