Usher and Justin Bieber at the 2010 American Music Awards in Los Angeles on Nov. 21.
Photo: Getty Images

At last night's 2010 American Music Awards, Justin Bieber was surrounded by awards — he won in four nominated categories, including Artist of the Year. But when Usher (Biebs producer/mentor/friend) joined the big winner onstage for a congratulatory hug, we noticed that, in addition to all those cool awards, both hotties were wrapped in some serious leather! Usher rocked the head-to-toe look with black leather pants, a slick jacket, Velcro high-top sneakers (leather, of course) and a black V-neck tee. He accessorized this look with a simple silver chain and silver belt. Justin Bieber sported a leather blazer, black jeans, a black tee, and black sneakers. He added a custom Chandon Lucién men's brooch, and like Usher, wore a simple chain around his wrist. We love that these BFFs share songs and, it seems, style tips, but we think Justin Bieber won this fashion face-off. The pop of color from his pocket square and his I-can-do-anything-I-put-my-mind-to-even-though-I'm-still-a-teen attitude got our attention, but what do you think?

Rick Ross performs at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo on Nov. 17 in London.
Photo: Getty Images

Rapper Rick Ross pulled out all the stops while performing at London's HMV Hammersmith Apollo on Nov. 17. In true hustler fashion, he wore a hooded fur coat, white tee, baggy gray jeans, blue and white Jordans, dark aviators, and four Jesus chain necklaces around his neck. Yes, FOUR. He's not the first rapper to sport holy accessories—Kanye West and Jay-Z have also rocked similar blinged-out Jesus chains. While we're still not quite sure why one piece of extra-large religious jewelry just wasn't enough for Rick Ross, nothing says "hustler" like his I-don't-care-what-anyone thinks attitude towards style. Can we get an "Amen"?

Matthew Morrison at the IN ADD MINUS store launch on Nov. 18 and in a December 2010 spread of 'Details' magazine.

Matthew Morrison, who plays the buttoned-up music teacher on Glee, is the show's most recent star to show some skin on a magazine cover this year (remember the November 2010 GQ cover that featured Lea Michele, Dianna Agron, and Cory Monteith?). Sure, we like the "Mr. Schuster look" — gray-patterned tie, striped dress shirt, black slacks, and sleek leather jacket — that Morrison channeled at the In Add Minus store launch on Nov. 18. But we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the less-is-more approach the actor took on the cover of the December 2010 issue of Details magazine.

It's rare to find a slew of sharp-dressed guys in the same place at one time. But such was the case at the 15th annual GQ Men of the Year party held in Los Angeles on last night. Since the red carpet was chock-full of stunners, we couldn't just pick one or two hustlers today. So, you get eight! See the evening's best looks below.

MEN IN BLACK
Actor James Franco and rapper Drake, two GQ Men of the Year honorees, both wore neck-to-toe black. They must have gotten the same memo that said "Black is hot!" Because it is.

SKINNY TIES
When it came to picking the guy with the best accessories, Twilight's Taylor Lautner and Star Trek's Chris Hemsworth were neck and neck — both actors paired gray suits with dark skinny ties.

POPS OF COLOR
Kevin McHale and Mark Salling, who both star in Glee, gave us subtle color in their own unique ways. Mark, who plays "Puck" in Glee, teamed his black suit with a purple flannel and dark sneakers, while Kevin, who is "Artie" on the show, wore his suit with a blue button-up (buttoned all the way up) and camel color dress shoes.

RISK TAKERS
Johnny Knoxville, star of Jackass 3D and Brad Goreski, Rachel Zoe's ex-assistant on The Rachel Zoe Project, stepped out of the suit box with off-beat getups. Johnny rocked a smurf-blue suit, while Brad looked dapper in plaid. Different? Yes. But this is the stuff trends are made of. Prediction: At next year's GQ Men of the Year party, Drake and James Franco will trade their black-on-black ensembles for something like this.

Lil Wayne at the Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns game in Miami on Nov. 17.
Photo: Getty Images

Rapper Lil Wayne, freshly released from jail after serving time for gun possession, stopped by the the Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns game in Miami yesterday to relax courtside. And while usually we see this guy in white tanks and jeans, he changed it up yesterday and wore something totally unexpected — a gray crew-neck sweatshirt with Neiman Marcus' logo scrawled on it in pink. A Neiman Marcus sweatshirt? On Lil Wayne?! We never even saw one of those before!

That's because it's vintage. A Neiman Marcus representative confirmed to MTV Style today that it's been more than 10 years since the luxury store has carried the sweatshirt, which was originally used as a promotional piece during the holidays for store employees to wear. As for the rapper wearing it, perhaps he found it at a thrift shop, because the store did not give it to him. Overall, Lil Wayne pulls off the total look well, pairing the top with camouflage cargo shorts, a fitted navy hat, and Christian Louboutin spike sneakers, which retail for $1,095 online. Who knew this guy was a closet Neiman Marcus fan? Not us, that's for sure.

Jay-Z visits the 'Late Show With David Letterman' on Nov. 16 and attends a 'Decoded' book release on Nov. 15.

Jay-Z showed us two different sides of his New York style this week while promoting his new book Decoded (the tome, which reveals the background stories to some of the rapper's most memorable lyrics, came out Tuesday). For the book party on Monday, held at the New York Public Library, Jay-Z wore a clean Gucci suit, sans tie. The next night, he arrived at the Late Show With David Letterman looking cool and casual in Adidas kicks, slouchy black pants, a blue flannel, an oversize scarf, a black motorcycle-style jacket and nerdy specs. Since we're suckers for quirky, black-rimmed glasses on guys we prefer Jay-Z's laid-back look. But what do you think?

Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick at the 7th Annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards on Nov. 16.
Photo: Getty Images

We're used to seeing hotties Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick suit up for their Upper East Side roles on Gossip Girl. But at last night's CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards in New York, both boys showed off their real-life style. Chace Crawford wore a black linen suit paired with a slightly unbuttoned shirt and brown lace-up shoes, while Ed Westwick picked a quirky striped blazer with a velvet lapel, black trousers, gray suede boots, and his signature chest-baring shirt. While we liked how both boys ditched the traditional tie for this event, we think Ed Westwick's fearless ensemble, model-y pose, and chiseled jawline wins this fashion face-off. But what do you think?

Chord Overstreet at a Lotus Cars event on Nov. 12, and Mark Salling at Guess SOHO on Nov. 13.
Photo: Getty Images/WireImage

Glee's hottest jocks Chord Overstreet and Mark Salling showed off their nerdy side this weekend. Chord Overstreet ditched the jock persona he portrays on Glee for a dark gray button-up tee, light gray blazer, black fitted jeans, and Creative Recreation sneakers at a Lotus Cars event in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Mark Salling promoted his debut album Pipe Dreams while wearing leather sneakers and a black-and-white plaid button-up shirt, hooded bomber jacket, and shiny black jeans (all by Guess) in New York City. But this isn't Mark's first time going geek chic. And while we appreciate Mark's perseverance in making these frames his signature look, we have to go with Chord as the winner of this accessory showdown. There's something about his tousled blond hair falling over the top edge of his frames that just gets to us. But what do you think?

+ Who do you think looks best in frames — Chord or Mark?

Bruno Mars visits the 'Late Show With David Letterman' on Nov. 11.
Photo: Getty Images

Bruno Mars visited the Late Show With David Letterman last night, and his black-on-blue denim outfit is cute enough to challenge the idea that the denim-on-denim Canadian tuxedo is a fashion faux pas. Though, we love how Bruno Mars didn't stick to straight blue jeans, and wore black skinnies — somehow, that just looks more chic. A navy military jacket, Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses, black shoes with red laces, and black gloves finished his look, and he topped it off with a navy chauffeur hat, one of the many hats Bruno Mars loves (and he loves hats!). This outfit looks great on Bruno Mars. He dresses just as well as he sings! Don't you think?

Vin Diesel at the Victoria's Secret fashion show on Nov. 10.
Photo: PictureGroup/Getty Images

We've missed seeing Vin Diesel out and about the past few months, so we were pumped when we spotted him at the Victoria's Secret fashion show last night in New York. Despite the endless amount of feathers, hot pink, and glitter, he managed to keep his hustler status in check by wearing a white V-neck tee, fitted black leather jacket, and skinny black cargo pants. He also accessorized with a chrome necklace, black aviators, and a simple chain bracelet. With this amount of sexy, no wonder he's in the running for People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive on Facebook" campaign. And even though he is up against Jersey Shore's Pauly D, the Old Spice guy, Enrique Iglesias, and NFL star Chad Ochocinco, we still think he has a shot at out-sexy-ing the competition. Don't you?
