Did Eminem and Rihanna nail their live performance of "Monster," or what? The duo sounded amazing (natch) on the MTV Movie Awards stage, but they also totally brought it in the fashion department. TBH, we let out a little collective squeal of delight when we saw that they decided to mimic their musical chemistry with matching satin bomber jackets—just as besties should! The sheen on Eminem's olive number gave it a polished finish, and Rih was his perfect counterpoint in white.

It's finally happened. Taking a break from representing the entire rainbow, one shade at a time, on the red carpet, Lupita Nyong'o has decided to wear a single dress showcasing ALL the colors at once. And it is just as OMG AMAZING as you would expect it to be. Lupita picked the MTV Movie Awards for her multicolored debut, which makes perfect sense as tonight is one of the the most fun and carefree awards shows on the red-carpet calendar. The beautiful starlet is nominated for Best Female Performance tonight, but in this Chanel dress, she's already a big winner in tonight's style department.

Lend me your ear for a moment. I've been feeling complain-y about red carpets as of late, bristling at the lack of risks being taken, and feeling nostalgic for the times when, say, Bjork would wear a swan and everyone lost their minds. Guess what. That swan designer, Marjan Pejoski, went on to create KTZ, one of the most important musician-fan labels OUT. She was 20 years ahead of her time! The red carpet should be a place where style is DEFINED!
ANYWAY, one person who consistently Brings It (capital B-I, because she's a Bad one), is Rihanna, because doy.
What could be better than watching all our favorite stars get glammed up for the MTV Movie Awards?? Pretty much nothing...except for maybe watching Rachel Antonoff host MTV.com's Red Carpet Report. The gorgeous and personable designer did a stellar job co-hosting the VMAs report last year, so it should come as no surprise that she has already been killing it tonight. She shares red carpet reporting duties with some awesome co-hosts—Zendaya, Tyler Posey, Josh Horowitz, and Christina Garibaldi—but Rachel is holding it down regarding all things celebrity fashion and style (also, what everyone's underwear situation might be).

Over the last year or so, Nicki Minaj has abandoned her outrageous Harajuku style and rainbow reverie of wigs in favor of more demure, adult garments. While her style chutzpah was something we greatly admired, we cannot overstate how totally HERE FOR HER we are now, as she transitions into a more sophisticated, grown-woman style. And while her silver-screen debut isn't until the forthcoming Cameron Diaz/Leslie Mann/Kate Upton vehicle, The Other Woman, a rom-com that's probably not going to win any Oscars (just a guess), her 2014 MTV Movie Awards look includes so much statuesque, Grecian beauty it's almost like we've glimpsed into her future as an award-winning actress as well as top rapper.

Are you ready? We're ready. The day we've all been waiting for is finally hurr—it's Movie Awards day! While Conan O'Brien is strapping on his finest pair of jeggings, the other attendees are taking to the carpet, talking to MTV.com Red Carpet Report correspondent Rachel Antonoff, and spilling the deets on what they're wearing. Earlier this week we took a look back at memorable outfits—the only question is, what will we remember from 2014?

Oh hi, puppy Alien.

Not that you needed another reason to watch the MTV Movie Awards today, but, um, there are going to be puppies on the red carpet. In costumes. ICYMI, Tyler Posey, one of tonight's pre-show hosts, was on the red carpet yesterday hanging out with the fancy pups, and you can see them for yourself via our our behind-the-scenes cameras on All Access Live). Seriously, could anything be better? Designer/genius/wardrobe specialist Heather Zweigel made costumes for the li'l guys—Ron Burgundy's suit from Anchorman 2, Bilbo's outfit from The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug, Richie DiMaso's '70s suit vest from American Hustle, Alien's Hawaiian shirt and cornrows from Spring Breakers, and so many more. If you liked seeing Bradley Cooper in a deep-V, imagine how you'll feel seeing a puppy in one. *heart eyes emoji x's 100*
Oh hi, puppy Superman.

We had a chance to chat with Heather about designing for dogs, her favorite costume, and how she reacted when she found out she'd be designing for tiny dog bodies (spoiler alert: She was excited). Click below the jump for her answers, behind-the-scenes deets, and more pictures of puppy movie costumes!
When most girls my age were kissing framed photos of Devon Sawa or putting posters of Rider Strong up in their lockers, I was developing a habit of sneaking downstairs in the middle of the night to watch Late Night with Conan O'Brien. (OK, fine, I also had posters of Leonardo DiCaprio and JTT, but let's forget about that for a moment, for the sake of this intro.) I had a number of favorite sketches—desk driving, "If They Mated," cameos from "Andy's sister" played by Amy Poehler, and the Synchro-Vox segments with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, etc.—but none had me LOLing so hard as the remote segments that took Conan to various exotic locales like the Teen Beat offices or the American Girl store. The dude is excellent on his feet.
Twenty-odd years later, these are still my favorite segments in Conan's TBS show, but now, I can stay up as late as I want! In anticipation of Coco hosting tomorrow's MTV Movie Awards (Sunday, April 13, 9 p.m. EST on MTV), I've gathered up some of my favorite remote clips—ones that had a hilarious bent on some aspect of style, whether that means shopping, trying out beauty techniques, or undergoing several wildly different outfit changes. TBH, I've been watching these well into the early a.m. hours every night this week, so I might as well share them. Enjoy!

Conan O'Brien will host the 2014 MTV Movie Awards.
He's done it before. Will he do it again? By "he," I mean, Conan O'Brien, and by "do it," I mean, of course, wear jeggings. Believe it or not, Conan has, in fact, worn jeggings previously. Pretty well, TBH. Even with way exaggerated sandblasting on the thighs, dude has nice, long, svelte legs. But will he try his hand at the ultra-stretchy, denim-spandex skinnies again when he hosts the 2014 MTV Movie Awards? According to his response to one fan during our #AskConan Twitter takeover: YES!
When we heard Conan O'Brien was hosting this year's MTV Movie Awards, we were like, "Awesome. We are totally #TeamCoco." Then we were like, "Wait. 'Coco' is Conan's nickname AND the name of a famous fashion designer. Could we, as a fashion blog, get any luckier? We are so #blessed." JK, we didn't say any of those things aloud (we don't speak in hashtags, for one), but that was definitely our sentiment, and so was born our quiz. Over the course of their careers, both Conan O'Brien and Coco Chanel have spoken generally about style and fashion, so we figured we'd see how easy it would be to tell which Coco said what.
We present to you, in bold, seven quotations. Below each of them is a set of pictures of Conan and Coco Chanel. All you have to do is click on who you think said the quote, and you'll see whether or not your response is correct. Good luck!
"People always say it’s tough to be a model—no! Turning a big crank is tough."
"It is always better to be slightly underdressed."
