Demi Lovato performs at 2014 L.A. Pride Parade.

Can you imagine being charged with inspiring and entertaining 400,000 people AND looking fabulous AF while doing it? Well, that's exactly what Demi Lovato's duties as Grand Marshall of the L.A. Pride Parade entailed, and she made it look like the most fun and natural job in the world.

During the Sunday afternoon festivities, Demi sang and danced while crowds flooded the streets to cheer her on. Her performance of "Really Don't Care" was energetic and upbeat, but her black suit gave off something a bit more serious (and borderline S&M).

In case you weren't aware, 1990 is, like, the most important year in the history of ever. Not only did it usher in the decade of grunge, neon, and supermodels, but it also marks the birth of the great Iggy Azalea.

If you follow Iggy's wardrobe game at all, you know she clearly feels a connection to the '90s (umm, have you SEEN her Clueless-themed "Fancy" video?). So, in honor of Iggy's 24th birthday (TODAY, June 7!), we decided to take a look back at some of her favorite trends that were ALSO born in the '90s. Way to own your decade, girl!

Angelina Jolie, 50 Cent

Who wore Maleficent horns better?
Photo: ABC/Disney

The new Maleficent movie has only been in theaters for a week, but the famous Disney villain has already become synonymous with Angelina Jolie. Angie personifies the role SO much (trust me, you should see it), we can't imagine anyone else ever topping her interpretation. Well, at least that's what we thought...until we saw 50 Cent on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night.

Iggy Azalea

Pretend for a second you're in charge over at Billboard magazine, and you're sitting in your corner office overlooking the New York City skyline, mindlessly playing with that click-clacky desk decoration (it helps you think), pondering whom you should put on your next cover. Given the current music landscape, you would obviously, without a doubt, no question about it, choose Iggy Azalea who has been clenching the #1 and (AND!) #2 songs in America for weeks.

Lady Gaga

When most people wear vintage clothing, they have no idea where their clothes came from. Sure, they likely purchased their vintage pieces at a store organized by color, but I'm talking about originally. They have no idea who (or how many people) wore that shirt before them. Their clothes have history they don't even know about. Lady Gaga, obviously, is not like most people. Lady Gaga knows exactly who wore her clothes before her and, in the case of the sequined number she wore last night, that person is Daphne Guinness.

Gaga is on a break from her ARTPOP tour and debuted a new look yesterday–very Designing Women, don't you think?–and revealed in the caption of one of her Instagram photos that the sequined leopard print piece she has on is Dolce & Gabbana archive and was previously owned and worn by Daphne Guinness. Most of my vintage stuff is, like, Gap vintage and previously owned and worn by someone who couldn't eat without spilling, but I digress. Lady Gaga has been a longtime fan of Daphne–she's called her a living legend and muse–so wearing Daphne's clothes is a BFD. This isn't the first piece of couture broken in by Daphne Guinness that Gaga owns, BTW–in 2012 she successfully bid on an Alexander McQueen gown that Daphne wore in Harper's Bazaar.

There are two major reasons we look forward to basketball season each year: the thrill of athletic competition and seeing what Rihanna will wear. With the 2014 NBA Finals kicking off tonight, this season will soon be coming to a close (boo!). But on the bright side, we still have one more round of games to watch—and to keep our fingers crossed for more Rihanna sightings.

We've rounded up every single one of the looks Badgal RiRi has rocked in the front row at various arenas this year, and there are a LOT of them. You see, Rihanna is a fan of the NBA, generally—she doesn't discriminate in the name of basketball. Rih cheers on the Nets, the Lakers, the Clippers, the Heat. Often, these teams play each other and when that happens, Rihanna just cheers. Not only is this very endearing, but also, the moments of enthusiastic on-her-feet applause give us all a better look at her outfit. And for that, we're very thankful.

Match-Up: Golden State Warriors vs. Los Angeles Lakers
Final Score: 95-102 Lakers
Why We Love It: Unclear what's cuter—Rihanna's cameo-adorned Silver Spoon Attire camo bucket hat, or her new (and by "new" I mean new to the world—dude can't even be a decade old) friend.

Match-Up: Portland Trailblazers vs. Los Angeles Lakers
Final Score: 108-114 Trailblazers
Why We Love It: Flexing her signature high-low style, Rihanna wore a Fila snapback and New Balances with a $1,019 Jonathan Simkhai silver leather pencil skirt. She could buy 13 pairs of New Balances for the price of the skirt.

MAC, Lorde

We need these in our hands right now.
Photo: Getty Images

Since it was first announced in March, we've been keeping a close eye on the collaboration between Lorde and MAC Cosmetics. The two-piece collection features a deep-plum lipstick named after her album Pure Heroine, which can be used as a lipstick or a stain, and a black eyeliner called Rapidblack. Finally, they're available for purchase.

Shailene Woodley

The thing about Shailene Woodley, esteemed flower child and self-confessed clay eater, is that despite her enduring love of five-finger shoes, she really cleans up nicely. She's consistently among the best dressed on any given red carpet, and last night's opening of The Fault in Our Stars was no exception.

For the highly anticipated premiere of the even more highly anticipated flick (which is FINALLY HITTING THEATERS THIS FRIDAY, AND YES THAT REQUIRES ALL CAPS BECAUSE !!!), she wore a bright yellow, one-of-a-kind Ralph Lauren Collection peplum dress. The silhouette, a longtime fave of Jennifer Lawrence, Rita Ora, and Michelle Williams, is nothing we haven't all seen before, but there's a reason it pops up at pretty much every major red carpet event—it's wildly flattering, super elegant, and, well, who doesn't like a little ruffle action now and then?

Miley Cyrus, We Can't Stop

Photo: RCA Records/Stampd Los Angeles

Good morning, Smilers! Time to call up 50 of your closest friends, slip on your platform sneakers, and stretch your tongue muscles. All those extra rehearsals you've been putting in with your twerk team are finally going to pay off. That's right, it's the one-year anniversary of Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop." I know, I can't believe it either, it seems like our girl Miley has been everywhere lately. And in a way, she has.

In our hearts counts, right?

But what if you don't have a veiled beanie, a shaved platinum undercut, or a gold-plated grill? Never fear. We got you. Stampd LA has restocked their previously sold-out White West Coast Crop Top. It's $42 and bound to sell out fast—Smilers, go #HARD.

Lupita Nyong'o

Rihanna at the 2014 CFDA Fashion Awards.

At the CFDA Awards tonight where she's currently presenting the Womenswear Designer of the Year award, Lupita Nyong'o did just about the most deserving thing of that honor she could: She went out on a limb in the name of fashion, switching up her usual monochromatic gown game. Lupita completely slayed the red carpet in a splashy Suno jumpsuit.

I love these two as a couple. What a festive way to celebrate two important events in their life. Mariah looks like a dream.
