Shopping for your best friend and the guy in your life is fun, but let's be real for a sec: nothing really stacks up to that exhilarating rush you get when you find something that you've just GOTTA have for yourself. It makes braving the malls on Black Friday (yikes), elbowing strangers, and even that inevitable dip in your bank account 100% worth it. This is how we felt, at least, while putting together the 2012 Treat Yo'Self Holiday Gift Guide. The title may have been lifted from Donna and Tom in Parks and Rec, but the sentiment is still there. All of the editors here at MTV Style have rounded up everything that we're subtly-not-so-subtly adding to own personal wishlists this season. It's time to face the facts, people. The holidays are officially here, which means, yes, every store you walk into for the next 30+ days is going to be blaring some Christmas-themed jingle that you (perhaps literally!) cannot escape. Bon Iver Debuts Cutest Video Ever With Kittens, Puppies, And Sneakers

When we first told you about Bon Iver's new collaboration with footwear company Keep, we thought it couldn't get any better. Let's be honest: the salmon low-tops designed by Justin Vernon himself are probably the closest we'll come to literally walking in rockstar shoes. With a black herringbone detail, these unisex kicks are classic, comfy, and retail for a wallet-friendly $75. Plus, the fact that the proceeds go to help abandoned animals is just the icing on the cake. But prepare yourselves, because the musical frontman has gone and outdone himself with a new video for the sneakers that stars- are you ready for this?- KITTENS AND PUPPIES. Wildfox Designer Kimberley Gordon Talks Kanye West, California, And Young Hollywood Style

The Wildfox Couture world goes a little something like this: super cute t-shirts, dresses, and oversized sweaters set in a land of sunshine, pop culture, and an unlimited closet. Throw in some '90s grunge and Romeo and Juliet lines and there's pretty much NOWHERE else we'd rather be. Clearly we're not the only ones in love, since the L.A. brand has become an unofficial Young Hollywood uniform since the label first burst upon the scene in 2007. So what's the secret? Get Malia And Sasha Obama's Election Night Looks!

Alright, so we all know that last night's election was really all about Barack Obama. And it should be! He IS the newly re-elected Commander in Chief, and all. But the President wasn't the only one killing it onstage in Chicago, since the girls in the family brought some serious fashion A-game. Michelle is already a style icon on her own, looking stunning per usual in Michael Kors — but if you ask us, we think Malia and Sasha deserve a shoutout of their own! Both clad in knee-length tulip skirts (shimmery blue for Malia, green printed for Sasha) and dark tops, the First Daughters worked these totally cute, totally holiday season-appropriate outfits perfectly. So can you really blame us for dying to copy them? Um, no way.

It may be over a week now since Hurricane Sandy first hit the East Coast, but the storm's devastating effects are still being felt today. These tragic times, though, have brought forth some beautiful examples of American solidarity, hope, and generosity in response, including but certainly not limited to reactions from the fashion community. Just yesterday, Ralph Lauren donated $2 million to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts, citing his love and support for New York as his biggest motivator. Countless retailers are carving out major percentages of their sales and donating them to the American Red Cross, and even jewelry house Langoliers is giving a portion of their most recent auction's final sale to the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief fund.
