Bow Wow and Angela Simmons are in Miami! Today, they attended the Trina Turk swimsuit fashion show. And while celebs hit up fashion shows all the time, we're particularly pleased with Bow Wow's attire for the appearance — a white T-shirt featuring a nearly-nude image of supermodel Kate Moss on it. See, he doesn't just go to fashion shows. He participates.
July 13, July 8, and January 15.
Why HELLO there, Joseph Gordon-Levitt. MY HOW YOU'VE GROWN.
We've had a crush on this guy ever since he started the wing-wave in Angels in the Outfield in 1994. (THROWBACK!) And he's still going strong. Lately the 29-year-old has been making the promotional rounds for his new movie Inception and entered a whole new stratosphere of handsomeness. We mean, Leonardo DiCaprio — LEONARDO — is in that movie and the only person we're looking at on the Inception red carpets is JGL. That's a red flag right there. The Style Spotlight is on. Zac Efron ditched his signature side-swept 'do for a greased-up Pauly D-style blowout at last night's ESPY Awards in Los Angeles. And we're not talking just a little hair product and volume, folks, we're talking FULL-ON PORCUPINE. We think it's pretty safe to say that those hairs are frozen in place with at least several cans of hair gel, probably imported from wherever Pauly D gets his. What's next, Zac? A Snooki-style pouf?
+ Who rocks the blowout better — Pauly D or Zac?

Do blonds have more fun? Kellan Lutz seems to think so! He's dyed his locks at least twice in the past two months, bouncing from blond to brown, and back to blond again. The 25-year-old actor had his naturally light hair on May 15 at an event celebrating the release of his ab-tastic Calvin Klein underwear campaign. But then he SHOCKED many — including us — when he darkened his 'do right around premiere time for his latest flick The Twilight Saga: Eclipse in late June. Alas, he couldn't be a brunette forever! Last night, he returned to his blond roots when he attended the premiere of Inception in Los Angeles with a more natural, lightened look. We definitely like him as a blond because it gives him that beach-y buff lifeguard look. Welcome back from the dark side, K!
+ Do you like Kellan better as a blond or brunette?

LMFAO — Redfoo (Stefan Gordy) and Sky Blu (Skyler Gordy) — attended a celebrity poker tournament at the Playboy Mansion last night wearing metallic outfits.
While their tops differed, their glasses and pants were totally the same. To which we say, the more sparkly super-tight spandex man bottoms, the better.
+ Do you like their pants?

Madonna's ex-boy toy/aspiring DJ/model Jesus Luz, 23, rolled up to a party for jewelry designer Thomas Sabo last night in London wearing jeans and a black Dolce & Gabbana T-shirt (he's also a model for the label). The tee had the words "Vergine Maria" on it, which means "Virgin Mary" in Italian. You know what another name for Virgin Mary is? Madonna. So connect the dots, and Jesus is showing off Madonna on his chest. Pure coincidence?
+ On another note — that shirt costs $287 online. Wow, that must be magical cotton.

Jared Leto loves his mohawk. As he should! The 30 Seconds to Mars frontman has worked hard on that thing — it's been a work-in-progress for a few months now. The last time we saw him with a full head of hair was January, then WOAH, cue the electric razor, his mohawk was born weeks later. In March, we spotted him with a shaved look at the Lanvin women's fashion show in Paris. It's sort of Rihanna/Cassie-esque with the side-swept bangs, right? The mohawk then grew out a bit, and in May it was nice and bushy and healthy and ... bleached and magenta (yes magenta — that is NOT pink). The color definitely made him look less pale and angsty, so we're calling it an upgrade. And on Monday, his hair evolved yet again, when he showed up to the Christian Dior couture show in Paris with a totally blond 'do. We imagine this light color would be the ideal hue to really bring out his eyes — those lovely baby blues — if he only took off those shades.
+ Which of Jared's hairstyles do you like best — bleach, pink, or black?
UPDATE: It's not magenta, it's pomegranate. And there is a Facebook fan page for it, obviously.

Want a piece of Britney? We've missed her Circus! But she's back on the circuit now, hustling, launching her very own line of clothes and accessories for Candie's that hits Kohl's stores today. Some of her offerings are pictured above. The collection is pretty much exactly what you'd expect from the pop star — a lot of stretchy fabric, black lace, and pink. If we had to name it, we'd call it a Total Bubblegum Explosion. But hey, that's Britney's thing, and we love her for it. Cheesy? Yes. But if anyone should have the right to bedazzle a white tank top and call it "designed," it's Britney.
Let's take a closer look at some of the clothes. The pink tank isn't online yet, but the studded skirt and jeans are $48, the bracelet is $16, the jeweled tank is $32, and the studded black dress is $48. In fact, when we checked, this stuff was already discounted by 50 percent online. YIKES.

The fashion police are out in full force in Pennsylvania and it's not pretty.
Pennsylvania Senator Anthony Williams Philadelphia City Councilman Curtis Jones announced today that he plans to prosecute what he calls "white-tee culture" in the city of Philadelphia and has allocated state funds to stop it. He told Philadelphia Weekly that such clothing promotes crime, and he wants to "turn this 'white-tee culture' in a different direction."
He gave further explanation, saying: "This prison cultured style in the streets with your underwear hanging out of your pants, it goes back to a certain behavior where people don't care about consequences."
And it's not the first time lawmakers turned their attention to dress codes. New Jersey is currently engaged in a Stop The Sag campaign to ban saggy pants, Louisiana and Virginia both tried to make laws against sagging, and President Obama spoke out against saggy pants in 2008.
Policy people getting involved in what you wear seems like it goes against certain rights and freedoms, right? To think, just because you wear a white tee doesn't mean you're going to commit a crime. But it's pretty crappy that lawmakers think that you will.
Update: When this article was first published, it referenced a June 28 PhillyNow post that incorrectly indicated that Pennsylvania State Senator Anthony H. Williams planned to ban white T-shirts in Philadelphia. The office of Senator Williams has advised us that he did not make this statement, and he has not allocated any state funds for such a purpose. A city press release attributes the quote to Philadelphia City Councilman Curtis Jones.

This morning, Forever 21's biggest store in the country opened in New York City's Times Square. We checked out the store last night at the opening party, where (we'll be honest) we expected total mayhem. The Virgins were on deck to perform. Ten-dollar jeans were everywhere. And it's located the in the middle of one of the busiest intersections in the world. It sounded like it was going to be chaos!
But when we stepped inside the cavernous, over 90,000-square-foot, spanking-new Times Square flagship store, we found four floors of total calm. Clothes were organized perfectly by color and size. The white floors gleamed. Chandeliers sparkled from the soaring ceilings. And ... there was free stuff everywhere, from nail polish to sequined T-shirts by Twelve by Twelve, Forever 21's "more upscale" line (as if that's even possible). It was like Christmas in June with cheese cubes and a Virgins concert.
We quickly made our way backstage to a curtained-off section of the store to catch up with the Virgins. While chowing down on a pack of Lunchables (really), lead singer Donald Cumming combed through nearby clothing racks to find a suitable outfit to wear for the performance. "If I wear it, maybe they'll give it to me for free!" he mused, pulling a white lace long-sleeved top over his black T-shirt. He surveyed his ensemble and, unsatisfied, dropped his pants and put on ... Read More...
