Saturday Night Live cast members Seth Meyers, Jason Sudeikis, and Andy Samberg left no zip-up behind for the Portlandia screening in New York last night. In their own ways, these funny boys proved they are the masters of layering. For starters, Seth Meyers wore a gray tee, plaid button-up shirt, navy zip-up sweater, gray jacket with a shearling collar, distressed jeans, and black boots for a more simplistic approach. Meanwhile, Jason Sudeikis dressed up his layered look with a bright blue tie, jean jacket, gray hoodie, blue collared shirt, cuffed jeans, and yellow and blue Nike Dunks. And finally, Andy Samberg mixed patterns and fabrics in his ensemble by wearing an orange and blue colorblock coat, black and blue flannel shirt, white tee, black jeans, and white Adidas sneakers. All three hotties looked supercute in their winter gear, but we think Jason's look outdid the rest. The formal tie paired with showstopping sneakers is a hard combo to pull off (but he did!). What do you think?

Rain at the Cartier jewelry fair in Geneva on Jan. 18.
Photo: Getty Images

People are torn over what makes singer/actor Rain hot. Some say it's his killer dance moves. Others say it's his charming smile. And another set of fans say it's his rock solid abs. We're probably biased, but we definitely think it's his amazingly chic style. The singer arrived at a Cartier jewelry fair in Switzerland last night wearing a sleek black tux, crisp white button-up shirt, gray and white striped tie, lace-up shoes, and a brown leather watch. We love how he oozes confidence, sex appeal, and all-around badass-ery (plus, he gets brownie points for winning an MTV Movie Award for his performance in Ninja Assassin!). What do you think?

Ryan Phillippe at The Weinstein Company Golden Globes after party in Beverly Hills on Jan. 16.
Photo: Getty Images

Ryan Phillippe tried his hardest to keep his arrival at Sunday's Weinstein Company Golden Globes after-party understated by wearing a basic (yet sharp!) navy blue suit, a loosely buttoned white shirt, and black lace-up shoes. No skinny tie, no bow tie, no brooch or neon scarf to make him stand out in a crowd. But we can recognize that curly head of blond hair from anywhere. We love how the actor ditched the tie and paired his tousled locks with a 5 o'clock shadow for a sexy/rugged look. No matter how hard he tries, Ryan is no wallflower. But what do you think?

Boys, oh boys! Tinseltown’s finest fellas were not messing around at Sunday’s Golden Globes Awards in the fashion department. Robert Pattinson, Mark Wahlberg, and others hit the red carpet in swoon-worthy suits, fabulous footwear, and tailored tuxes. Here’s a closer look at the Globes’ best-dressed guys.

By now, skinny ties are a style staple, evidenced by Robert Pattinson, Zac Efron in Calvin Klein Collection, and Jesse Eisenberg. Guys at home, if you don’t have one, what are you waiting for?!

From the five o’clock shadow like James Franco to full-on goatee action like Johnny Depp and Mark Wahlberg, facial hair was the hot new accessory at this year’s Globes.

What makes Peter Facinelli's, Jake Gyllenhaal's, and Jeremy Renner's suits look so sharp? Their picture-perfect poses—slightly angled, arms straight, chin tilted...these guys are pros!

Shades like Darren Criss', nerdy glasses like Kevin McHale's and a great head of hair like Chord Overstreet's are the unique touches that help transform an OK suit-and-tie ensemble into an amazing one.

These red carpet winners went the fitted tux route—Andrew Garfield wore a clean-cut ensemble, Mark Salling rocked a Simon Spurr suit, and Justin Beiber donned a D&G three-piece with patent leather sneakers.

When it all boils down, a suit is a suit is a suit. That is unless you put your personality into it like Christian Bale in his triple-black look, Ryan Gosling in his velvet suit with an oversize bow tie, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt in his skinny-all-over suit.

Jon Hamm, Jeremy Renner, and John Legend.

The 2011 Critics Choice Awards wasn't all cocktail dresses, chignons, and sheer shifts. The fellas represented on the red carpet also. And while a fair share of them were decked out in run-of-the-mill suits and tuxes, these hustlers stepped outside the rack to don something a little different. Mad Men's Jon Hamm and singer John Legend wore shiny gray suits (Legend's was Gucci) with patterned ties, and Jeremy Renner rocked his tux with a mini-bow tie. Meanwhile Christian Bale, who won for The Fighter, wore head-to-toe black, and Blue Valentine star Ryan Gosling anchored his outfit with a Ferragamo nearly black purple brocade jacket with a velvet collar. Impressive...impressive, indeed.

John Krasinski at the NBC Universal All-Star party in Pasadena, Calif., on Jan. 13.
Photo: Getty Images

The Office's John Krasinski ditched his drab Dunder Mifflin attire and looked surprisingly chic on the red carpet at NBC's All-Star party in Pasadena, California last night. The actor paired a tuxedo jacket with a black and gray striped skinny tie, white button-up shirt, skinny dark jeans, and green and black wingtip shoes. It's not every day that we get to see the typically wholesome "Jim" in a super trendy ensemble and with his bangs (finally!) swept off his forehead, but we could definitely get used to this look! What do you think?

Armie Hammer on MTV's 'The Seven' in New York on Jan. 12.
Photo: PictureGroup

In The Social Network, Armie Hammer's sweeping blond hair gave us goose bumps. But, we learned yesterday when he stopped by The Seven that he isn't a blond at all (or he's dyed his golden mane brown for an upcoming role). Were we bummed? Not one bit. Armie, who played "Gabriel Edwards" in Gossip Girl a couple of seasons ago, also has that naturally preppy thing going for him. At The Seven interview, he wore a black tee under a blue pullover sweater and dark wash jeans. He kept his strands easy-breezy in a swept-back 'do, which helped his style look more scholarly chic than frumpy frat boy. But what do you think?

Zac Efron at the H.O.M.E. Foundation video game challenge in Hollywood on Jan. 11.

Without his long, side-swept hair, we barely recognized Zac Efron at a Hollywood event he attended last night. The actor paired his new clean cut with a sporty ensemble—a brown puffy coat, black and gray striped sweater, gray graphic tee, dark skinny jeans, and black Vans. And if you haven't noticed, Zac also packed on 18 pounds of muscle (we hope!) for his latest role as a war vet in The Lucky Ones. Lucky for him, he wears the freshly shaven head and few extra lbs well.

Cast members from hit Fox shows, including Glee and House, flocked to Villa Sorriso in Pasadena, California, yesterday for the network's winter soiree. The red carpet was full of dressy-casual ensembles that were personalized with subtle accessories and/or fierce poses. Here are our fave looks of the night...

Heather Morris, who plays Brittany on Glee, showed off her dancer's physique in a black velvet minidress with matching sandals and bouncy curls. House's Amber Tamblyn added a pop of color to the procession line in a vivid purple shirt dress, which she teamed with a black blazer, belt and pair of tights. Meanwhile, another Glee star, Dianna Agron, looked tres chic in the black Prada scoopneck frock she paired with a super-skinny red belt.

Kevin McHale from Glee donned black pants slouched into boots, a gray tee, blazer with a bow tie corsage, that a new pair of readers? Actor Elijah Wood added a rugged touch to his jacket and skinny tie combo by adding to it ink-dark denim. Another "jeanious," Glee's Mark Salling teamed his denim with a blazer and a plaid button-up.

Jesse Eisenberg at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards in New York on Jan. 10.
Photo: Getty Images

The Social Network's Jesse Eisenberg proved that even whiz kids can be style geniuses. At the New York Film Critics Circle Awards last night, the actor (who played braniac/Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network) ditched his usually curly locks for a straighter shaggy 'do and wore a slim-fit navy blue suit, sky blue shirt, and royal blue skinny tie. We love that he dared to wear three shades of blue in one outfit, helping to make his eyes pop. So smart! We definitely "like" this look! What do you think?
