'The Seven' Style: Julie Alexandria And Kevin Manno Pick Up Purple

Temperatures are dropping outside The Seven's Times Square studios, and hosts Julie Alexandria and Kevin Manno really had us feeling fall today. Julie picked a purple silk top that looked much more expensive than its $22 price tag from Forever 21, which topped off faded skinny cargo jeans by J Brand. Lauren Conrad Wears Marchesa: Designer Sketch Revealed!

Lauren Conrad, seasoned alum of MTV's The Hills and star of a new, yet-to-be-named MTV show, appeared at the Upper East Side Barnes & Noble in New York City yesterday to sign copies of her new books, Lauren Conrad Style and Sugar and Spice. The 24-year-old star dazzled in a lace white sheath dress by Notte by Marchesa, proving that, yes, you can wear white after Labor Day, after all! Today, MTV Style caught up with the designers of Marchesa, Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, for more details about the look, which is available for $660 at Net-A-Porter.com. The designers shared an exclusive sketch of the dress, which you can see above (it was sketched on gray paper since the dress is white). We absolutely love the look on Lauren Conrad! It's kind of bridal-looking, but the dress would totally be perfect for a holiday party, since those are coming up soon, don't you think?

'Dancing With The Stars': Which MTV Star Looked Hottest?

Dancing With The Stars this week was full of foxtrots and waltzes. And the MTV stars had to dress to impress! The Hills star Audrina Patridge, who scored the highest marks of the week for her waltz with partner Tony Dovolani, wore what looked like a lilac nightgown, and kept her hair half up and curly. Meanwhile, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino of Jersey Shore fluttered around stage during his foxtrot with partner Karina Smirnoff wearing a 100-percent see-through shirt that included bedazzled black shoulder pads. So who looked hotter? We're going with The Situation this week. Even though the judges gave Audrina Patridge higher marks for her dance moves, Mike scores points for playing up what he knows works for him — his Situation. But what do you think?

Whitney Port And Sammi 'Sweetheart' Party Together, But Who Looked Better?

There was a melding of the fashionable MTV stars this weekend! Whitney Port of The City and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola of Jersey Shore attended the Rolling Stone Hot Party in Las Vegas on Friday night, and inevitably, we have to take a look at their outfits. Both of the stars reached for little black dresses for the event — Whitney Port wore a long, loose sequin shift and black peep-toe booties, while Sammi "Sweetheart" wore a spandex black dress and nude T-strap pumps. So, who had the better outfit? Usually, we'd side with Whitney, since she's a fashion designer and everything. But for this one, we're going to pick Sammi "Sweetheart" — she managed to flaunt her body and curves really well, while still covering everything up. But what do you think?

Whitney Port wasn't always the fashion girl that she is now as the star of MTV's The City. Before she grew into her confident 25-year-old self with killer, enviable style, she endured some funny fashion moments as a kid. 1. CROP TOP, CURLY HAIR, AND A HOT PINK JACKET (TOP)
Wow, Whitney! This is one of our favorite looks, no question. Between the crop top, curly hair, hot pink jacket, it's too much! And the eye shadow just takes this look over the top.

2. WHITNEY IS A LADY WHO LUNCHES
Whitney Port played dress-up as a kid, and this picture proves it. It looks like she got caught in her mom's closet and threw everything on! The blue feather boa and the red hat with lace are so classic.

3. FULL-ON '80s CHILD
Whitney Port was clearly an '80s child. Just look at the neon leopard-print rainbow outfit she had as a kid. What girl born in the '80s didn't wear one of those?

4. PREPPY CHIC WHITNEY PORT
Denim overalls are a classic wardrobe staple for any kid. But you can see that from an early age, Whitney Port knows how to accessorize. She added a brown braided belt to this look, and her hair looks the same as it does today!

5. BORN TO RUN IN DENIM CUTOFFS
Whitney Port knows how to move! Here, at a school Junior Olympics event, she's rocking the relay race in denim cutoff shorts and a pink T-shirt.
