Lauren Conrad's engagement ring.

It was a big weekend for Lauren Conrad, y'all: she got engaged! Lauren shared the good news (where else?) on Instagram and on her personal blog. In my day you had to share your engagement via carrier pigeon (JK, it was via fax machine). Now? Snap a pic of your new jewelry, sit back, and watch the likes roll in. Everyone likes an engagement!
Katy Perry and Rita Ora in House of Holland

Chanel front row BFFs Katy Perry and Rita Ora are copping each other's style. Considering how much time celebz spend shoulder-to-shoulder during Fashion Week(s), it only makes sense that one person's steelo rubs off on another (figuratively and literally—those benches are packed very tightly). So, we're here to discuss who wore this House of Holland Virgin Mary print shirt best.
Miley Cyrus appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today, and among the things discussed in the interview portion of the show were: Miley’s recent Liam Hemsworth breakup (*GASP*), strippers (*DOUBLE GASP*), her ever-present tongue (*shrug*) and the must-have Miley Cyrus twerking figurine (GIMME). After gifting Miley one of the limited-edition “Bobble Butts,” Ellen also took a minute to recognize Cyrus’ undying obsession with onesies. (See also: Your next Halloween costume.) Ellen then reached back into her bag of presents and pulled out the most magnificent onesie the world will ever lay their eyes on.
ARTPOP is coming, y'all! On Monday, we got the Jeff Koons-designed album cover, and last night, Lady Gaga and a group of Little Monsters known as the LA Rivington Rebels, shared the tracklist for ARTPOP. There are 15 songs on the album, including tracks we knew about like "Applause" and "Donatella," but there's also one that Gaga teased through #FASHUN.
Hannah Hooper stands out. As the spunky, sole chick in a band full of dudes, you can't help but be drawn to her ever-changing on-stage style (and her ever-changing, ombre extensions *swoon*). One day, you might catch Grouplove's leading lady rocking around in a skeleton leotard onesie—and the next day, she's slowly swaying with a tambourine in a vintage, floor-length, multi-layered grape chiffon dress, like she did for the band's recent show at the McKittrick Hotel in NYC. (SO Stevie Nicks.) #impressed
But somehow, she manages to pull it all off. Actually, she more than pulls it off. She NAILS IT. Every. Single. Time. *bows down* Seriously, the girl wears leopard-print spandex better than Peggy Bundy. *SCURRT* I went there. IDK how she does it, but we at least had to try to steal some of her style secrets—so we did what any curious fan would do. We asked her to show us what's in her suitcase! (Or, like, the next best thing, which equates to a bunch of personal pics of her favorite on-tour outfits. Because folding/re-folding a packed suitcase = giant pain-in-butt.) Check out nine of Hannah's favorite performance get-ups below!

"If I had to describe my fashion style on tour in one word, it would be hangster (hippy gangster)."
Miley Cyrus 'Bangerz' release party/At the 'Bangerz' Release Signing/On 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.'

If you fell into a deep sleep for over 24 hours and somehow missed it, you should know that Miley Cyrus' highly-anticipated album, Bangerz, was released yesterday. Last night was the official record signing and release party, a.k.a. 2 opportunities for Miley to show off dem abs.
Her first look featured a number of her fave things: white on white, a crop top, T.U.K Creepers, and pasties. The pasties were not merely circles like she wore a few weeks ago, but giant stars. It is her release, after all: special occasions call for special pasties. She also has on the diamond-encrusted chain link necklace she wore on SNL this weekend because, LBR, if you had that necklace, you'd wear it to everything too. Oh, also, because yesterday was, weather-wise, the first real day of fall in NYC, Miles swapped her preferred hotpants and tanktops for distressed white jeans and a long-sleeve shirt. The sheerness probably isn't helping with the insulation, but how else would everyone know she's upgraded her pasty game?
Looks from the LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl's Fall 2013 collection.
It may only be October, but Lauren Conrad and her Kohl's line are ready for the holidays! And after peeping these pics, so are we. Presents, pie, parties = all we need in life. There are a lot of looks here we'd wear (hi, all of them), so many a party invitation needs to be sent our way (or else we'll have a lot of clothes and nowhere to go). Two of our fave looks from the collection are the ones above: totally different but both party perfect. The first pairs a lace tank (it comes in 4 colors!) with jeggings and a black-and-navy colorblock blazer. For a more feminine alternative, Lauren wears a rose tulle maxi skirt with a white top and blazer. Props to LC for including blazers in a number of her looks—since it is, y'know, winter during the holidays, having a jacket as an integral part of your outfit is the BEST. Practical and pretty? Yep, we'll take it.
Rita Ora on set for her Rimmel shoot.
Photo: @ritaora Instagram
The first shots from Rita Ora's collab with Rimmel are here and, as expected, red lipstick is front and center. Rita posted the behind-the-scenes pics to her Instagram and while they don't reveal a ton, we'll never turn down an opportunity to peep Rita doing her thang.
As with the majority of Rimmel campaigns, there appears to be British theme. It is Rimmel London, after all. Rita is leaning on an iconic black taxi and is maybe not wearing pants. (The no-pants thing is not notably British, BTW.) This isn't the first time Rita has shared her campaign with a taxi: her DKNY ads feature her lounging and standing on a yellow NYC cab. Forget the #LUXURY of a private jet, Rita prefers a bumpy, horn-heavy ride. Rita's ever-changing 'do is bobbed, banged, and perfectly mussed, which must be because she's on a busy London street (sure, right now she's in front of a green screen, but ~magic~ will transport her to somewhere better than a studio).
For most people sitting at their desks, working/drumming their fingers on their keyboards, watching the clock and waiting for lunch, today is just another day. HOWEVER! If you’re a Miley Cyrus fan, today is Tuesday, October 8th—and that means BANGERZ is officially out, y’all! *raises roof* *throws confetti* *twerks twerks* But wait, there’s more! Today also brings another Miley interview to the interwebz, complete with purdy pictures and a little bit of insight into the inspiration behind her evolving style.
In a new feature from Hunger TV, the singer snuggles up with a powder blue fur for a series of beauty shots that produced the following faces: sexy face, sultry face, silly face, surprised face and tongue face. Always with the tongue face. (And yes, we’ve deemed “tongue face” to be an accurate description of multiple Miley expressions.) Clearly, Cyrus is well-aware that people are “so obsessed” with what she’s doing visually these days (see also: the VMAs, "Wrecking Ball" video, etc.), and her edgy new style is a huge part of her musical transformation.
Lady Gaga's 'ARTPOP' album cover.

Little Monsters, it's the day you've been waiting for! Lady Gaga just unveiled the cover of ARTPOP, a month before the album's release on November 11th. Gaga began teasing the cover and its release over the weekend, but she's been talking about how it's her "FAVORITE" of all her covers for weeks. The reason it's her fave? It was designed by Jeff Koons.
