Rihanna Boosts Boy London Sales With 'Jonathan Ross Show' Appearance

With the ironclad confidence to pull off style gambles from turtlenecks to kinda bizarro headgear and make them look COVETABLE, we already knew Rihanna had colossal fashion power, but DANGGGG, GURL. U.K. newspaper Telegraph reports that Ri and her Boy London performance outfit served to spike sales of the unisex streetwear brand by a whopping 45 percent on Saturday night alone. *picks jaw up off the floor and rests on keyboard* Ri's interview and performance on The Jonathan Ross Show in head-to-toe Boy London aired Saturday evening in the U.K.

Lil Kim's Wardrobe Change At BET's 'Rip The Runway'

Don't call it a comeback! Our speculations about Lil' Kim's appearance at The Blonds New York Fashion Week show just may be correct! Kimmy Blanco is back at it, storming stages and WERQUING red carpets. A guest of honor last night at BET's "Rip The Runway" fashion show, Kim turned it out in a sassy-sweet mixed media peplum dress, a retro-femme silhouette toughened up by leather construction and a sheer neckline and sleeves. Touches of blue in her hoop earrings were highlighted by suede cerulean Giuseppe Zanotti bow strap sandals. The makeup job here (as in, those matted out eyebrows) has us scratching our heads a bit, but maybe Big Momma's just on to something we're not ready to handle yet.

Nicki Minaj Switches Wigs During NBA All-Star Game Performance

Last night's 2012 All-Star Game punctuated the three-day basketball weekend. While much of the entertainment world had eyes glued to the 2012 Oscars, the one and only Nicki Minaj busted her butt performing to introduce a star-studded lineup of players for the highly anticipated game. Nicki laid it all on the stage for her first performance, clad in a skintight white body suit with a hood and netted silver add-ons bustled around her midsection and strapped to her arms and knees.

The MC spat a medley of "Moment 4 Life" and "Turn Me On" in a short purple and gray wig, roomy hood, and BONKERS four-knuckle ring emblazoned with "QUEEN" in big block letters just before the West team was introduced. Nicki could have left it at that rousing performance, but instead, she performed another set to usher in the East Coast team. #dedication Though there wasn't enough time for a complete wardrobe about-face, Nicki still managed to switch up her look for the rival team with a quick wig change (this time long, straight lime green locks) for her performances of "Starships" and "Super Bass."

Rihanna Goes From Couture To Casual At BRIT Awards

Though it's technically Tuesday, we'd consider Rihanna's big night at the 2012 BRIT Awards to be the perfect exclamation point ending to her super eventful birthday weekend. The beauty from Barbados won big tonight, taking home the coveted International Female Solo Artist award and bringing down the house with an inspired performance of her earwormy hit "We Found Love." On the sartorial side of things (isn't that what we're all really waiting to see at these awards shows??), Ri transformed her look completely from red carpet to stage, gliding seamlessly from eveningwear to street staples.

Robyn stunned on the event's step and repeat in this crystal embellished bronze Givenchy Couture gown. Her newly blonde locks were pulled up into a regal updo to showcase the dress's elegant T-shaped back and not compete with the plunging neckline and metal ring detail. Also, the anti-fussy 'do helped freshen up the heavy effect of those chestnut leather gloves pulled up nearly to her armpits. A thigh-high slit revealed Rihanna's footwear of choice: gown-matching Givenchy diamante peep-toes. Ri proved she's no one-note lady, though, and from this sultry high-fashion look, she then moved to a more free-spirited performance outfit.

Florence Welch, Rihanna, And Adele's Red Carpet To Stage Style At The BRIT Awards

The 2012 BRIT Awards were definitely all about the ladies! Florence Welch, Rihanna, and Adele all wowed us with their glamorous floor-grazing gowns on the red carpet and continued to drop jaws when they switched up their ensembles for the stage. Florence rocked Alexander McQueen twice in one night (lucky girl!), the first dress being a ruffled, high-neck peach number with bell sleeves and a high-to-low skirt. She also opted for strappy gold McQueen wedges and a very interesting gold hand piece, which added a touch of badassness to her baroque ensemble. When she hit the stage to perform "No Light, No Light," she kept her hair down and wavy and sported a sheer Alexander McQueen gown with gold sequin and pearl overlay. She also layered on some bold cocktail rings and went completely barefoot for her performance. Bold move, Flo!

This Is What Selena Gomez Wears When She's Sick

Let's start with a disclaimer. This is not at all to say that we weren't already attuned to the fact that Selena Gomez is undoubtedly one of the most hard-working starlets in the game right now. From covering magazines to launching perfumes to acting, hosting awards shows and dating Justin Bieber, the girl accomplishes more in one day than we can check off our to-do lists in a month. (Note: that may also just be a personal time management problem, but we digress...) But it looks like that balls-to-the-wall work ethic has finally caught up with Selenita, and she's landed herself a case of the sniffles and right in the midst of her Latin American tour! *cue a wave of sadfaces*

MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA, *mustache twirl* I have been WAITING for this moment. As you'll know from not one, but two posts from the past year, I am both baffled and delighted (bafflighted?) by Andre Leon Talley's enormous blue fashion tarpaulin that wore him to the Met Gala. The moment I saw Cee Lo Green in his majestic black sequined Givenchy smock I could not WAIT to pose this question to you guys.

Who wore a ridiculously fancy manrobe better? Cee Lo or Andre Leon Talley?

Another question that came up last night during the halftime show, wherein the indomitable Madonna (for the record, I firmly sit on the side that believes the bish BROUGHT IT) threw on the pyro and incited the synchronized bananasness that can only be described as a VERY AMERICAN version of the North Korean Mass Games and Cee Lo (also bedecked out in a GLITTERY band helmet) conducted a troop of gospel singers:

Madonna Wears Givenchy For Her Super Bowl Halftime Show

In case you missed it, Madonna put on one heck of a performance at Sunday's Super Bowl, singing not three, as originally reported, but FIVE songs from her arsenal of hits and doing it all while wearing sparkling Givenchy. We knew the Queen of Pop was gonna bring it (and with recent collaborators Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. in tow), but we had NO idea she was going to parade some of her greatest hits in designer Spartan-wear while also singing a duet with Cee Lo Green in matching sequin choir robes. Yes, it was epic (and polarizing for the love-it or hate-it audience), but we have to give a standing O to the original pop music superstar diva. Not only did she bring half-clothed gladiator "Vogue" boys and b-boy dancers wearing Jeremy Scott for Adidas to the show, she exploded some serious FASH-PIZAZZ confetti dust all over the world of American football. Let's dissect this sparkle motion, shall we?

Selena Gomez Matches Head To Toe In Color-Coordinated Hair And Performance Outfit

Just when we thought Justin Bieber's thing for matching was something to write home about, girlfriend Selena Gomez serves the world a color-coordinated one up with this SUPER matching ensemble. Every inch of this girl's Puerto Rico Coliseum performance outfit has a counterpart. The sparkle of her rhinestone encrusted microphone is mirrored in the bejeweled stripes across her gem and pearl laden high-waisted hotpants situation. The soft gold sheen of her metallic sandals echo girl's stage-ready mile-long stems. And of course, the violet of Sel's plunging halter neckline and floor-length pleated half-skirt strikes the perfect complementary hue between the electric blues and purples of Selena's newly colorful hair. The question is, though: Which came first, the outfit or the hair?

When news that Katy Perry would soon be making her Sims debut broke, we're sure the EA ecommerce site was FLOODED with traffic from billions of KatyCats pawing for a preorder. The California Gurl teams up with the popular gaming franchise for a special edition The Sims 3: Showtime Katy Perry game that allows you to take your Sims through a "rags to riches" storyline, owning stages, venue hopping, and living the dream as singers, performers, DJs, and magicians! Gamers can also expect a host of KP-themed features, from an exclusive poster to a signature pink hairstyle to gigantic fruit stage props and our favorite, Katy's iconic FASHIONS. Replicating that hallmark Candyland meets Bettie Page look is no easy task (just ask the people at Mattel), and we don't know a LICK about the caliber of blood, sweat, and tears that go into coding a user-friendly alternate reality. But all things considered, we think the people at EA, Inc. did a pretty bang up job.
