Jessica Lowndes Had The Best Shoes This Week!

Jessica Lowndes, star of 90210, stormed right onto our Shoe Radar this week with her collection of satin pumps. On Aug. 27, she wore a pair of champagne-hued heels to a pre-Emmy party in West Hollywood. The shoes were by Report Signature and featured a silver crystal buckle and bow on the outer edges, near the ankles. What a nice touch! Then, just last night, Jessica Lowndes attended another Hollywood party wearing a pair of gray satin shoes with a tiny peep-toe in the front by Sergio Rossi. Jessica Lowndes definitely had the best shoes of the week!

Nicole Scherzinger--of Pussycat Dolls and Dancing With The Stars fame--looked pretty in pink at a pre-Emmy party last weekend. To complete the outfit, she opted for a pair of gunmetal chandelier earrings, which worked really well with her ponytail updo. For a dangly, dark beaded earring like Nicole Scherzinger's, try these Filigree Chandelier earrings ($4), which add length without being too bulky. For an antique look, go for these Rouen earrings by Suzanna Dai ($190)--each pair is made to order. Every week we take a look at the hottest in celebrity shoes, and this week's group slipped on plenty of black Christian Louboutin footwear. Nicole Scherzinger wore peep-toe patent leather Christian Louboutins to an Emmy Awards kick-off party last week, while Jessica Alba slipped on the Tinazata 120 by Christian Louboutin for the Los Angeles premiere of "Machete." Then, "The Hills" star Stephanie Pratt slipped on a pair of Christian Louboutin lace ankle booties when she attended the Los Angeles premiere of "Going the Distance." These ladies prove you can wear black shoes any season!

First Look: See Christian Siriano's Entire Fall Collection For Payless!

Christian Siriano's latest collection for Payless just launched! This is the second collection the Project Runway fourth season winner created for the mass retailer, who signed him last year to create shoes and accessories that the general public could afford. The fall collection contains 12 pieces for $34.99 to $59.99, all of which just became available online this week. We're kind of bummed to see that the shoes aren't straight from the 24-year-old's runway — like they were last season when they SOLD OUT — but they are adaptations instead. The most true to form are the two bags and our favorite, the lone pair of sneakers that Christian actually wore to his show! Check out the entire lineup below, and how the Payless shoes were adapted from their original versions.

We're always impressed with Olivia Palermo's ability to mix and match trends, colors, fabrics ... you name it. Which is why we were so excited to see how The City star put her own twist on bright pink (one of summer's hottest colors) and use it as an accent color to brighten up the belted black-and-white polka-dot dress she wore for Michael Michalsky's style event in Berlin this summer. Shoe Update: Audrina Patridge, Anna Kendrick, And Roxy Olin Hit The Red Carpet In Strappy Sandals

It's summer and everyone on the red carpet is showing off their pedicures with cute strappy sandals. Audrina Patridge went to a West Hollywood party this week wearing Giuseppe Zanotti black sandals that had two rows of black jewels around the ankles, Roxy Olin attended a Target party in New York wearing super-cool blue and orange T-strap sandals by Balmain, and Anna Kendrick walked the red carpet for the London premiere of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World in lace-up metallic purple Jimmy Choos. And yes, their gorgeous footwear showed off their freshly-painted toes quite nicely!

Who Styled These Willow Booties Better — Florence Welch Or Jessica Szohr?

Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine (a band that's performing at the 2010 Video Music Awards on September 12!) attended the London premiere of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World today wearing a pair of wedge black booties from the Australian fashion label Willow's spring collection. And this isn't the first time we've seen them! In June, Jessica Szohr wore the same exact booties when she visited Monte Carlo. However, the two ladies styled their looks completely different — Florence dressed hers up and paired them with a golden dress — also by Willow — that totally amplified her beautiful red hair, while Jessica went for a more casual look with a blue skirt, loose white tee, and jean jacket, proving this one piece of footwear is totally versatile.

Do You Like Demi Lovato's Shoes?

When Demi Lovato stopped by the set of Fox & Friends in New York this morning, we initially thought she was going for a casual look. The Disney darling wore a slouchy beige tee over a black tank top, and gray skinny jeans down below. Then, we looked down again and thought, WHAT IS THAT FOOTWEAR SHE HAS ON?! The shoes/boots seem to be inspired by the spat boots we spotted on Fendi's fall 2009 runway, though they're not exactly the same (see a close-up below). We’re usually such a fan of the trendy actress, but this look leaves us with our eyebrows raised.

Update: Lucy Hale And Naturi Naughton Show How The Backs Of Shoes Can Be Better Than The Fronts

If shoes could by inspired by the Mullet Mantra — business in the front, party in the back — then, we saw a bunch of them this week. The latest trend in footwear is fun, funky, decorative heel backs, and we're actually all for it. Naturi Naughton rocked black peep-toe pumps with cool pewter bows on the back at the Los Angeles premiere of Lottery Ticket last night. And earlier this week, 21-year-old Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale wore a pair of spiked and studded booties by Ruthie Davis to the Teen Choice Awards. What a great look! Sign us up.
