OK, not to get all emotional and blathering, but do you smell that? (They say olfactory senses are your most nostalgic...) Sure you do. If you pause just long enough, there it is. A hint of crisped, chemical hair gel. And then a note of cocoa butter-heavy suntan lotion. Or a top note of aerosol body spray. The smells of summer...and our favorite beachside respite, the Jersey Shore.

Bam. Season 4 is here in its fist-pumping, smushing, grenade-avoiding glory and we cannot wait to see what havoc the crew has reaped overseas. While The Situation, Snooki , Vinny, Pauly D, JWOWW, Deena, Ronnie,and Sammi aren't in Seaside for No. 4, they are getting in touch with their Italian roots over in the boot-shaped country. Ya heard? Which means, of course, this is the most major Jersey Shore season to date, and we figured that out using science. The science OF FASHION. It has been three full seasons of flip-flops and polyester tops, but our Jersey Shore veterans (even newbie Deena) didn't go to the heart of European style and come back unscathed. JWOWW is a class act, Vinnie went all hipster on us, and Snooki continues to blow our mind on the regular.
