Taylor Swift Changes Outfits Six Times In Two Days For 'Red' Album Release

Back in the summer we gave major style props to Emma Stone for transforming her Amazing Spider-Man press tour into a bonafide runway show. She sported five different fresh-off-the-catwalk creations in just a couple of days, which was ridiculously impressive. But leave it to Taylor Swift to go and one-up the actress with a fashion show of her OWN. To celebrate the release of her new album Red (which we've had on repeat all day, not gonna lie...) Tay has been hitting up all sorts of press outlets within the past 48 hours and showing off different looks every step of the way. Sure, we've been seeing the expected dose of bright red, but that's not the only color palette the pop star's been rocking. Taylor performed on Good Morning America in all black, wearing a skater skirt, a shimmery sweater, striped tights, and oxfords. She switched things up for her second song on the program in plaid pants and a cable knit sweater. For the interview portion of GMA, Taylor paid tribute to the album name in a short-sleeved cherry-hued dress, nude pumps, a simple gold bracelet...AND a beauty look that included red lipstick, of course.

The Most Stylish Bands Of CMJ 2012

Four days, 1300 bands, and countless shows later, CMJ 2012 is officially over. But although the New York City music marathon may have ended on Saturday, that awesome post-concert high definitely hasn't stopped quite yet. You know what we're talking about- our ears are still ringing, we've got new songs stuck in our heads, and let's just say our iTunes library is very, VERY happy. And here's one more thing that made this year's CMJ extra special- all the music was topped off with a jolt of killer, cant-wait-to-copy style. Whether it's camo, schoolgirl skirts, or a twisted new take on rock n'roll black, we've called out favorite fashionable acts to watch. See who made the cut below!

KILO KISH

OK, so we're already in love with Kilo Kish's futuristic-sounding mashup of hip-hop, smoothly poetic vocals, and funky melodies on singles like "Navy" and "Watergun." But now that we've finally witnessed the Brooklyn musician (and Odd Future tourmate) working her magic live, consider us obsessed. She's got a style as unique as her sound, sporting hot pink lipstick on the regular and pairing an eclectic uniform of leather jackets and printed blouses with THE ultimate accessory- gorgeous wild hair. Her amazing style isn't a coincidence, either- she studied textile design at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology (!). Kilo put her fashion background to good use this weekend at the Fader Fort with an unexpected combo of pleats, oxfords, knee socks and a motorcycle topper. In other words, total proof that polished AND edgy don't necessarily have to be mutually exclusive.

Lourdes Leon Blogs About Working In Madonna's MDNA Tour Wardrobe Department!

We have to admit—Madonna's MDNA tour wardrobe was one of the most talked about events of the summer. (I mean, Jean Paul Gaultier reconnected with the pop star to create another iconic corset and Jeremy Scott outfitted the backup dancers in super decked-out duds. Ridic!) Little did we know, though, that Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon would also be helping out in the wardrobe department! Yesterday, she posted an entry on her Material Girl blog (with the hilarious title "Lola’s Latest: The Joys of Folding Underwear," nonetheless) dishing on all the deets behind the scenes. During the show, Lourdes helped the backup dancers switch outfits during their quick changes. She said, "Thirty seconds to totally dress a sweaty dancer can be insane and provoke mucho anxiety. Doing this night after night was pretty cray, but I loved every minute of it!" Um, I'll say. That sounds AWESOME.

If Beyonce Performs For Super Bowl XLVII Halftime, What Will She Wear?

The internet rumor mills are churning at full-speed this afternoon as speculations that Beyonce MIGHT be the Super Bowl XLVII halftime performer are cropping up seemingly everywhere. [UPDATE: Beyonce CONFIRMED!!! *brain explodes into flurry of blue glitter confetti*] The current football season's Super Bowl will take place February 3, 2013 in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the 10th Super Bowl for the Big Easy's stadium. Bey would certainly have some big shoes to fill coming off Madonna's EPIC 2012 halftime show which was not only stacked with career hits ("Vogue," "Music," "Gimme All Your Luvin," and more) but loads of FASHUN. Madge's performance was dripping in Givenchy and Jeremy Scott for adidas, setting the sartorial bar high for whoever might follow. Though Beyonce's performance is still unconfirmed by the NFL and the singer herself, we still wonder what she might bring to the Super Bowl performance outfit table, so we looked to some of Bey's past sports performances (with and without Destiny's Child) for some styling clues. Call it our version of Fantasy Football.

WHITE HOT SUITING

Beyonce has worn ivory suit separates for two major NFL events in the past: singing "The Star-Spangled Banner" at Super Bowl XXXVIII and perfoming with Destiny's Child before the 2004 NFL opening game. Bey certainly didn't leave the crisp white look behind in the early aughts (see her "I Was Here" music video for proof), so we definitely think this is fair game if Beyonce hits the New Orleans superdome stage in February. PLUS, blazers and rip-away slacks can always hide a more sparkly ensemble underneath. *WINK*

Carly Rae Jepsen Wears Topshop Twice In One Night, Here's How To Get Her Look

Celebrities: they're just like us! OK, maybe not. But we've got one thing in common with our favorite music stars, and that's a serious Topshop obsession. Demi Lovato's been sporting the U.K. megabrand on the X-Factor all summer long, and now Carly Rae Jepsen is giving her a run for her money with her own wardrobe. The "Call Me Maybe" singer performed at Comedy Central's "Night Of Too Many Stars" event last night, rocking not one but TWO very different Topshop outfits. She arrived wearing the brand's Embossed Skater Dress, a not-so-basic LBD with a mesh insert. It's a girly look for sure, but Carly toughened it up with a pair of heeled booties from- guess where- yep, Topshop.

When it comes to best friends, it really doesn't get any cooler than Azealia Banks and Cara Delevingne. Besides the fact that these two girls are absolutely KILLING it in their respective industries, they also always have a ton of fun wherever they go, whether it's impromptu funny photoshoots, spontaneous beauty change-ups, or more recently, this weekend's epic Mermaid Ball. We all know Azealia loooooves mermaids, so she threw a massive party at an aquarium in London to celebrate (and as a followup to the NYC and LA events that happened in the summer). Clearly it was an excuse to dress up, and Azealia and Cara didn't disappoint one bit. Azealia hinted on Twitter about her date, saying "@Caradelevingne is my date for the mermaid ball! We just had a fitting for our mermaid costumes!" so we knew these two would turn up in something amazing.

Adam Lambert On 'Pretty Little Liars' Halloween Episode: Sneak Peek!

Halloween month may already be in full swing, but there are still three weeks left until the spookiest day of the year. Costume planning, plotting and scheming may have you busy, but you might also be eagerly, anxiously, desperately awaiting a date a little sooner than All Hallow's Eve: October 23rd. Have no idea what I'm talking about? Well you must not be a diehard Adam Lambert fan, then, because if you were you would know that the 23rd is the night that Adam will appear as a guest star on the Pretty Little Liars Halloween special! Here's what we know right now: Adam will perform at a costume party in the episode, which is called "This Is A Dark Ride." From a new teaser video, we know that one of the songs he will play will be "Cuckoo," from Tresspassing, and that his costume is something like a Victorian meets, well, Glambert, Vampire. We can't imaging it would be all that easy to sing with those fangs in, but if anyone can do it, Adam Lambert can. We also know, from an earlier teaser, that this appearance is going to involve not just singing, but acting as well! Is there anything he can't do? Check out some more teaser photos after the jump!

Celebrate 15 Years Of Destiny's Child With 15 Iconic Outfits

Diligent Destiny's Child fans already know that 2012 marks the 15th anniversary of the release of the group's first single "No, No, No" which catapulted DC into household name status. Beyonce announced via her website, that DC would be releasing a commemorative album, called Playlist: The Very Best of Destiny's Child, chock full of tracks from the group's 15 years. Along with pumping out enough hits to secure their spot as one of the biggest girl groups of all time, Destiny's Child was infamous for their seeeeeerious style game. In honor of the past 15 years of Bey, Kelly, Michelle, and yes, Farrah, LaTavia and LeToya, too, we rounded up 15 of DC's iconic looks. There are a few things that you can always count on Katy Perry to deliver in spades: ear-wormy pop music, commitment to a theme, and killer nail art. Miss KP had a big weekend, performing for both UCLA's Hammer Gala AND President Barack Obama's "30 Days To Victory Concert," but it was at Mr. President's star-studded Sunday night fundraiser that Katy hit that homerun trifecta. Rita Ora Shows Off Custom Air Jordan Platform Sneakers

If there's one thing we know about Rita Ora, it's that this girl LOVES her sneakers. Since Day One the U.K. singer has paired her kicks with everything from minidresses, to maxiskirts, to jumpsuits, and seriously DOMINATES every time. And sure, occasionally Rita will swap out the sneaks for heels, but let's be real: it's tough to find a pop star who's singlehandedly monopolized the shoe game as well as this one. Just when we thought it couldn't go any further, this week Rita took her sneaker swag to the next level- literally- with customized Air Jordan platforms! (Pause to re-read the previous sentence). No, we're NOT kidding. And yes, they're just as amazing as they sound. Rita showed off her new pair on Twitter, saying "TONIGHTS FOOTWEAR, CUSTOM JORDANS..... DONT GET MAD. I KNOW YOU ARE." We're not mad, Rita...we're just really jealous.
