Ho. Ly. Mackerel. Talk about "Lose My BREATH." The Super Bowl XLVII game may have reached a teeth-grinding halt with the Baltimore Ravens leading the San Francisco 49ers 28-6 just before a POWER OUTAGE (whatttt??), but the break was probably for the best since Beyonce's epic halftime performance and the HIGHLY anticipated Destiny's Child reunion which just unfolded in the New Orleans Superdome STILL has us totally floored, not exactly ready to dive back into all the sportsball just yet. Had the Harbaugh brothers entered onto the field on a tandem bike and we actually followed through on that epic snack stadium, we might have had a few more things to keep ourselves occupied while waiting for the Beyonce show to start. Instead, we were white-knuckled counting down the two hours before FINALLY getting to see the Rubin Singer creations worn by Bey and her DC girls Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

Kanye West Straitjacket Abu Dhabi

Kanye West performs in Abu Dhabi on Jan. 31.
Photo: Via @Givenchydonc's Instagram

Yo, did we time travel back to Halloween or is Kanye West officially making creepy masks his new 24/7 look? He sported a cut-out red beanie to the Maison Martin Margiela show last week, and before that he wore a blinged-out crystal-encrusted Margiela number and an all-white "Kanyeti" feather headpiece. Last night, Kanye took the stage once again, and guess what he wore, y'all? *drum roll* A MASK. Don C posted a pic of 'Ye to his Instagram (he runs in Virgil Abloh's crew), and it looks like it's the same, skull-encompassing feather number from before with one GIANT addition—a straitjacket. GULP.

Beyonce National Anthem Nail Art

People just can't stop talking about Beyonce performing at the Super Bowl XLVII halftime show this Sunday. I mean, we have SO many questions: Will she reunite with Destiny's Child? Will she bust out some killer dance moves? And, most importantly, will she wear stripes? We've still got a few days to find out the answers to all our burning questions, but Bey did address that whole lip-syncing debacle today! Earlier at the Super Bowl XLVII Halftime Show press conference in New Orleans, she totally confronted her haters by belting out The Star-Spangled Banner a cappella in a beige, long-sleeve mini dress with an open back and sheer lace pumps. AND SHE KILLED IT. *high-fives entire world* But, um, can we be honest for a sec? While we certainly give her major props for nailing the performance, we couldn't help but get a WEE bit distracted by the seriously on-point nail game she was sporting. It's just. So. Shiny.

In case your direct-to-brain-from-Beyhive app is broken: rumor has it that when Queen Beyonce plays Super Bowl XLVII this weekend, there will be a special, super-spectacular, long-awaited, brain-detonating performance by Destiny's Child. Should the internet be correct, and should Destiny's Child indeed reunite, you can basically divine their setlist: after Beyonce does her thing, Kelly and Michelle will emerge to fireworks and new song "Nuclear," then they'll bust off a medley of some of their greatest hits, topped off with "Independent Women Part 1," which they must have performed at 365 awards shows during the Year of Charlie's Angels, anno domini. The real stumper is, after more than six years apart...what will they possibly wear? Since their last show together in 2005, they've all done complete style 180s, each going in the direction of higher fashion for their more frequent solo red carpets. (They have also clearly been freed from the girl-group albatross of wearing matching ensembles, racing forth like wild ponies fleeing a burning forest into the life-sustaining clothing racks of their individual personalities. Hallelu, hallelu.)

Hoping for a crystal ball into their potential Superbowl estilo, we spent hours face-deep in YouTube, scouting some of the most memorable costumes the quartet-ternt-trio ever wore live, and breaking them down with our eagle eyes chronologically here. Bonus shadow-styling courtesy Beyonce's mama Tina Knowles, whose manicured hands were in these ladies' boudoirs long before House of Deréon was birthed into the world.

Destiny's Child

Early DC were ardent aficionados of distressed denim, particularly whilst embellished with rhinestones, embroidery, and creative scissor-work—note in this photo, snapped at London's Hyde Park on New Year's Day 2000, Kelly Rowland's victory-V hem is joined by chopped-off beltloops...because waistlines! Who needs 'em! During the Destiny's Child/The Writing's on the Wall eras, circa '98-'00, they were often set on regular-gal vibes, repping rough-and-tumble home state Texas with workwear like this, while staying true to the strong-woman emittances of their music. Abdominals: it ain't no joke. That said, it's surprising to see LaToya Luckett and Michelle Williams wearing such similar jeans-and-tank-top ensembles, because part of the Destiny's Child mystique, of course, was that they always rocked similar fabrics but wildly different silhouettes. Beyonce's 'Pac bandana tank-top thingamajig is bringing back sharply technicolor memories of the early '00s...when people were prone to wearing (and DIY'ing!) bandana tank-top thingamajigs. #neverforget

Okay, we realize we might be stretching a little, but with Beyonce's Super Bowl XLVII halftime performance inching closer and closer every day, and Bey posting about a bajillion rehearsal photos to her Tumblr on what feels like an hourly basis, it's hard to stop ourselves from searching for ANY clues to her upcoming stage wardrobe. We know that rehearsal style doesn't necessarily translate to whatever an artist will be wearing come showtime, but when Bey uploads two black-and-white striped looks, all her behind-the-scenes rehearsal snaps are in grayscale, AND she takes special note to highlight these horizontal stripe legs, we're going to start wondering if maybe these are all signs pointing toward a common theme: black and white stripes.

Rita Ora Pucci Today

Rita Ora's Pucci tour outfits, from the sketches (left) to the real thing.
Photo: via Splash News/ @EmilioPucci Twitter

Rita Ora is officially on tour, y'all, and spoiler alert—she's looking GREAT. A few days ago we heard that the U.K. singer would be outfitted for her Radioactive Tour by Emilio Pucci designer Peter Dundas, and now we've got your first look of the creations in their COMPLETE onstage glory. Alongside her opener Iggy Azalea, Rita kicked off the tour yesterday with a sold-out show in Manchester. She slayed the part of a futuristic space goddess in Pucci's custom metallic military-inspired bodice and shimmery silver pants, which all take cues from the label's Spring/Summer 2013 collection...but with a pop star twist, of course.

Katy Perry performing at the Kids Inaugural Concert, and then at the inauguration ceremony.
Photo: Getty

We're so into the way Katy Perry stans for President Obama. There are many celebs who will ride for our newly sworn-in Commander-In-Chief, but are any of them rocking custom latex ballot dresses and attending EVERY event of the inauguration? No, just Katy. Having closely followed her time on the president's campaign trail we were eagerly awaiting Katy's inaugural weekend looks, and were CRUSHED when more of them weren't easily accessible to us online. Luckily, Vogue had our back, and linked up with Katy to publish her Inauguration weekend photo diary. Not only does it let us see candid shots of her custom stars and stripes bustier (which she designed HERSELF, along with stylist extraordinaire Johnny Wujek), but also her amazing Rodarte Inauguration ceremony coat, Oscar De La Renta performance dress, Dolce & Gabbana White House After-Party CAPE, AND her custom Kimmie Kyees patriotic nails. Ah-May-Zing. The photos really do make us feel like an insider, and of course possess that signature KP humor.

Beyonce sings "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the 2013 Presidential Inauguration of Barack Obama.
Photo: Getty Images

You guys watched Beyonce's national anthem performance for President Barack Obama's 2013 Inauguration Ceremony, right? We expected to be blown away by Bey's celebratory "Star-Spangled Banner," but very little could have been done to prepare us for the complete and total leveling she would do on that inaugural stage. Her performance itself was an elegant balance of staying true to the melody and to her own voice, with flourishes in all the right places and all that patented Beyonce POWER soaring notes up, electrifying the air above the Capitol and throughout the National Mall. Accordingly, her performance ensemble echoed that symmetry of taste. Bey appeared both reverent and glamorous in her National Anthem outfit from the top of her expertly coiffed head to the bottom of her floor-length gown.

Rihanna Lanvin the voice

It's one thing to sing "Phresh Out The Runway." It's another thing to LIVE these words, which is exactly what Rihanna did last night on The Voice. The pop star kicked off the finale episode of the singing competition in a huge way, performing "Diamonds" in a Lanvin ensemble that is, literally, straight from the catwalk. We first spotted the sequined tuxedo jumpsuit back in September when Kristen McMenamy modeled it in Alber Elbaz's Paris show, and now Rihanna has bragging rights as the first celeb to wear it IRL. And while Rih's no stranger to sporting her fair share of designer goods, it's rare when she copies a look almost ENTIRELY...all the way down to the accessories.

Iggy Azalea, Natasha Bedingfield

Tonight was the night of the eighth VH1 Divas televised concert, and if there's one thing that can amp us up on a Sunday night, it's a two-hour long belt-filled, run-riddled, tribute to music's iconic lady powerhouses. Among the star-studded lineup, Natasha Bedingfield and Iggy Azalea banded together with legendary Bootsy Collins to perform Deee-Lite's "Groove Is In The Heart." A high energy, high profile, high octane performance like that demands an outfit that does WERQUE. Enter The Blonds — a fashion house that oozes diva status.
